The food and the service was very good but the bed was absolutely fantastic. If you want a good meal and a good night sleep this is the place to stay.

Unbelievable! There are not guaranteed tables in the hotel restaurant for guests. Neither during booking nor during check in nobody told us that it would be a problem to get a table for dinner. I the hotel was in the city I couldn’t care less, however it is in the forest surrounding Rovaniemi what makes simple think difficult being her with a child. To make this situation even more strange receptionists confirmed reservations for upcoming days and double checking next morning I found nothing. I don’t think anybody is going to enjoy such an surprise during vacation trip to Lapland.

What an amazing hotel set in the most beautiful surroundings. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and willing to help with anything. The food was incredible. Plenty of choice at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. I took a load of snacks for the kids just in case they didn't like it but we didn't need any of it. The rooms were stunningly comfortable and immaculately clean! I will be recommending this hotel to everyone that I know who would like to visit Lapland.

Loved every minute of my stay here absolutely beautiful hotel rooms were stunning nice and clean staff were very friendly and helpful would highly recommend, I could of stayed longer.

Awesome view from in-room sauna into nature! what a surrounding, well feeling assured!

Nice View and beautiful building.

Hotel has been done up. We upgraded to a room with a sauna. Hotel has some teething issues and still putting finishing touches but over all its 4* quality once they have ironed out the rough edges. Friendly staff, good food. Great location right on the slopes ideal for sledging and skiing along with exploring the local area. Aurora viewing platform on roof, lovely relaxing feeling within the hotel. Would visit again :-) thankyou for a brilliant stay. The Lanes.

Loved staying here this week and doing the Lapland safaris with sunway the hotel is modern with homey touches throughout big spacious suites and very friendly staff. Everything in Lapland is quiet expensive compared to Ireland and the food is different to Ireland so if bringing children Or if your a fussy eater I would recommend bringing some soups or pot noodles or coco pops things they like that you could make from a kettle there is a fridge in the room and you can buy milk from the lovely hotel bar beside reception where the do lovely toasted sandwiches and chicken nuggets. The hotel has great views if you go left at the end of the stairs you can go to the back of the hotel and get some lovely pictures the rooftop wasent open when we stayed neither was the ski chairs and the sleds weren’t available either but we didn’t spend too much time outdoors while at the hotel anyway because we were on excursions everyday.

Beautiful location. In summer be sure to watch the midnightssun from the roof. Ski-area right outside the hotel. Only 15 min drive to the Santa Park. Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Big plus for a fan in the room! Free parking.

Nice staff, perfect rooftop view and just outside the city centre. Very happy with my stay!

It’s not a new hotel but it’s well maintained and beautifully located on a hill with stunning view, especially from roof top terrace or restaurant. Room was more than specious (see video) and reasonable priced so we booked a 3 persons room for 2 persons. Breakfast was nice with verity of food. Room needs better ventilation but the overall experience is very positive. Much better option than staying in Rovaniemi centre (6 min by car).

We stayed in this hotel when we went to visit Santa. Spectacular views from the roof. I couldn't fault this hotel, the room were warm and clean, the food was tasty and the staff were pleasant. I'd stay here again anytime.

Wonderful Restaurant and a great view. The rooms are a bit old but the people are very nice and who cares about the room with this nature close to the Hotel.

Good food. Great views. Sadly, when I went to dinner sky was cloudy and northern lights can not be seen but this is not this place's fault.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast and attached fine dining restaurant. Location is perfect for cross country skiing or hiking with rentals just down the road, walking distance, at Santa Sport. Rooms have private saunas.

Nice and warm. Room feels like a youth lodge and not an hotel. Liked the breakfast and the dinner we got for two days. OK stay. Not fancy not luxurious. Great views.

Nice place to visit on your day tour and check the view. Close enough, inside the forest, there is a watchtower where anybody can climb and have a better look when it is not cloudy. Gives a better perspective of Rovaniemi's center.

Overpriced and under serviced. Many things missing like Vin Bre, sprite and ithwr normal items whilst they charge you €7.90 for a bottle of water.

Great the best to spend a storybook holiday.

Great place to stay in Rovaniemi. Just outside the city in high position above and immersed in the WOODS. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view.
The connections with the city are by bus and by taxi, or otherwise a walk in the woods that descends down the hill until you get to the center.

Very nice hotel, with nice rooms, very friendly staff, which is also great for children! Also the restaurant is perfect! We have rarely eaten so well.
Also they lobby is a dream :)
The only drawback, for which the Jotel can not really do anything, is the anbimdung to the public transport, since only very few bites drive from noon.
We will definitely be back!

Panoramic view very Beautiful. Very warm Setting. Need to book 1-2 days in advance to eat at the Restaurant.

At the top of a ski lift. Kind of a summer camp vibe when we visited in July. Rooms and facilities nice if slightly rustic.

In the middle of nowhere, quiet, and a good table also, which does not gate anything!

The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the restaurant would have easily earned 6 stars. The rooms should be updated as a matter of urgency. Consistently, an unadjustable temperature of 26 degrees and a lack of fresh air supply affect the holiday mood.

Good location. Nearby The nature and paths. Quiet place. Bu the hotel needs some rehab.

Breathtaking view on the roof of hotel. Hotel room came with hot sauna which could defrost immediately right after a freezing wait for Northern Lights. Only inconveniences is its away from town but still a short distance away.

Amazing stay in the middle of the forest covered in snow. The views from the restaurant were beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious.
The customer service from the girls at the restaurant was excellent and we were very impressed with their knowledge on the food served.
The rooms could do with some updating, however, the toiletries provided need some serious upgrading considering the nightly rate.

Very enjoyable staff very pleasant and the food was very good. a little out the way with the town 30 mins away by foot all down hill walking. appx €20 in taxi back. wonderful views and good skiing. book all your events on line as very expensive once your there.
