Unique accommodations, best for star gazing, and unique romantic experience. Though prices a bit steep good to do it once a lifetime.

Nice, new, clean room with absolutely the best view of Finnish sky. Food at restaurant was great as well.

Very good hotel, divided into East Village and West Village. There are a lot of hotel projects. Very beautiful glass house, recommended couples stay.

Amazing accommodation place not only for those who's looking for the Northern Lights. Very good location on the Arctic Circle near tve Santa Claus Office in Santa Claus Village. Ten minutes by car from Rovaniemi city center. Also public bus connwction exists, bus goes once an hour.

Not up to expectation given the highest price in the world; room condition and service to be improved. Good for those who have not seen snow in the winter.

We order food for four of us, and after that the waiter told us not to bring any kind of food and drink from outside. And We totally agree with that, since We already ordered many from the restaurant, and when the foods are served the waiter told us that We also can't use our own chilli sauce to have with the fish that we order before… he said aroganly that it breaking the law… we've been travelling europe many times and many destinations, and never experience this kind of arogant waiter. YOU need to understand that we're asian need something familiar to help eat your tasteless food! … don't say about the law… you just need to think logically with your brain to judge if we can use our own chilli sauce! Just better be caution with the cheap service level of this not to cheap hotel.

Missed this place so much. We were there in December 2016 when they have newly built glass igloo. We happened to be the very first occupants of the new built glass igloo. Our very first sightings of Northern lights was at the igloo. Very good experience! They also gift us souvenirs (a beanie for each of us and Finland fridge magnets). The cloudberry juice theu provide is very nice. Would like to visit again. A very memorable trip.

You need to pay for €25 to borrow fork and spoon in the room. If you want to have it free, you need to take yourself by walking 200m with — 5'C weather. Unfriendly service for expensive hotel.

The igloo itself was pretty nice, and really classy, but the roof heating system was lackluster, and the ice wouldn’t melt. Also, the service was terrible to say the least. There is no way to call the reception directly, and the only way to ask for anything is through a chat, with a tablet provided in the room. However, it was practically non-existent as there were no responses. The one that really got on all our nerves was the fact that there was no alarm provided even when there was a supposed aurora sighting.

Igloos we're very new and quite nice, to the point the reception was in a rented shipping container (but nicely fitted out). It was a 5 minute walk to the rest of the Santa village. They provided a hefty but cold included breakfast. Unfortunately we had a cloudy night so no northern lights, but the igloos are designed perfectly should they appear.
