2 bedroom Villa was very nice and cozy. We slept well. Didn't get to use the pool though unfortunately but it was very beautiful. Very nice garden.

An awesome place to spend a a night.

We believe the star rating on the website was extremely inaccurate and only we rated it two stars. The photo's on the website are taken of the premium rooms only. The standard rooms are in desperate need of redecorating and upgrading. We booked a two room apartment, this had 3 bathrooms which was great but only one out of three showers were usable, the bath had large brown gouges in it. The kitchen was very basic. The living room furniture was cane outdoor furniture and when we arrived it didn't have cushions. They were very uncomfortable. The TV reception was poor. The restaurant was over priced for very basic food. We only ate there the once. The first two nights the block behind us was booked out with Fijians that partied all night and were very loud that we had to complain. The grounds were pretty and the pool was great with a nice big slide that our teenagers enjoyed. Location was not great although was walking distance to nice restaurants and the beach. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception staff didn't have the best understanding of English.

Very nice beautiful gardens and swimming pool very nice place to be for a long time the best in town for the money.

Nice apartments, a bit dated. Needs renovation to spruce it up. Handy location to Nadi town and the airport.

Too good place to accomodate Best villas best staffs but late nights the reception people don't answer calls n there bar and restaurants close earlyeven on a saturday.

They have some modern type apartments which are upstairs and downstairs type with aircon. I also like their swimming pool.

Nice and spacious rooms regardless of the variation you are staying in. Is occupied most of the time and is very common for families especially travelling in large numbers to come to Grand west villas. The pool tends to get quite full when the occupancy is high and getting a a decent and quiet time to swim is a rarity. Overall would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bargain stay with good hotel facilities.

Nice apartments and resort would be nicer if the air con unit was downstairs in the living area instead of the bedroom.

Beautiful relaxing love how they hve cooking facilities. Everything a family needs when on holiday n wanting to eat in!

Be very aware of this place. Stayed there for couple of weeks. Loved it got to say. But was stupid enough to leave money in the drawer. Money disappeared with no response from the staff whatsoever. Shame because its a lovely place otherwise, with great swimming pool and short walk from the beach.

For years I have been going here mainly for the pool. This time I swear never to go back again. My son was in the room sleeping. As I left to go to nearby shop to get bread. They just had to wake my son up … Take him to front desk for payment of room. He was escorted to the reception. As if we were going to run away. I pay them always at check out… But no … This unprofessional staff… Just had to beg. I have travelled stayed in best of hotels… this scum of a hotel taught me a good lesson.

My vacation was a blast. Grand west is the best The pool is so cool I give a 5 star.
