Amazing and great service from the staff.

Room had no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, no tea stuff, no restaurant, no cooking facilities when we checked in. Several reminders but very few things given upon request. Try and improve your service just like it used to be.

I enjoyed my stay here. A very big thank you to the friendly staffs, especially Lusia and the team for doing a marvelous job in presenting the room. Enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

Cleanliness and customer service has to improve the lady at the reception is very rude she's spoiled our day so we had to cancel our booking with you.

Best hotel to bring the family to spend family time.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the supermarket and also Burger King and Wishbone… My family really loved our room.

BED BUG! Terrible Stay with all bed bug on bed, bitten over 20+ red spots ALL OVER OUR BODY, make us so itchy and stressful. BAD SERVICE
Night shift staff didn't inform morning staff that she already called a taxi for us, then morning staff call for another taxi again make thing looks bad. Taxi arrived say yesterday request him to pickup but now new taxi come to pick up us again, taxi arguing.

Clean and recently updated rooms. Enjoyed my stay.

For a $100 a night you get a bed and towels. This hotel does not have a bar or a restaurant. Only suitable for overnight stays. Also there is no Wi-Fi.

The hotel is tiny and cute, but the room was not ready when I arrive at 4:30pm and I'm 100% positive that they didn't change the sheet. Besides, no hair dryer, NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERING. All the facility they have in the shower is one soap.

Last wk wkend I went with my friends around 9pm to enquire if there was a room available. You guys have the worst receptionist. First she didnt even greet us like she is suppose to with a smile.
When I asked her she replied back in native language : sa oso (its full). The whole time I was looking at her, she was looking behind me. She definately needs customer services training! Probably she treated us that way because we were locals but thats not suppose to be the case, …we need to be treated equal. Thank you.

Suggestion: No overhead shade at the pool. Kids likely to get sick when swimming in the hot sun!

Rooms are much better and beds are even more comfortable now with the new refurbishment done to the hotel rooms. Great place to stay now and convenient too.

If you need privacy and comfort it's a great place. Hotel provides cooking utensils but telephones are not provided in rooms.

Sorry to say this but the service is not up to any standard that is required of a hotel.
1 — we did not get what we booked for online
2 — room was not serviced before we checked in
3 — no towels were provided, when we asked, we were told that all towels are at the laundry and will take at least 1hour to arrive but the towels arrived almost 3 hours later, excuses given were — no transport to pick up.
4 — no coffee, tea, sugar or milk provided, few old and stale packs were in an old box
5 — This issues are for the manager to look into because its very well advised online and we have people coming over from all walks of life, here and abroad.
5 — overall this can become one of the best hotels, if petty issues are dealt with urgently.
Otherwise it just served the purpose of accommodating us, thats all matters

Good for a relaxing and getting away from the busy life and yet have all the shopping malls and other convenience close.

I left my phone in the lobby when I got in the cab to the airport. I took a cab back to get my phone but they lied to me and said it wasn't there and where not helpful at all. Once I got the police involved the lady at the desk lied and said I left it in my room. When it was in the lobby. Pool was closed and green. Bathroom wasn't clean. Toilet paper was empty. Sink tap wouldn't turn off. air con worked good.
