The rooms were dated and worn out. The shower was broken and the beds need replacing as I slept in the valley of a knackered mattress. Reception staff seemed nonplussed by the issues. If you are going to charge 5 star prices your guest are going to expect a better service. The breakfast was amazing though, and the barman was super helpful.

We really had a nice stay in Hotel Tórshavn. The reception staff is helpful and likeable, the room offered a breathtaking view of the port. The bar is great and the restaurant as well. It's too bad the pizzas oven was out of use at that time. We would have loved to taste their pizzas too.
