Not a good reception starting from the security guards to the General manager. Specially I don't recommend this hotel for any kind of event since there is no parking and terrible catering.

The restorant is awful: bad food, very slow service and the waiter didn't speak basic english. The rooms are very good if you like the old-fashioned furniture. The atmosphere of the hotel is a bit sad. Not sure if the 4 stars are deserved…

In the bole road near to bole international airport they have one of the best night club in addis A/V club Hotel become little old and tired Hotel rooms requires fresh interiors and new furniture Not so worthy you have better option harmony hotel nearby.

Le chef "manager" était très bien pour aider avec notre conférence de 200 personnes dans l'hôtel. Tout le monde appréciait les repas bufet midi et soir et le manager nous donnait les prix raisonnables. Mais en son absence c'est comme tout les autres employés ne savait pas quoi faire. Apparemment c'est difficile de déléguer la responsabilité dans leur culture et cela avait un effet sur notre expérience de leur hospitalité.

Very fancy hotel and a price tag to match that. Has a decent gym and a great breakfast. The rooms are fancy, but the beds are very hard. Not worth the cost in my opinion though.

I liked the place because it is posche. The interior design is top notch. I thought I was in an American hotel while I was here. It also has good food.

Soo old rooms. Too expensive compared to kind of service they provide. Very unprofessional staff. One has to keep on ringing reception to get something. Extremely slow Wi-Fi. Booled for a month but decided to checkout very first week due to numerous problems.

It is a good hotel but not acost perfermance efgective hotel because jupiter hotel has the best performance but friend ship is more expensive with almost 40$ difference.
