It's clean and comfortable.

Centrally located, an easy fuve minute walk to the central market square.
Lovely rooms, a well presented hotel with goid facilities.
The staff were fantastic and saw to our every need.

Honestly, this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
The room was spacious, quiet and beautifully designed, with perfect soundproofing.

Visited for business for 2 nights. Conference room and service in the conference area is excellent and friendly. Had lunch in the hotel.

Good location, we walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff were generally friendly, with only one exception.

The hotel is very nice and convenient located. Rooms are very spacious and contable, bathroom floors were heated even inside the shower.
Front desk personnel were very nice.

We stayed here in winter and our room was warm. The radiator was on medium and very warm. The Wi-Fi was fast and the buffet breakfast had loads of hot dishes.

The reception staff was friendly and quickly managed the requests, the maid was also friendly, but at the restaurant in the morning, the young woman who was attending (breakfast) wasn’t receptive.

Hotel was good. We really enjoyed the exercise room and thought it was phenomenal with a great view of the city. Rooms are a little small but manageable. It’s a long walk to Old Town.

Suddenly we had to stay in Tallinn in hotel. We looked for good location, reasonable price and parking for the car.

Comfortable hotel close to the center of Narva, very close to Fama shopping mall, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Bathrooms in the rooms look outdated, but clean and functional.

Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in … however you are best to book ahead of time.

Cool hotel with a real 70’s Soviet vibe without being dated. The breakfast is great and the location is also great. Nice to have a mall and food court connected. High floors have great views.

We had a wonderful stay at Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, but what truly made the experience memorable was Amin at the reception. His hospitality was genuinely warm and sincere.

It is a lovely modern hotel with an aged elegance. Clean, polite staff, amazing breakfast ‘ must try Kringle cake’. Make use of Otto’s bar a great feature, loved every minute there.
