Good view from the window, but also you can be seen from the street, in the room is not very good smell of cheap chemistry. On the sites overstated square, in fact not a very large studio. The location is wonderful but parking is paid 10 EUR a day.

Very confortable place to stay if you want to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Tallinn. Medieval City, shops, museums, restaurants, bars, cinema… are next to that place. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean apartment, has many of the basic needs. Great location, couple minutes' walk to the Old Town. Just about has a view of the port and the cruise ships coming in.

I want to write a review about not very adequate behavior of the management of this hotel. I booked this hotel through booking. Com When it is time to contact the Consulate for a visa to Estonia, it turned out that reservations booking. Com the Consulate does not accept. I contacted the hotel to send a confirmation of my booking. In response directly in the body of the letter was "confirmation" in this form: «Thank You for booking apartments City Heart Apartments , Please let us know the exact number of persons and the estimated check-in time» In response, I asked the hotel to send a confirmation in a more official form. As is usually done in PDF format, on letterhead. The reply was: >>another confirmation of the reservation of the apartment we don't send. From >> booking. Com You must be, come another proof >> immediately after booking our apartment, so that at the Consulate, >> You can show these two confirmation. But the fact is that on the website of the Consulate of Estonia explicitly says that the confirmation of the reservation from the website booking. Com they do not accept. I wrote to the hotel and asked them to send at least in this form: «hotel is a (details/address/phones such) confirms this reservation price for a given period, in such type of service». The answer quite disappointed : >>If the Consulate of Estonia does not accept reservations booking. Com and You >>have booked our apartments through booking.
