Fantastic Some guests might not appreciate the smaller beds and lack of a lift/elevator — but this is a medieval building, so quirks like this should be expected. Hospitality was exemplary and everything one should expect of a quality boutique hotel. The staff’s behavior was faultless. We were so pleased with the room, ambiance, amenities, hospitality and overall experience that we hope to return again in the winter. We would absolutely recommend this hotel (to those who can accommodate stairs).
