Disappointed, really bad management in every sense, we were made to wait to give us the room, after the time of entry, they told me that the add-in should be in cash and that as I had said, something that is not so, does not have control over, nor any rule in regard to the noise or music, we spend awake until 11 in the night by the scandal of other guests, the facilities are not the great thing, something that wouldn't matter if the service and the experience was better, the only redeemable feature is the tour to the volcano with a guide-exclusive, otherwise, I would not recommend it, the first and last time.
