Very good food place there was my wedding three years ago and it doesn't change the quality.

I want to comment that it is an irresponsibility of part of comfort inn as they handled the way of attention on Mother's Day there was no security measure the food each one grabbed it and many people without masks you just would have served the food since the ladle only the one who served it would have touched it was an irresponsibility on the part of comfort inn since in other hotels they are not doing so.

Very good service, one of its attractions is a view impressing the gulf.

Very nice hotel for a getaway trip. The location is really convenient, 5 minutes away from La Unión where you can find all types of restaurants, grocery stores and bars and like 25 minutes away from Las Playitas beach which is like a hidden paradise. The hotel has a small restaurant, the food is ok. The rooms are really comfortable with really nice air conditioner which you will definitely be needing since the weather is so hot. I had a really nice sleep there and the bathroom were nice too. Sufficient parking space and 24 hour pool with a terrific panoramic view of the mountains, volcanos and the sea. It isn't as expensive as other hotels and the service from the staff is great. Highly recommend!

The attention is very bad like that to ask or to pray that they attend it well to one.

Without a doubt the best hotel in the Union and would say the eastern area.
It has ample parking and numerous rooms to be able to accommodate a reasonable amount of guests.
It is just a few minutes from the center of the Union.
From some rooms you can see a good view towards the sea and the port still not working.
Additionally it also has event room, swimming pool, a mini gym entered other features.
Normally the stay includes Buffet breakfast that as a personal comment is the best that is served at the eastern level in the hotels
Relatively expensive the rooms compared but worth it for the service provided.

A great place to go with family, it has a large parking lot and the amenities are very good. The food is excellent, and they have quite a variety, so that there are enough options to choose what to eat.

Air conditioned super noisy. Very poor sound insulation. The air conditioning of Inesistente common areas, only in restaurant and sometimes at breakfast time the stay was unrefrigerated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

All pretty. But the air conditioning in the rooms are very old, noisy and not cool enough. The view is very beautiful and the food delicious.

For the standard of the area, it is the best hotel. It is a small hotel but has all the services and a spectacular view towards the Gulf of the Union.
I would not recommend visiting it on holidays because it gets so crowded and the visitors are so many that the staff also falls short to meet the standard. We have visited it on several occasions and in this last visit we have observed that they need to give maintenance to many areas, furniture, among others so that it remains beautiful.

Nice rooms with sea view, delicious food in the restaurant, very friendly staff, the evenings in the pool are very cheerful with music, barbeques and karaoke, however the pool is very small and you can not bathe comfortably, others only offer drinks Alcoholics in this area.

It has very good location, but the pool very small, the entertainment in the evening was with grotesque music.

The facilities are not that bad. Pretty well maintained. The food is bad. The shrimp cocktail is basically flavorless chopped tomatoes. Spaghetti with chicken, with excess garlic and chicken shortage. The Pepito, with bitter flesh, the iron was probably burned.

One of the best aspects is that the hotel is close to places to visit like Conchagua and the center of The Union. Breakfast is very good.
There Is A very good effort to give the best service, however I feel that they still need more. The staff is friendly and presto to help.
The room, on entering had a nice little smell and in the hallway the rooms was stronger. The bathroom in the rooms on the first level is quite uncomfortable. They Should pay attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym.

We were very pleased with our stay. A smart airy and modern hotel. Staff were very nice especially on the door and at breakfast. The pool area is lovely, a very enjoyable morning swim.
