The landscape and its rooms have air conditioning therefore you rest at ease.

The place is nice but they should maintain the apartment furniture, kitchen the water leaves suddenly, the gazebos are sloppy the bathrooms leave a lot to say.

Well, for me that they give more maintenance to the place because it is well neglected, the paint all mistreated and the kitchen do not serve and some chairs and tables either, it is a very nice place but it hurts that it is neglected.

I have visited 3 times the facilities, at critical level I hope you can give a greater aesthetic maintenance to the interiors of the apartments since some walls are dirty, they must pay close attention to hygiene in mobiles and artifacts (beds, oasis, etc. Since it should be mentioned on more than one occasion I have found an unwanted guest staying in some ricon and it is not pleasant, it would be good that they allowed access to the beach through the Club again because now you must cross a path of bad appearance annex or to the street. Good service and the apartment is nice but. The refrigerator was not working properly and we had to go out to buy water since the water was well and was dirty. Had No curtains and were missing some windows. That was an encouragement to many insects attracted by the light they went to the sitting area. Apart all good.

Nice apartment. The only detail is that you should walk for approximately 5 minutes to get to the beach, this is difficult for a senior, as the place is high. Otherwise the place is perfect.

Nice place. Private and quiet.

This is one of the best places to stay in San Blas beach!. It has 3 private pools. The deluxe apartment has 2 big rooms with air conditioner and one of the 3 pools exclusively for this apartment. The bedrooms, restrooms, living room and gardens are clean and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped. Doesn't have hot water but there's no need at the beach. Price is pretty high but fair.

I also like that the place feels safe and it's so close to the public beaches! And also if you feel like going to El Tunco its only like 10 minutes away! Totally recommend this place!
