Everything was great there. The food, the staff, the rooms. I loved the beach and the pool so much. The food was more than nice, the taste was delicious with a great variety that meets all tastes and it was very well served. All the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel has a good sea view and garden view, welcoming hotel crew, friendly and cooperative, daily night musical, singers and belly dancers, excellent pool service and wonderful meals Algezira restaurant.

I have just spent 2 nights there and I want to express my love for the hotel. Everything was more than perfect. The place it self is magical, the staff are really decent & supportive & nice, the food is delicious, the house keeping service is amazing. Thank you for everything, keep progressing.

Been there several times. Perfect place, very near to Cairo. rooms perfect food lovely & perfect Services excellent (room services, restaurants, beach services pool services even the golf car drivers, ) everyone is active willing to help everyone is doing there job with a cheerful face something we all don't see much of recently under life's pressure's. even the chef's are all perfect, you order anything they fetch if they can or do it in the next day. special gratitude to chef Ahmed spring & all chefs as well 🙂😃😀. I honestly would recommend it for a short vacation or weekends or on any vacations.

Buffet menu need some serious reconsideration it’s below average no one really wants to enjoy vacation on vegetables dishes … washrooms are too old and need work!

By far its the WORST, Disgusting and low self rating hotel in Sokhna, this hotel can compete on taking the very lowest rate in the history of hotels, I would strongly and highly recommend not to EVER reserve at this hotel, ever again … I would give it 0/10 in all levels of servicing.

Service not good at gate and reception, they should be upgrade how to recognize their guest, who already stay there.
When you call for room service, you have to wait a long time before they answer. Anyway the environment is beautiful and you will enjoy!

Nice swimming pool and sea beach, a wonderful view from Algezirah restaurant with interesting night show.

He rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is decent, definitely not a 5 star hotel. The amenities are horrible and that’s if you get them. You always have to ask for everything multiple times. Also the food is garbage… the chef does not know how to cook.

I particularly enjoyed the gastronomy.

Very Poor snorkeling sea although it's mentioned as one of its facilities. No animation team
Room's bathtub is not clean.
The room upgrading price is tripled as we attend as a part of a group!
We paid 900/night instead of 300 as mentioned by their reservation desk!
The same for the sea cruise was with double price 700 instead of 400! And children less than 6 was charged for full price! Open buffet breakfast has so limited varities!
Lunch buffet was very very very poor in both varities & taste! Poor nightlife Only liked:

It was very nice stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The place is so clean and all regmins to prevent Corona virus have been done. Food is amazing. I would like to be here again and I recommend movinpick elsokhna for your vaccations.

It's a very nice hotel with the best location in Sukhna, the room was very very clean, the view from the room was amazing ❤ friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast and the dinner were so delicious, so many varieties with amazing taste. Worth every penny.

Worth experience in had in my life. Tried to reach the General Manager to complain but he refuses to call back. Room division Manager (Mohamad was extremely rude) I don't advice anyone to put a step on this place… they ruined all my wedding anniversary celebration. The story will definitely not end here… I don't imagine how a strong chain like Movenpick is putting such a poor and unprofessional staff to run the Hotel.

They refused to interfere
For them, it is clear that the situation is normal and happens frequently
Therefore, we turned to the assistance of tourism police No return.

Worst experience we have ever had.
Very bad quality of food! Place full of mosquitos and instead of using mosquito killer fly machine they sprayed gas all over the place not taking into consideration babies, pregnant women, people with allergies, etc.
The room lightings were not working correctly since we arrived and we had to call the guy to fix it everyday.
My daughter got sick and the hotel Dr asked us to go to a hospital in Cairo although we called her Dr on the phone and he prescribed some medicines and she was fine thank God. So better to assign a pediatrician instead of this cutting cost.

The best hotel I have ever visited. Thi is the third time spending this celebertion of Eid EL Adha I greatly appriciate the great efforts done from all friendly people and the crew since we arrive d until now. All people are friendly and helpful. All are profitioally directeted. And arranged. I felt that it was special treatment for me but l found that it was away of working to all. I woud like to thank all even the architect who designed this biulding and. I would like to thank people responsible of the front office and Mr Mahmoud responsible and director of the restaurant and the group working with him. Special thanks to workers make this hotel clean and safe. Rooms are clean. Aaround the pool are v. Safe. Every year I wish I would come wih my family an friends to enjoy this unique

It was a great pleasure to visit your lovely hotel. The best thing in this hotel is its staff whom are very kind and meet yiu with lovely smile allvthe time. The suite was always clean and ready. The food was very delucious and alot of variety. Even when I asked for a cake for my twins birthday it was served with a lovely song from the staff. Really thank you very much fir this lovely vacation. Sure we will visit you again.

Room wasn’t clean enough (floors dusty, sheets of one bed had stains) door card reader wasn’t easy to open and might need maintenance. On the other hand, food was good, staff were always nice. Most nicely was the kind offer to use the beach after check out and use the health club super clean and convenient shower and bathroom. In general, it’s the best place in Sokhna but the rooms need more maintenance to weigh the price.

All was lovely. Just one note, my friend who booked from Germany got a rate for 1300 LE per night, while me as an Egyptian got the room for 2700 LE. It is a bit odd to me. However, all the staff were amazing, and we had a great experience, lovely beach, the room was clean, maintaining privacy and very cozy.

Overall experience was good. The rooms were fairly clean, food was good and a variety, very clean beach and friendly staff at canteen and swimming pool. However, charging for drinks at dinner for half board seemed a little low for Mövenpick and we were not informed before. How can there be dinner and you don't get basics like water and juice provided. It will bring extra fixed revenue for the hotel, but it's bad service and putting people in a difficult situation because they will not eat without getting drinks. I stayed in Mövenpick in Makkah and now in Sokhna and feel this is a bad policy.

The best location and hotel you can spend your holidays. Starting from the reception. So polite and welcoming the most sweet smile ever and best hospitality… I loved the stay from the first moment I checked in. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa … then the room service. I was in room 2209. So graceful and beyond wonderful… always Avilable and always glade to serve… the facility. The pool greatly done, … you have great view of the sea and the dolphins when sun sets … last but not least the animation team. The best I have seen ever. Active. Best attitude and social … really lovely … the real place you feel like home. To relax and have the best time ever… enjoying every second. Special Thanks to Ms rowdy. Ms nayera. Mr qazal. Mr Kemo … as for the food no words can explain the explicit taste and how delicious it is. Special thanks to chiff Amr … can’t wait to come back again seriously.

Everything was so good. Service was good, food was delicious, pool and sea services are excellent. But I got a couple of suggestions. Firstly, extra beds that are added in family rooms, are a little not comfortable, a little bumpy and not suitable for tall people. Secondly, aside of the deliciousness of dinner, it’s a pity that dinner isn’t inclusive of soft drinks and/or juice. I mean come on, all this precious open buffet, and you can’t provide a can or some juice? Don’t you think?

Hotel is great, location is nice. It requires renovation, specially the access control system. Food is perfect, however there is no Om Ali, I stayed from Friday till Monday and did not find it in any of three dinners. Nice pool and sea, staff is more than professional.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. The food quality is average I would like to see it improve. The rocks on the beach are dangerous and slippery people can get seriously injured, I would like not to see them next time I go.

From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, up to date, and comfortable. The grounds and beach are kept clean and beautiful. The best part of our stay had to be the food. The buffet offered plenty of options and the quality is the best we’ve ever had at a resort. We are already planning our next stay at Movenpick.

Everything was good, the hotel is very clean and we had great time, the food was really delicious and they offer great service in the restaurant, the staff is very helpful. The reception staff also are very supportive. I had only 2 issues, 1 — Mosquitoes at night are awful please do something for this. 2 — Swimming pool staff are friendly but the guys who are managing the towels are not, when we check-in and even when they gave us the towels they didn't explain or ask us to return back the towels, we just left the towels in their places and this is usually what we do in most of our trips in different countries and hotels. We thought this is normal because we are not told to do anything when we decide to leave. And we went back to the guy to collect our card, this guy was really aggressive to explain the hotel policy which we respect. We will not have any problem to do your job and collect the towels and return it back to you. But at least explain this when you gave them to us. Again the way he spoke with us is not appropriate for Mövenpick or even 1 star hotel. The overall experience was really good,. The hotel and all its facilities are good, the hotel is very safe also.

Nice food. Rooms. Beach and stuff. But please it is better from ur side to offer persons which come early to take breakfast till hired room become free. All hotels offer me this if I come early but ur stuff asks charge. Anyway thanks.

Very good resort located in sokhna. The check in was very fast and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and the dinner also were very tasty and with a lot of varieties and all items were fresh and nice. Somewho, the rooms were spacious yet a little bit old and the furnitures was old too. I guess it needs to be re furnished to keep the usual passion style of Mövenpick. The pool and the sea side were amazing and the facilities there are also very good.

Considering this is a “movenpick” resort that is rated 5 stars, here’s my review: The facility is nice. The rooms aren’t perfect and the floor was sandy the moment we got into the room. The dinner was nice, but the breakfast wasn’t at all. The music by the pool was the worst I’ve ever heard (and the loudest). You can’t relax/read a book/ take a nap because of the terribly and extremely loud music. The worst part of it all was the massage. The woman who gave me the massage was talking non-stop during the 30 mins massage session. She wasn’t professional AT ALL. And she was being inappropriate with me over and over again. I was vulnerable and in the beginning I was always thinking “she’ll stop now, she’s just joking” but she wasn’t. I am so disappointed. Will never come back here.

Food is very poor quality, one bottle of water for double room is not adequate. Beach restaurant launch spaghetti was very salty although advised and they changed the plate but still the sauce was very salty and unacceptable. No proper entertainment at evening. Night activities is very poor. Heated pool is a must in such season especially in 5 star hotel. Hotel require some renovations. Departure date hotel refused to provide water unless charged. Requested a basin locker in the bathroom to lock water to go through and failed to provide the same by housekeeping . Requested a bath robe and only one was given although it is a double room.

I would like to thank all the staff members for their extraordinary efforts and excellency to deliver world-class service. I am really enjoyed staying at their and I will come back very soon. I will definitely recommend it for all my friends. The place is magnificent. The weather is magnificent all the year. Calm and private, white sand beach with a crystal-blue sea. Nice swimming pools. Excellent and diverse food from all over the world. Night parties for teens, couples, families and kids. Diversity is welcomed. One of the best red sea resorts! You won't regret staying your vacation there. The price is competitive to other hotels in the area with the same quality of service. It is worth every single penny!

Beautiful location! Food not that great for a 5 star hotel. House keeping staff and waiters are very friendly, reception staff not so much. Hotel is environmentally conscious and deserve a higher rating for that.

One of the best hotels in sokhna, very nice infinite pool although they don't have a heated one. I had king delux garden room in ground floor and it was spacious and comfy, beach is nice and many amazing spots to sit and relax. The staff are helpful and animation teams is delightful, breakfast is amazing with so many good options. The only weak point was dinner, only dessert and live bbq is good, the rest of buffet food is not that delicious and sort of low quality. I'd recommend it again anyway just if they work on the food quality.

I spent 4 days in this amazing place. Everything was super starting from the reception while checking in and the staff were really friendly, supportive and accommodating to our needs. A very relaxing place I have to say! The beach is 5 min away from the main hotel building and the sea view is gorgeous with crystal clear water. There are some water activities (pedaling, etc) that was also good. The buffet had excellent food choices and variety of food done each day. The animation team were also fun where my 4 year old greatly enjoyed his time there All in all, I highly recommend this place and planning another visit soon!

A good place but old rooms, the food quality is good. The restaurant has an indoor tables and outdoor ones. They have an infinity pool beside the sea, they warm the water at winter. The place is so quiet and will be a great choice for couples and families. There is a café which offers hot and cold beverages.

Great setting with lush gardens leading towards private beach & pool. Wheelchair access most areas & very welcoming staff, who helped find seat where wheelchair access possible in the restaurant. Buffet was varied, food quality very good and vegetarian options available. Room with own terrace was spacious & well furnished, only downside was that Wi-Fi was only available in public area, not in rooms. Would definitely return.

One of the best hotels at Al Ain El Sokhna, good beach, good rooms, nice staff and good food. Nice for kids and for week ending break and relaxing as it's 1 hour drive from Cairo. I recommend.

The price was too high for the service of the hotel, have it's really boring, I recommend it to you over the weekend, but it's clean.

Best resort in El Sokhna so far, rooms are clean and nice but not perfect regarding some small details, the staff are nice and helpful, food is good, the sea and the pool are clean with an outstanding view.

I sent 3 nights there last march, the weather was very good, the staff was helpful, but the room and furniture need more care and improvement.

It's an amazing hotel good service and everything but costy.

Doesn't even deserve a single star. The staff are extremely impolite and rude, the hotel and the furniture are really old and need a lot of renovation, the rooms are really small, the food is really bad and there's no variety. However the beach is really clean and nice but the beach and pool team are not professional. Definitely wouldn't go there again even for free!

Overrun by families with very young children and The buffet is focused that 80% towards Egyptians. There is one à la carte restaurant that since they provide to the entertainment next to it that loud volume is not an attractive option Nice like swimming pool but unfortunately the activities team have disco music belting out for most of the day so not very peaceful Would not return. I could mention that the staff were the best thing about the hotel even if I didn't always think so. One exception would be the guy in charge of the bar lounge who allowed young children in despite a sign saying no under 18's and having it pointed out to him!

Nothing about the hotel makes it more than a 3 star. Rooms are dirty and dated. Service can be better. Try better places in Egypt.

Is a good hotel. The beach is very nice. A very good service. The food is good. I give the score of 16 out of 20

I love this place! The beach is very beautiful and clean. Pool bar offers lots of food choices. Very hot in the morning during the summer, unless you sit in the shade, but the weather gets lovely at the afternoon, the perfect weather for a walk in the many gardens they have. Open buffet offers lots of choices from several cuisines, including Egyptian. The rooms are nice and whether you have a Seaview or garden view, you'll certainly love it.

It's generally a good place. The staff is helpful, some speak Russian. The location is good, the territory is very clean, except that the shops with the backs is missing, and the lounges in the room. Numbers are possible and need to be updated, but not to say it was a pressing question. For kids, there's an animation and a small pool. Adults also have animations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you get to visit these places again, you'll have to choose this hotel.

It is very nice hotel the services are amazing the location is perfect. Marine and pool teams doing their best to make every one safe and happey. Ker team doing excellent shows every night. Finaly the food variety and quality are acceptable.

This place is really marvelous in terms of location, design and natural view. The service is far beyond slow and staff are either inefficient or may be understaffed. In general you you might have good experience if you are planning to serve yourself and don't wait for them to respond.

Good hotel in terms of location, view and outside area. But in general the service is diabolical. Specially the room service and in general food service by the pool. The staff just don't pay attention. Also what's with no Wi-Fi in hotel! Most hotels now have Internet connectivity.
