There are pros and cons. The grounds are chic, the food is also on the level except for breakfasts. Of the cons there are no family rooms, no snack bars between the snout and lunch, lunch and dinner. Water 1.5 litres a day when cleaning the room, then only in the bar.

I don't understand why this hotel is rated 5 stars! The rooms are dirty and the bathrooms are rusty. The room service are very slow and sometimes they don't answer the calls. They just want tips. The beds mattresses are too hard that feels like this you're sleeping on the floor.

I have always found good and I can say that I am 15 years that 2 times a year I always come here there is a lot of cleanliness and the staff is always present at any time so you are from God.

For me it is a fair place only for the location in the middle of Naama bay which is the most visited street in Sharm El Sheikh. But compared to the level of other hotels in Sharm El Sheikh is not good as 4 star hotel. Food is not bad but not perfect. Rooms are wide and clean but has bad view. Reception guys are very helpful abd nice. This is the first impression, rest of the hotel facilities still not tested. In general the service is not equal the price.

Very nice place, in the center naama bay near to all markets and night clubs. Food is good, Various and tasty. Rooms are cleans but need some modification. Wifi is good and fast in the lobby. The beach is near. Rood service are very good and professional. Swimming pools are not good.

The rest is in April 2018. The room was clean, there was something wrong with the food we had diarrhea all the time we were there, the food times are not that good, not enough toilet papers the TV and the remote were terrible but the swimming pools were so much fun specially the slides, the private beach is really small and we barely find any spaces there for us, overall it was fun and OK but it definitely could be a lot better.

The hotel is just Okay. Location is very central in Naama bay, you're not on the beach, but couple of minutes walk to it. You're central to the nightlife of Naama bay. Food was def. Below expectation, and staff, though friendly, was overwhelmed. I would recommend this place if you are on a budget.

Not professional hotel as I have made the reservation and I arrive to the hotel and they make me wait outside the gate and didnt let me enter with the car because they had a problem about system I don’t suggest this hotel to anyone,

I like this hotel in terms of being near to the beach and centric position to all sight seeing in Sharm. Food is various and tasty. BUT rooms need to get fixed. I would recommend floor 4 or 5 if you need comfy stay, under these floors u will find very unfacilitated room. Though rooms are not cheap. I went there for honeymoon and anniversary, I wonder why they didn't give us any special dinner voucher or romantic dinner? So 3 degrees rate goes for ; food, beach, centric position. Swimming pools need to be fixed as well as ceramic was broken and get my feet hurt.

The hotel is nice, but not a 5 star. Very small beach, very tiny. The food is the same as everywhere, the truth was a lot of seafood. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good too. I had to walk and ask for it. The janitor pulled the card out of the light socket, and we had a charger plugged in from the phone at that time. I like this hotel. I can't agree with Mostafa Farrag. Yes, breakfasts were monotonous, but lunch and dinner were various. Each days' menu has different type of fish and meat dishes, and they were tasty. A lot of fruits and sweets. Staff members were polite and courteous. For Egypt this place isn't bad at all.

What I hate about this Hotel is its food which is terribly bad with less varieties and no taste at all although this is a five stars hotel. I booked with all inclusive but neither the breakfast nor the Lunch nor the dinner were good at all. The hotel's beach is small compared to other beaches and the animation team doesn't exist on the pool or on the beach. The water park have three slides which unfortunately closes at 1 pm so you don't have much time to enjoy it. My overall experience with this Hotel is fair but I will not book again in such place and won't recommend anyone to book in it due to the reasons stated above.

Great hotel in Naama Bay. Sandy beach and sunset in the sea, protected from the wind. There are three slides and heated pools. Food-hungry will not. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went here for my honey moon. It was amazing! Love the swimming pools. You had a choice of 5 swimming pools. Only stayed here for 3 nights but it was more than perfect. Breakfast and dinner were great too! Will post pictures soon!

It is several times that I go to Sharm. I can say that I had a great time, compliments for the cleanliness, kindness, and even the eating. I will come back here to this resort, because even though it is in the center it is a beautiful place.

Nice hotel. Cleanliness is maintained everywhere. Cooks are not really good at cooking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is clean, the corals are old and the sea is clean, so you can swim without your shoes and let the children in the water. They just didn't let them miss. Wi-Fi is a bad thing, probably because of more people, but it's not a problem, because there's something to do in the hotel and its work. The staff are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Russian, and some even know a little Ukrainian, which is very gratifying. I suggest you like to visit.

This is not a 5 star hotel but 3 max. Dirty rooms. You have to walk for 5 minutes on a city street. The beach is small. Sunbeds is not enough in rush hour. In Sharm there are better 4 star hotels than this. I do not advise.

Superb, staff are always looking to help us been here for 6 weeks. My wife is a wheelchair user and the staff treat her like a princess. Wonderful Anne in guest relations deserves a special mention, she so very helpful and friendly.

A great hotel for couples, families and the older generation. We found the food to be of a high standard and with discount of the adjoining restaurants a mexican and an Italian just tops it off. Food around the pools and beach are pretty much all day and got me back twice everyday. The room we stayed in block 900 was massive and contained 3 double beds. A golf buggy and driver was also provided for the trip baxk upto your room. (Many a drunken ride home). The staff are of a different class, cannot say highly enough of them akram and muhammad at the beach bar work tirelessly. All in all, the best holiday ive had, and shall be returning in 2014 no doubts. Mr roach.

Very nice hotel with large rooms! We initially gave little room in the central building, but for a small charge gave the suite next to the pool. Really liked. The only thing was missing animations.
