Actually it is our third time to be here.
Though we have visited sharm Elsheikh many times having experiences at other hotels but Sierra is literally the preferred one for us.
The stuff are so friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing two week holiday at sierra sharm last month. Finally got round to reviewing it. Everything was just perfect.
Covid safety measures were second to none, from the food service areas to house keeping. I would say we felt safer in Egypt than we do in the UK.
The animation team were excellent and Mahmood, Ahmed, Antonio & Valia kept us all entertained, even though the hotel wasn't very busy they all done an amazing job and every day made time for each and every guest.
The food in the restaurant was good and there is something for everyone. Every day being welcomed by Miriam who checked our temperature upon entry to the restaurant and Mr Mohamed Ezz who greeted us with the warmest Egyptian welcome every day, he really is an asset to the hotel. Customer service is so important in hospitality and finding the right balance of engaging with customers is a skill and Mohamed Ezz has that. The pool guys (life guards) were exceptional. Samuel, Hessan, Mohamed & El Sayed were always on hand to look after everyone. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach (leaves the hotel every 30 minutes) where you can snorkel of the pier or catch some of the ocean waves laying on the sand. Only a 5 minute journey on the shuttle or a 30min walk. Thanks to willo who was working down there. The hotel's beach bar is also there for all incl drinks and snacks.

It is one of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.

Savoy hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff were exceptional and made us all feel like family. The Beach was a short walk from our room and held endless activities, snorkeling from the hotel pier, parasailing, banana boating, fly jet and many more. The pool which had a swim up bar with funny and very hospitable staff Bassem and Mohammed who made our trip that much more exciting and memorable The resort holds many restaurants however one that stood out from the rest would have to be Rosemarino Italian cuisine, Islam was our waiter and also the manager of the restaurants. Being a group of 11 people he went out of his way to make our dining experience something to remember. Tamer who was the Manager at Savoy went above and beyond. Would I come back? In a heart beat! Wonderful resort, I enjoyed the food and Soho square is just meters away. Staff are very good and the room was comfortable but some what is small.

The hotel does not match 5 stars. Starting from the rudeness on the reception during the settlement and the same boory attitude accompanied us all the rest. We went with a child. When the child's beach bus started vomiting, instead of help, we were forced to wash the bus in order! Superb hotel! I originally booked 10 nights and ended up staying here for 1 month! I have now returned back to hotel I booked 10 nights but will now extend stay again! The staff are very helpul and friendly! Especially Samuel Hani and Mina! Tour guide Yula very professional in fact all the staff are brilliant! Hotel is very clean and food is good! I cannot complain about anything! I thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel (i am very fussy person! So this review means a lot)!

We had a nice time. We are a couple from California if it means anything. Everything was clean especially the pools, there are three. Our room was clean daily by a very helpful staff. We personally don't like the food. It seems prepackaged and heated up. The coffee is not the best. I am a coffee snob and Nescafe was not cutting it for me. Some of the staff were amazing like Ahmet at the bar and pool always with a smile and very helpful. Kahled, at the bar was also amazing! Before we would come up to the bar, our drink was being made because he would remember what the guests liked. Great guy! We had a few of the staff that were rude, yet some of the guests were more disturbing to the staff. They do well with some of the rudness and demanding people that felt they were more important! Over all, we had a great time and we would come again.

We stayed in this hotel for a few years in January and November. The hotel has cozy rooms, a heated swimming pool, a spa with massage services and beauty treatments. Comfortable gym. Food was satisfied, children were provided with dietary dishes.

Spacious rooms. Lovely ambience. Great spa. Lots of walking to reach rooms or the beach. Wi-Fi connectivity in rooms are not good.

Beautiful resort with many swimming pools, spa, minigolf, bar, gym and tennis court. The hotel offers an all-inclusive formula with breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. All the property and very well taken care of, great service and the staff always very helpful and polite. I guarantee a high level of security with controls to the exit/entrances well guarded. Great area, unlike Savoy and similar large hotels-everything is compact and very cozy. This is definetly not a 5 stars hotel. All inclusive doesn't include water! The pools were closed all afternoon because there was too much chemicals in the water! Finally the restaurant wasn't good, poor variety and quality. Will not go back for sure.

The hotel is just 2-line, but the service is being watched. The animation is not a fish, it's a very sad equipment. There is a Soho area where there are regular activities and concerts. Similarly, Sierra guests can walk around the Soho Hotel.

Such a wonderful place to stay in just came back from 10 days vacation with my family, prices are very reasonable, the rooms and amenities are very clean and looked after regularly. Rooms are spacious, clean, room service are very responsive and honest, used to leave my money and valuable stuff on the side table and not using the safe box and nothing lost. The entire staff are amazing, very polite and guest oriented, smiling, friendly and yet professional. Multiple huge and clean swimming pools, the beach is amazing, water is clear for wonderful snorkeling and diving. Food is tasty and lots of verities. I can not stress anymore on how great and wonderful are the staff. This is my 3rd visit in the last 10 years and I will be back again. This is by all means one of the places I can recommend to anyone.
