It’s the most beautiful resort you can imagine. The staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, the resort is so clean all over. I will for sure come back again 🤩

Our first time in Egypt and so happy we chose the Cleopatra Luxury Resort for our stay. All staff were very kind and friendly. Pools, restaurants and rooms were great and resort overall was very well maintained. We did some excursions during our stay and cannot thank enough Mohamad and Karim from the Safari for an excellent excursion with attention to detail and would definitely recommend this. Some of our party were nervous but Mohamed looked after our family during the trip and personally made it an enjoyable event for all and a trip we will never forget. I also recommend the Glass Bottom Boat booked via the Diving College. Hope to to able to return 😀

This should be 6* as everything you would expect on a Luxury all inclusive holiday. Staff on hand to help before being asked. Food excellent, lots of choice. Very clean.

We chose the November holiday with the fear of not getting the heat right, instead the luck of being able to spend the only holiday a year even if in November with 30 degrees a spectacular hotel with a spectacular room, the cleanliness is excellent as never visit Egypt. The availability of the staff is at a high level. I can not forget to name two people who made our holiday even and much more beautiful :Sameh Zeidan and Faheem The boys of the little bar in the pool … Smiling, welcoming, professional and kind… And they were the ones who managed to get me out a few tears by writing a dedication. You are great, we will definitely meet again, especially thanks to your simple: Be yourself and kind.!. See you soon ️️️️️️

Excellent staff — all very welcoming and kind. Great views and immaculately kept grounds. Child friendly and lots of excursions available. Great snorkelling off the private jetty. Food options were average but service was excellent. House wines and beverages of a good standard. Housekeeping excellent.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Egypt. The rooms are clean, large and have a nice location. The staff is exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful. The food is good and varied. When your glass of drink is empty, there is already a new one. We have been on some excursions. The excursions we booked with the people of the hotel (SPA, SAFARI, BOAT TRIP) We therefore advise you to look for Mr. Tito if you want to spend a day at sea. We rented a private speedboat with a very nice captain, who showed us special places. Well and if you are also lucky enough to see dolphins next to your boat, then the happiness is complete. For an evening of desert you have to go to Mr. Mohamed (SAFARI), this sympathetic man made us feel like the king and queen of dessert. We went into the dessert with a quad, Mohamed made sure that everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We were also well pampered in the spa & wellness at the resort with knowledgeable and very friendly staff. TIP! Have dinner at fellini or Red Sea Warf. We would especially like to thank محمد سعد, Tito, Fabio, Ahmed Ghonem (doktor) and Ahmed Shawky (beachbar) for this special holiday. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Lovely people working there all over the hotel, and taking care of us, it is very big and a lot of space between. Everything is very clean and beautiful. The food always fresh and different. Beautiful views! Thanks a lot and see you later🙏🏻

I loved this hotel, the staff went out there way to help you My room was spacious and clean. The food was fantastic The nighttime’s entertainment was not that great. The best part of the holiday was around the entertainment pool and the lifeguard’s, one in particular a guy called Mohammed who went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday and to make sure that I was looked after. Thank you Mohammed the lifeguard and all the staff for making me feel so welcome.

I give 10 for everything! Clean room, food was great, very friendly personnel, great restaurant next to the beach! I cant wait to go back!

We spent a wonderful vacation, everything was perfect. Very qualified friendly & helpful staff with their smily faces, very nice and well furnished rooms with modern style, highest standards of hygienes, cosy and comfy atmosphere. Night shows were very amusing & fascinating. An ideal sight for snorkeling. All inclusive open buffet was always including very tasty and new international recipes (Italian, oriental, Turkish, asian cuisine). Many thanks to everyone of the staff whom in charge of the kitchen and open buffet, and special thanks to Chef Sedat who was always keen to keep an eye on every single detail and never stop helping his staff to serve guests and to ensure their satisfaction. The Wi-Fi was the only thing missing mostly. Hope they solve this problem. we visit sharm El sheikh yearly since 2004 and we prefer to try different hotel each time. But for cleopatra we will definitely come back many times ahead to repeat such wonderful memories.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, all the staff bar none are fabulous, and I don't praise lightly, highly recommend.

A nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly and kind staff, one pool is heated now, in march, which is a plus. The food is no so diverse, but it is good, quality, not quantity! my kids likes the omlete, in the morning, and I let them eat cakes if they eat salad first :)! Actualy, they told me that they like salad :)! The spa is good, because we booked for 5 days, they gave us one hour bonus with gomage and loufa massage, hammam and turkish bath. It was wonderful! We feel good, we have 3 more days here!

We just returned from our holiday and we already missed this beautiful hotel! Highly recommend! We felt like at home and didn’t want to leave ; (All hotel team is more than amazing, they really treat you well! Food is the top class, cleanliness top top class and friendly team! I think it was the best place ever we have seen and been, comparing with other holidays we have had ;) We definitely coming back 😘😘😘

It’s one of the best hotels in Sharm region, friendly and courteous staff! Had an amazing SPA treatment❤️❤️❤️

1. Animation team was very very bad mostly not existing at all. Main pool has no animation at all and this poor animation are working on a small pool.
2. Food variety is very limited, we kept eating same items everyday especially in breakfast and lunch buffet.
3. “The Market” restaurant staff (Main buffet staff) are very rude, we always feel like they are punished to serve us and they treat us as if you are begging for something. Also, it was my first time to see staff members eating with clients in the same restaurant!
4. The beach restaurant staff have same bad attitude as main restaurant and moreover we are not allowed to take snacks on neither the beach nor the pool, instead we have to keep sitting at the beach restaurant to have your snack. Another small note, the beach restaurant is not located precisely on the beach but it is a bit higher, so no direct serving on the beach.
5. The Room air conditioning has very awful smell.
6. The outdoor lighting is very poor and there are many Lizards everywhere that we were afraid of sitting anywhere outdoor at night.
7. Staff hygiene is so so bad that I found them filling food and drinks for clients with bare hands.
8. Some clients were swimming in the pool with their full clothes and when I complained nothing happened. Moreover, they allow children to swim in the main adult pool and I saw by myself some children with their parents peeing in the main pool.

A really good hotel on the beach in Sharm. Very good food, perfect maintenance, excellent service and very good variety of amenities. The perfect place for a vacation and a luxurious escape in the blue Waters and gorgeous nature of the Synai peninsula.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in Friendly and helpful stuff makes it excellent. The area is well maintained, room service is great, food is delicious. We enjoyed it in every way.
The animation team are friendly and very attentive especially to kids. My child loved spending time in kid’s club, she enjoyed mini discos and other entertainments.

I enjoyed the best vacation in Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm el Sheikh. Thanks for the best memories. The staff was nice. Beautiful and clean rooms with excellent view (from 1006). The food was delicious, it would be better to diversify. Also Beautiful and clean pools.
All day was more pleasant with the team of animators. Especially thank to Fares My holiday would be boring without Fares. He was energetic, joyful and kind to us. He knows how to create a fun mood for guests.

Wanted to break out to the sea, sun, and silence. I liked the service. Maintenance problems was not. Cleaned perfectly, served quickly. Not licking from the Jacuzzi. Very good sauna. Funny corals. The territory of the Botanic garden. Views from the mountains called beautiful, I can't seen in Jerusalem. This is a place that really needs to visit. A must! And the pyramids, from which simply breathtaking. I'm in Egypt for the first time. And after reading the previous reviews I understood to be easier when you arrive. Feel free to ask what you need. Do not forget to once again smile.
