The awful hotel I have ever visited, unprofessional management, very bad reception, unfriendly staff, very poor food, aggressive staff, no music at lobby, no body recive us at the front door 😡😡😡😡

The entire very well maintained facility, the exemplary service, the friendly staff and the good food. I was here for the first time, but certainly not the last time and would recommend the Swiss Inn Resort to everyone.

I had bad experience with this hotel last week.
The cleaning stuff stolen the towel cards from my room number 312.
And when I checked out the receptionist incest that I have to pay 400 LE for those two cards.

Great staff, family atmosphere and beautiful location. It was just wonderful.

The place is amazing, the service and the team is very helpful and Mr Peter the manager and all management are always on ground making sure everything is in place and always asking guests if we need anything. The food is amazing with great variety on all meals, and I didnt have the usual stomach discomfort.
The sandy beach is great, making it easy for children and adults to enjoy the sea yet if you are there for snorkeling it is better to plan trips to other spots in Dahab.

We had a wonderful stay there! Great location and very family friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. The food was also very good. I would go there again when I want to go yo Dahab!

One of the most helpful set of staff. Always greeting you with a smile and doing everything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Everyone from managers to janitors — same service. They have one of the few sandy beaches in dahab
They have a range of water activities too! Lots of fun. And arrange for all types of excursions, all you have to do is ask :)

The Hotel is good, facilities are a bit worn but clean. The staff is making an effort to keep everything clean. The air conditioning has been bothering me little. The General condition is good.

Was there a year ago, after a paid upgrade, the room was much more amenity than the usual standard rooms. Very friendly service staff, good food buffet. Recommended.

Very nice place if you want to chill out, sandy beach, good food, reasonable prices.

Good Service with a reasonable accommodation fees, restaurant are offering a normal not a luxury meals.

The resort has many problems First the staff is not cooperating that much and they seem they don't like there job. The rooms is not good the toilet smells bad although we had it cleaned once we stepped into the room. The air conditioning is not working at all and although we complained no body did anything. This is a big issue that I would prefer to sleep out in the open than in a none conditioned or ventailted room. The food is just ok not rotten but it didn't taste tasty and the use quite bad low quality ingredients that results that the food will look good but it doesn't taste that well. The all inclusive system soft is strange and uncomfortable as we have to sign for everything we drink, because they have problem on the control something internal and we are only allowed soda drinks and powder based orange juice and water. Over all the experience was unpleasant and o wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

It is a lovely place. The whole area has a nice sandy beach and the water is warm and nice and with no waves as a swimming pool. Close to water sports and leisure facilities and a supermarket is situated in walking distance. Only problem I faced there was with their activities centre. A guy named Ahmed pop sold me a glassboat trip withe double the actual price if I have ordered it from the owner that is situated a 100 meters away!

Very bad hotel with awful rooms full of lizards and insects, zero hygiene, and irrespecutful, rude and unprofessional staff. Although the hotel is not fully occupied, were not lenient to change rooms and asked us to pay more money for changing the rooms, however it’s not our problem at all! Cant believe that it’s a 4 stars hotel!

So quite place. Its also one a of few 4 star's hotel in Dahab which make it a marvelous spot to have a good time with your partner. On the other hand this place located a quit bit far from the center (as the locals name it) which that also not WOW place comparing it with Neema bay and the fun you can find there. To Neema bay its took around 1 hour 45 minutes with cost of 450-600egp per distention.

This is the best hotel I visited and I enjoyed my time very much and I hope I visit it again.

Cons: Not value for money paid. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel service. I reserved two rooms garden view and called 6 hours in advance to confirm time to check in. I arrived at 5:30 pm we checked in and went to the rooms with bell boys, one room was not ready and the other smelled sewage outside but was ok inside. At first they refused to give us two close to each other rooms with exercise of 85% occupancy but after going back to them complaining one of the rooms was not even ready four and a half hours after normal check in time, they immediately gave us two adjacent rooms a little far from the source of sewage smell. We went to dinner and the food was ok. The day after we went to the beach and came back at 4pm and both rooms had not been cleaned. I complained again, the front desk sent the cleaners 40 mins later. We had to take showers then the cleaners came, we asked them to wait until we finish they were grumpy!. Saying they want to get it over with! That was not nice and totally unprofessional. Definitely it will not be my first choice in Dahab again soon nor will I recommend it to friends and family. House keeping personnel pivotally need some training regarding how to profsionally deal with guests regarding their complaints. Administration need to pay more attention how they distribute their staff on the work load. Pros: Very nice location, nice beach, clear water. Suitable for relaxation, not much activities to do. Staff is friendly in general.

Love the place. Best family vacation spot since 1998 if one loves diving or windsurfing thats the place to be.

Location is good, stuff are good, the hotel is clean and there is facilites but the food is soooooooo bad as hell.

Nice hotel, clean beach, nice big pool, affordable price, provide good outdoors activities. The bad thing, they don't provide water at the dinner, which is ridiculous!? You have to pay for that, even with half board. They also give us a far room from the beach, even most of the rooms are empty. Food in general good, but the dessert not good enough, specially the pastries aren't always fresh enough. No many parties at night, except small one at Thursday.

The hotel all in all is very nice & cozy… clean & neat rooms. All staff is very nice, cooperative & responsive front desk employees, waiters, chefs & housekeepers…
Beach is perfect & activities are amazing.
Food is not perfect, it's ok nothing special about it… it happend more than once that deserts are not fresh… no varieties in daily recipes, quantities are very limited & many times we waited too long for refills…
I'm willing to visit Swiss Inn again. I loved it but please consider the food thing.

All is very good except food. Perfect seashore, clean sea, best location for windsurfing here, very good rooms (many already renovated). Food is just average or a bit below, wine list is very bad. But is you eat outside, like me — this is absolutely no problem! ) )

Wonderful hotel rally u will feel complete relax. The perfect Place to play wind surf or horse riding. Working people really nice and gentle men. Food very nice and testy. Totally view really nice. Thanks.

Swiss Inn, that means for me, unwind and let yourself be pampered. Enjoy the beautiful view and the tranquility. You can recover from the stress here and even in a week. The staff is very polite and accommodating, I feel almost family good. Now there is coiffeur, manicure, pedicure — and facial. The massages at Sammar were wonderful and Hassan did a top facial because I felt like I was reborn. The food is good. The beach extraordinarily clean and very comfortable loungers that allow a privacy because is not so narrowly lined. The garden is very nice. In short, I love this hotel and the staff. I keep coming back because it's not far and the guarantee of good and warm weather is given. All those who work there make my holidays again and again to top holidays I lack nothing.

Beautiful architecture, beautiful gardens, large trees, pool, entertainment, sports, everything is there to please.
Just one caveat: the hotel to avoid travel agency. Prices and poor services.

Had a rest in the hotel from 20 to 28 August in room 110. Great hotel, excellent service, staff. All of the summit. Thank You for what You our holiday turns into a PARADISE :-) ) ).
