Excellent service. Professional. Good varieties of food that I'd rate as above average but not 'yummy' delicious! They provide free shuttle service to town center twice a day however it fills up quick so you have to book it well in advance (early morning for the night ride as it's the most sought after one) otherwise you could just cab to there (around 50 LE oneway as of June 2018). The reason for one star less than awesome is when I had to phone call the hotel at a couple of different times, the reception did not answer. And one time when I called and asked to be transferred to the guest relations desk, I was asked by the attendant to call her back in 10 minutes. Not the most customer-courteous way in my opinion. I'd have asked for the caller's phone number to call them back at when I'm done with the business I have on hand.

Best Sea View rooms, Sunrise and sunset views are Great! The beach is not so good. A little bit far from the center but has a free shuttle bus.

Pros: — location — Room space and furniture — activities — hospitality (not the best but not bad as well) Cons: — House keeping are not that clean and my room plumbing diffently had something wrong my whole stay the bathroom smelled awful and my comment was disregarded and no room change was possible as they said they were fully booked. Ants and cockroaches were around frequently — the food is horrible even something simple as a breakfast is really awful — reception people are not helpful at all.

The place is wonderful, chick and upscale. spending the weekend or even a whole week in this place will be an amazing experience.

So calm and cozy place in the heart of the mountains. A wonderful landscapes that mixes water, sand and mountains. The rooms are comfortable and the food is so delicious. The swimming pool is beautiful and not too deep. The facilities of the hotel are interesting and comfortable. There is a shuttel bus to Dahab promenade twice a day: from 11pm to 1 and from 5 pm to 7. You will not want to go outside the hotel as long as you in there though.

Amazing location, great view, spacious and clean rooms, very professional staff, and they have an incredible sea reif with amazing fish, food is also delicious with lots of variety. They have very exciting animation show:. Tanoura, magician, man on fire, iron Man. Perfect place to stay.

Food is okay but not very good, the beach is not ready, rooms are good and very nice landscape and privacy.

Spacious rooms with exquisite view. The facilities (spa/gym/beach) are not well used/maintained due to low capacity, and only a very small pool is heated during winter and it's usually the one all guests use, so you'll end up in the cold main pool because it's probably more hygienic. Breakfast is really bad.

Accommodation good staff very friendly food is not the greatest unfortunately no diving school anymore in the hotel.

The holiday from 23.12.17-30.12.17 In this hotel was the worst experience I have ever experienced. On the beach there are broken beds and hangers. Beach/Pool Bar hardly any drinks-snacks only fries and pizza pieces with cheese. Towels with stains. Room very worn and unkempt. 4 days of cold water when showering, which was repaired after many complaints. Food and drink in the restaurant very limited as the facility was barely occupied, even here everything was very dirty and not tasty. All the staff very rude and bored. The resort was once nicely laid out, but is now predominantly occupied by Egyptian holidaymakers and you will find austerity measures everywhere. Price-Performance (1500 Fr. ) Fit 0. I can't advise anyone on this investment.

Amazing experience! Staff is really helpful. Rooms have a great view. Cleanliness is outstanding. Food is modest but of good quality.

The view is amazing to chill, the weather is good. Free gym. The food wasn't that good. But overall it is fine.

Cozy friendly place … very relaxing and clean … amazing view and nice beach … indoor heated pool and spa … away from crowded areas … food is not so good but ok … shuttle buses to downtown in the morning and afternoon … airport transportation service available … entertainment and touristic programs available.

Great location. Cozy, quiet, without importunate offers of various extras. The staff comes quickly to help in solving the problems that arise. The food is delicious, but very often strongly perchchenaya. The rest and the hotel are happy!

Very cozy and the staff are very friendly but far away from dahab mashaya and the bus which delivers you there from the hotel always fully booked, also the weather there much hotter than any place in dahab.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! You need to keep complaining and fighting all the time to get served… The beach was closed during the whole visit due to Marina maintainence… Reception AC was off most of the time for cost reduction… Shuttle bus rarely responded to our requests and we had to walk long distances to reach anywhere… One of our rooms was drowned with water… Finally, worst management and problem handling! The hotel location and view are very good but they totally ruined it! Save your vacation and choose another Hotel.

Great landscape and overall layout. Okay staff (not the most efficient, but polite). Below average breakfast. The idea of resorts just outside of Dahab must be okay with you, though, before considering Ecotel or surrounding resorts. Close to three pools — a great diving spot.

Heavenly Place, mountain behind and the Red Sea in front. Great service, food, very courteous staff. It has all spa, gym, swimming pools, private beach. I had a great holiday.

Beautiful excursion to St Catherine's monastery with a chauffeur.
The nearby Lagoon is a real paradise for windsurfing or kite surfing.
Positive also the evening of shopping in Dahab with neat shops and great prices.

Had a good time here everything as expected for a 3 star resort. Enjoyed stay but went with 3 star expectations not 5 star as some reviewers appear to have. Would go again.
