Qena Governorate Hotels

This hotel is sooo nice. Underrated in my opinion, very high quality shower products. Comfortable beds, great service, good location. It was super clean, we felt very safe here.

We stayed at the Sonesta St George for week and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays and nicest hotels ever.

We had a truly memorable stay, mainly thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel owner.
Today, we planned to visit Karnak Temple around noon, but had difficulty finding a taxi.

Room was very clean, the balcony was very pleasant and the view also very nice.
The staff was super nice and always ready to help.

I just had a wonderful stay! This hotel is beautiful, and the views of the Nile are amazing.
A special thank you to Yasmeen, one of the best staff members.

I loved this place and would like to repeat the experience again and spend more days there.
The service staff was very hospitable. I really liked the buffet, it was really delicious.

What an amazing hotel. They make you feel so special and welcome. It’s such a pleasure to come to a well managed hotel.

The service is really good. Very clean. Food in Italian hotel was awesome. The staff will go a long way to ensure all things are right and stay is pleasurable.

Very simple local hotel, but wonderful. Stayed here with my mom and aunt in a trip to Luxor. This place is well maintained and well managed. It is clean and the people are nice.

A very good hotel for this price. We got a double room with a view to the garden and the swimming pool. It was quiet and calm compared to the hassle on the streets, especially on the East Bank.

Accommodation was excellent. The room is huge with a beautiful terrace. Peaceful and quiet, and you can sleep very well. The food we had was very tasty—breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You’ll feel safe and comfortable when you get in to the guest house.
The view from top roof is amazing, especially early morning.

It’s so rare in Egypt to find what is actually advertised. This was a lovely place to stay and, for once, stayed true to its online promises.

Surely among the best hotels in Egypt in this price range. Quiet and very well located. Thanks to Hamza and his kind and helpful team.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel on the West Bank. After the hustle and bustle of the East Bank, this was the perfect tranquil retreat. The hotel is remarkably spotless and clean.

The host Mohamed is the best, breakfast at 3am, no problem.

Location was excellent, walkable distance to all major places like Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, Luxor Museum, River Nile.
Staff are good with good food abd breakfast with awesome river Nile view.

I spent 3 nights here with my dad. The staff was really kind, they offered us welcome drinks and explained important stuff about the city. The views are the Greatest part of this hotel.

The cleaning is excellent and very new with a budget price. My room is less than 10 dollars in the winter.

The hosts were always available by mail and helpful if we needed anything.
We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Comfortable apartment that served the purpose. Back in the country with animal noises. Good food and service. I didn't use the pool but I saw others using it.

Amazing stay in Luxor.
One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in anywhere in a long time.

The owner is the funniest I've come across and such a nice and kind man. As a backpacker I found the place to be totally worth it, comfortable beds, decent washrooms and very affordable tours.

Good hostel in Luxor. Nothing too fancy but I liked my two nights here.

This hostel is located close to station (but not facing Main Street). Staff is kind, and they have some tour plan and taxi services in affordable price.
Room is enough to stay, but matches for price.

I had a great time at this hostel!

It was a lovely hostel in the middle of the city, near to luxor temple and Nile river. The host was incredibly helpfull, the breakfast was good and rooms were clean.

Comfy private room with all the basics you need, hot shower & small balcony, armchair, and plenty of space. Its not lift landing but the staff help with carrying luggage upstairs.

A hotel with a family atmosphere. The manager is a role model for his colleagues. He's polite and helpful in all aspects of the stay, from the rooms to organizing trips.

Oasis Hotel is a great value hostel, located right in the heart of Luxor. It is 5 minutes from the bus station, 10 from Luxor Temple and the entrance of the souvenir shops.

Charming Hotel with nice decor. It’s got a lovely garden and pool and is about five minutes from the ferry to the east bank. Convenient for West Bank excursions breakfast provided and was pretty good.

An amazing beautiful place with a lovely garden and swimming pool. The people are very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms very comfortable and clean. Such a quiet and peaceful place.

I really enjoyed my three days here. It is secluded enough that the noises from town will not keep you from resting. The grounds are well kept and just sitting by the pool is awesome.

We had a day trip from Hurghada to Luxor via MTB travel guides that arranged an overnight stay at Jolie Ville.

If you are looking for a quiet experience submerged in the culture, with staff that will cater to your every need, this place is it! The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the food is outstanding,

A lovely setting on the bank of the river Nile, very peaceful and a great pool area and lounge area. The rooms are enormous with their own outdoor seating area.

Wonderful. If every business in Luxor was like this one, people would be much more rich and successful! clean, great food, wonderful staff, and not overpriced or trying to scam.

Great location, friendly staff, and beautiful Nile views.
We had a wonderful stay in Luxor.

Good value hotel in great location in luxor. Walkable to all main attractions. Basic rooms but comfortable and good showers. Pool is clean and staff are incredibly hospitable.

We stayed for 2 days over new year and there are excellent facilities, very hot showers great location and brilliant hosts. It's a short walk to the public ferry and both temples in luxor.

Really just fantastic.

I think one thing summarizes kind of the hospitality you will get of the Villa Kaslan.

Absolutely fantastic hotel like home from home the food Absolutely fantastic I tried everything the service so spot on. And the staff so helpful and you can walk to all attractions and taxi outside

A lovely hotel, well maintained and very clean. Mr Gaddis O. B. E. Is always on hand to assist. The house keeping, reception staff, and the people who deliver breakfast are all very good.

Bedouin Lodge.
I stayed 3 nights alone at The Bedouin and I don't think there could be a better place to stay in Luxor.

This place is healing to the mind-body-spirit. This is nature at it's finest and most authentic. The owner, Mohamed made you feel at home before you entered the gate.

We had a really wonderfull stay at Villa Nile House.
We lovede the courtyard — it was safe quiet and very charming with cosy corners with shade.

The Ruby Nile Hotel was an absolute gem—by far one of the best places we found in Egypt, and we traveled a lot!

The guesthouse is located on the side of Hatshepsut Temple, not the Luxor and Karnak museums. It is very close to the ferry (4 min walk) which crosses to the other side of Luxor.

Mohamed is one of the best hosts I've ever had. The place was in perfect condition every day I was there. Mohamed was caring about our trip interests.

This is not a 3 ⭐️ hotel. This is easily a 4.5-5 star. The staff here are incredibly polite, accommodating and professional. The view from our sweet is mesmerizing. The breakfast was amazing!

An incredibly friendly and unbelievably good value choice of hotel on the peaceful West Bank of Luxor.

The perfect recipe of price equals value. Really worth trying.

2 night stay at Noby's Guest House. Really looked after by owner. He picked us up from GO bus & return. Drove us to 3 temples, sorted out which were the best temples to visit.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely return when we get the chance. Noby allowed us an early check in without asking for any money, he told us to pay whenever we were ready.

Great place, amazing staff, location and price. The view of the temple in the rooftop is incredible!

Good value, authentic atmosphere, nice owner family nearby to help with things and an amazing view of Medinet Habu temple (one of the best temples to visit) from the houses roof deck. The hot. Air.

I had a wonderful stay at Luxor View Hotel. The owner is extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely cares about guests’ wellbeing.

We are three young students and we had a wonderful stay at Luxor View Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and run by a truly kind family.

Fontana Hostel in Luxor is a wonderful place to stay.
The owners, a father and son, are incredibly kind and caring, making us feel truly welcome.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciate the owner for being so kind and helpful throughout my visit.

The hostel is close to the Main Street. 10 min walk from Luxor temple. Breakfast is nice. For the price point it’s a very good value.

The location is so good that it’s all take few minutes if you want to go to the market or the bus station. It’s really convenient. And the staff all are very friendly, warm-hearted.
