It the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life… I wonder if we can name it a hotel even… everything really is lower than any standards… I think this hotel must be less than 1 star.

Outstanding beach. Very friendly staff. Place need major renovations.

Its a family vacation go to, you have you're own apartment or you can book at the beach hotel there, not so great like the popular beaches in North Coast, but it's good.

Vert good beach, 10-15 min walk from rooms of sea view. Food medium quality, only one restaurant in the hotel available. Rooms are old, locks not working. No water or tea in rooms, or even in welcome day. Small swimming pool. Disliked it, will not visit again.

In 24 hours we spent more than 6 hours waiting for the room to be cleaned for us to be able to sleep in it, and on the following day for the hot water to be fixed.

Worst trip I’ve ever made — Rooms are dirty Staff is over occupied — not really good as one or two star place Price is ridiculously over rated I booked 3 days and Couldn’t stay on it and off course no-refund policy Worst vacation ever.

Very Poor Hotel and all of the management are liars and no arrangement between Cairo office and Hotel and very bad rooms and too much expensive for very ugly hotel. Hotel manager is not doing anything and lazy staff and low profile rooms. Miriland Cairo Office such liar and give promises without doing archiving anything good. Not recommended this hotel at all.

Bit old but nice food and friendly staff.

للاسف الاوتيل سيئ جدا والموظفين غير مهذبين وغير مدربين علي اى شئ. الاسعار المعلنة للاصطياد فقط ولكن تفاجاء باختلاف وبزياده كبيرة فى الاسعار عند الوصول. غير نظيف. ولا توجد صيانة والانترنت ضعيف جدا او غير متاح من الاصل. نرجو من وزارةالصحة زيارة هذا المكان لانه خطر علي ارواح الن لاء حيث الزباب والبيروسول فى الاطباق. والخبز به عفن. من اسواء. التجارب

Be careful with this hotel. I reserved it and canceled within 12 hours of the initial reservation that was scheduled in 45 days. They still charged me $262. I would not trust any hotel that does this. I encourage you to look elsewhere.

It is an OK place. Manager was really good and helpful but rooms are dirty we changed rooms twice with the same comments on both rooms. Food is edible and cannot be described otherwise. If you are on a budget and must go to North Coast it is ab OK place but be prepared to jump between rooms to find something clean enough.

It not prefect but is good hotel.

Beach is good. Random buildings, random quality of people.

I had my lunch there once, it was delicious and the staff was so friendly. They need to work on the place promotion and activities more and more.

Quiet place… great beach… no entertainment. Lack of cafes and restaurants… you have to drive at least for ten minutes to find a place to serve good food.

I loved it! Aida beach was amazing. Me and my family had sooooooo much fun! My favorite part of the whole vacation was the animation group dancing and being an entertainment to the whole crowd of people. They encouraged me to dance with them! The only thing that was a bummer was that we could not get in the water because there were jelly fish and they stung every one in my family. When we first arrived, we jumped right into the beach and got stung. We never knew thar there were jellyfish ready to sting anything that comes in the way. That was the only disappointing thing in our whole trip! I am pretty sure it would have been more fun if we were able to go in the beach and play the the beautiful water! Overall I love the trip. In my opinion, I think that this was the best trip I ever went on!

Very cool place addforable prices beds clean but apartment furniture old and the restaurant good also the coffee shop nice very nice beach many activities.

I love to spend my vacation on this hotel. Small issue is required… they must develop items in dinner buffet.

It's good! I was there during the winter season. The accommodation was cool but there were lots of fails just like the hot water wasn't working so was difficult take a shower! In the first day there weren't blankets in our room and we had to borrow from other room.
The food was ok. There was nothing amazing but it was good.
In general was acceptable! I recommend but don't expect so much.

The hotel is not good and it has only one small pool The food quality is very bad and causes me stomach problems The only good thing is the beach and they forbid swimming due to high waves.

The hotel room was average it needs maintenance and renovations The view from the hotel room was nice The beach is clean Talking money wise; the amount of money paid is considered one of the cheapest in Egypt but the service presented is not cost effective. The most obvious drawbacks we faced were as follows: 1 — House keeping staff only cleaned our room ONCE during our 8 days stay and this was after we called them there is a huge deficiency in the working staff who are supposed to start cleaning the rooms at 8 am (as we were told) but we never saw them start working before 12 pm!

Quiet place needs renovation for buildings and rooms. Restaurant is acceotable and services as well.

Bad hotel, poor finishing with no care of details.

Came here on 20-6-2013 the hotel dramatically improved due to summer season the stuff is very friendly pools are now great bed rooms are clean and big. Alot of food varieties what is missing is some sea activities. Very quite and good hotel. For conservative families.
