We stayed here for one night during a flying two-day Luxor Visit. The apartments were extremely spacious quiet and comfortable. However above all was the attentiveness of the owner Mustafa and his family. They went over and above to make us feel welcome – helped up sort out an issue we had with our private guide, and we even had great pleasure to share a wonderful home cooked dinner with his family before whizzing off to the airport. I cannot recommend staying here more highly and suggest leaving all the tours etc. In the capable hands of Mustafa who can organise everything for you in an honest caring and reasonably priced manner.

Do yourself a favor and reach out to Moustafa before you plan your trip in Luxor. He is very knowledgeable and well connected in town, and will be able to steer you towards the best possible experience while you are in Luxor.

More than we would have asked for. The rooms are spacious and clean and you have an amazing view from the roof terrace. Breakfast was good as well as the service in the hotel. Mustafa was very helpful in planning our way around Luxor and did his best to make us feel at home. The location was great as well. The hotel is situated on the west bank 10 minutes walking from the ferry. The neighborhood is cozy and local. With lots of nice little shops and a friendly atmosphere. Staying here definitely added to the whole Luxor experience. Can’t recommend it enough!

Me and my family stayed for a night travelling through Egypt, and the place was undoubtedly the best choice. The rooms are clean, the view from the roof is beautiful, and the owner Mustafa is extremely friendly. His family made us breakfast and dinner, and he got all of us tickets for a hot air balloon which would otherwise been very hard to get. At this house, you will always receive your money's worth and then some. I can't recommend it enough.

Mustafa is a nice guy and his wife is so amazing that it's like you just met your new, caring best friend.
The building does need a few repairs but it's nice and fits the price range. I slept very well here. It's a little outside the center of West Bank which makes it pretty quiet in the evening. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Like I mentioned before, it's not perfect, but it's serviceable. If he takes care of the few minor deficiencies, I would gladly give him the 5th star.

The rooms are comfortable and clean! Mostafa was an awesome host and Tour guide. He is very thoughtful and catered to us like we were his family. Eating the delicious food in the terrace between tours was more than we could ask for. Always making sure that we were comfortable and booking us tours that we did not even know we wanted but that were the highlight of our trip. I loved the sunset in the sail boat and the sunrise in the hot air balloon ride. He will give you local five star treatment at affordable prices! Don’t look anywhere else! Mostafa is your guy.

I would like to share my nice impressions about Luxor Bella Vista Apartments & Hotel. It was my first time when I came to Luxor. Me and my friend decided to stay here because this place has a very good location and the Booking. Com photos are impressing. We came to Luxor by bus and took the taxi at the bus station. Unfortunately or fortunately, the driver could not find the correct address. I called to LBVA&H and I got the answer that we would be picked up soon. The driver explained by phone where exactly we were and 2 min later there appeared a handsome Egyptian man on the motorbike. We followed him straight to the apartment. There we got aquainted with him. The man's name is Mostafa and he turned out to be the LBVA&H's owner. He helped us to get our luggage to the apartment. I was really impressed! It was light, stylish and cozy. There were 2 balconies with fantastic view. We got up the roof where there was a nice patio. Mostafa made a delicious tea with mint for me and fresh made coffee for my friend. He made us feel very easy and comfortable. And I did feel him taking care of us.
Me and my friend enjoyed our 5 days staying in LBVA&H very much. I recommend this place not only for travellers, but for expats also. I hope to visit Luxor one more time and stay in LBVA&H again.
