We spent a magnificent weekend in Kom El Dikka. We were 28 people staying in this hotel. The service, quality, food and hospitality were perfect. The place is magical. I want to thank the staff and owners for the most cozy and comfortable place in Fayoum. We loved it 😍
➜ Totally unprofessional hotel!
I booked with them and they sent me very nice pictures of the hotel and very clean pictures of the bathrooms and a beautiful view of the rooms whether garden or lake and they asked for all the money in advance and we sent it in full two days before we got to the place!
I went there and was shocked by the zero level of the room, the cleanliness of sheets and sofas with ants everywhere! A bad bathroom and not clean and tight the children enter the bathtub next to it a shock! The view is looking at the garages and the guards! The food is! ugly There is not even water in the rooms! I went down and was shocked it was written on it for workers only! And the shock was that this is a workers' rest building and completely separate from the hotel and has nothing to do with it and of course a picture is not displayed!
I talked to the reception a very silly person replied to me not wanting to help me I went down to complain and of course the reply will reach the administration and someone will talk to you! And of course no one talked and I had to leave because of the booked flight times and they ruined my vacation because of course all the money was reserved!
Bad place I never recommend to anyone.

One of the best most peaceful places I have ever been to in egypt really it was a great experience for me and my family. Let me start by saying the staff were the most friendly helpful and most respectful staff I have ever met and they went th extra mile to provide us the with best stay. The suites weee fabulous and the food in the restaurant was a taste of heaven the air was clean and wonderful a lot of activities the quality of the food the first day was as the same as the last day I have never eaten so much as I did in Kom el dikka everything was perfect the food arrived hot and very tasteful I was so blessed to have my experience in fayoum in Kom el dikka this is the place to experience fayoum and a special recognition to Mr mohamed from reservation office I can’t thank you enough and Mr Amged and abd el rahman from reception you were so helpful and wonderful you made our stay a bliss I’m forever grateful …. Make sure to try the duck and food at the restaurant and buy pottery.
