Loved it. Its a very pretty boutique hotel in Fayoum. The service and staff are very helpful and attentive. Clean. Scenic and relaxing. Not a place for children at all! The restaurant is over priced. Too overpriced. So we had dinner there just once then went to the restaurant of kom el dekka hotel next door.

Best place I have ever been to. Every single detail in that place is perfect hospitality is amazing better not to bring your kids with you.

An outstanding five stars resort in Fayoum in the middle of Tunis village. The resort has exceptional facilities and is surrounded by beautiful green landscape and gardens. It has two pools and 18 luxurious suites. The place has a magnificent view overlooking the Qaroun Lake and is very cozy and relaxing. The atmosphere is warm, private and secure.

An extraordinary experience. Relaxing and luxuorios, excellent and friendly staff and servive… though a bit expensive but worth the money. In my opinion the dinner options are not the best and not worth the expensive price, yet the breakfast is excellent.

Came for the day and was interested to see the hotel and restaurant to see if it was a place to book for a longer visit next month. We were treated like piriahs & staff were not at all helpful or welcoming. We found alternative private accommodation that was very nice with friendly people for a fraction of the cost.

The place is simply astonishing. Your get away place. Only has 8 suites currently so the service is great. Perfect view with pools and jaccuzies, bar and located infrom of lake Karoon. Each suite has its own design. A little bit expensive and the restaurant is way more expensive.
