Boat is great from the m inside… But not luxurious from outside. Good tour. Great entrance. Food is below average (open buffet) … Sweets are great but few types to choose from… No music on the roof. Need more decorations. Good for small party. Prices above average. Good service.

Brilliant location. Probably best food in Cairo hotels. Brilliant hotel design and superb views of the Nile. Very nice staff. Wonderful sleep experience. Best soundproofing. Bathrooms should be upgraded especially showers. Housekeeping is fine but could use more hygiene related training. Also, Housekeeping could benefit from better maintenance policies and measures. I would definitely come back, whether for relaxation, dining, or a short vacation.

Hotel is not as clean as it should be. 1 star for hygiene/cleanliness. Who doesn't care for staying at a clean place will absolutely enjoy the view through a dirty glass door. Room smelled of cigarettes, lobby is a smoking area, toilet was dirty (will not mention the rest). Staff is weird, nobody brings a trolley for luggage when you arrive. Five staff members standing with a trolley in front of hotel door let you take out your luggage from car trunk by yourself and carry it to the trolley! Poorly managed hotel with good location…

It's a sensational experience. The food was exquisite, but I don't believe anyone would go there for the food. You don't get a view like that anywhere else in Egypt. A full rotation is done in 2 hours, do yourself a favor and stay for the whole duration.

Honeymoon in 2008, so much luxury, no one spoke English and it was difficult the communication, thanks to our guide q helped us, the food is very rich, we liked the experience of being in Egypt.

لوبي الفندق جميييييل جدا ً جداً ، المنظر على النيل رائع و ما ينمل منه. البلكونات اللي تطل على النيل ممتعه و الهوا و المنظر يرد الروح يوجد خدمات مجانيه للنزلاء مثل حمام السباحة و الساونا و غيرها … و السبا لطيف و اسعاره مناسبه ، مثلا ً المساج يكلفك ٥٨٠ جنيه ، يعني تقريبا ١٥٠ ريال. يوجد مطاعم لطيفه منها مطعم اسيوي يقدم السوشي و غيره و كوفي في اللوبي ظريف و خدمه سريعه. المآخذ اللي عندي عليه : ١ — مستوى النظافه لا باس فيه ، مش مره. ٢ — خدمة الغرف كانت جداً بطيئة و ممله و تضطر تكلم كذا مره و ممكن بعد ما ينفذ طلبك! الخدمه الصح هي اللي تكون مثاليه و منظمه وقت الزحمه.

The place has been legendary since it has been the famous Fontana casino on the Nile, downtown Cairo in the 50s. However, as times change, the hotel has been losing momentum and popularity. It remains a landmark and a great 5-star hotel. The view and scenic landscape are awesome, particularly the scenery overlooking the magnificent fountain in the middle of the Nile. A great experience but lacking much of the human touch, badly missed.

The hotel is clean, the staff was so friendly, the view is awesome & the food is also so good. Recommended if you are looking for a luxurious hotel in downtown Cairo.

The hotel was formerly Grand Hyatt, so they've tried to maintain the vibe, but it's deteriorating. Definitely subpar standard in terms of facilities. Also one of the worst underground parking designs I have ever come across.

Nice hotel but the AC was barely keeping up in the winter. Large conference rooms. Food court ok, delicious mango juice. Nice view on the mile.

Big scam… dirty sheets, rooms not made, non-professional staff… to avoid!

It is an expensive hotel and of average quality as rooms are concerned. The Hall if it is large and ostentatious with many restaurants, salons, etc.

Grand and grandiose but losing momentum. Awesome view on the Nile at a sweet spot over the fountain, fantastic scenery and a matching towering architecture. I have reservations though on the bulky architectural style which does lack finesse and art, but the size of the pillars is reminiscent of Pharaonic temple grandeur without the artistis touches. Impressive by any standard! F&B declining in quality, though the place was renowned for quality food.

It's a great meeting/conference/official events destination, not sure about its other services. The meeting room we booked was wonderful — magnificent view, inclusive set up and helpful, at-the-ready staff. Definitely recommend their meeting rooms. We did also have lunch at their restaurant on the bottom floor. The view was excellent, the food was good — could be improved, but still tasty.

Excellent location. Reception was Good. Restaurant was poor in service but the food was tasty. In general, Late responding to all requests. Rooms was good but it seems old and not renewed for a long time. At all, that was poor experience, I don't like to come this hotel again.

This hotel has excellent service, a fantastic reception team and a wonderful breakfast buffet that is affordable. Their spa is top-notch, with the best gym I've seen in a hotel, period. Recommended for athletes, business and families alike. Wifi network was spotty but it's understandable in this city. If you're looking for a premier hotel experience, don't just trust the "classic" brands, but consider this instead. It will exceed expectations and best of all, leave you with the feeling you've gotten an exceptional deal. Views of the Nile throughout the hotel, and check out the revolving hotel restaurant — one of just two in the city.

Great view, great service and great open buffet.

Well it's good for families and the location is wonderful practicaly in the middle of the Nile. All rooms are Nile view, but word of warning to those who love alcoholic drinks, it's a dry hotel so bring your own drinks.

Nice clean place but not good reception.

Great Location. My room was very comfortable, Clean with an Exceptional service and overlooked a Breath Taking view of Nile River and Pyramids. Front desk Staff were very Welcoming and Nice. I was extremely impressed by the Friendly and professional attitude of the General Manager Mrs. Niveen Samy. She was extremely helpful, Kind, patient and courteous. Mrs. Samy 's hospitality made my stay in Cairo at Grand Nile Tower to be nothing less than Exceptional Vacation. I will certainly be staying here again & again.

One of cairo best hotel locations over looking the nile and Zamalek island. Very clean I recommend it.

Stayed there for a month and really liked the place, rooms are clean and room service has a great and tasty menu… staff could be a little more friendly though…

Very dodgy, they charged my card even tho I paid cash, I will never use it again, stay away.

It is a last hotel. I was on their honeymoon, the deal is great, the staff wonderful, and eat not, shall we say. If I can I'll repeat. I aconsego that you may know.

The best hotel not expensive and you can live as king and stay happy & confortable having a great view of the nile and various of special restaurants that their menu prices are perfect according to the food and it's quality.
