From an American perspective, this hotel is a bit low star. What this hotel lacks in appearance, it makes up for in hospitality and a heck of a view of pyramids and entire city. Nice location next to a shopping square and movie theater. Uber rides to any place in City rarely reach 2 bucks. Is a bit loud at night from party boats on River. Close to restaurants on River, AC has a rough time cooling room, no English TV. Breakfast is made to order and pretty good. What sold me was they told me if I get lost, or need help to call them and they'll be there for me. Not a bad place to stay.

The place is very nice also the staff The furniture is not bad but it's not perfect At all as we pay 100 $ pernight for big apartment wit three rooms, three toilets wit a big hall and saloon It is perfect place I give them 10/10

Utterly unacceptable! Let me tell you a little story of what this hotel did to me… I booked their best suite for a 5 night stay 26-31 July 2018. My reservation was made on January!. So I call the property 2 weeks before the dates of my stay and ask them if everything is ok with the reservation. They informed me that everything is ok and that I I don't need to pay anything before arriving to the hotel and that no money would be withdrawn from my account.
