I had the pleasure of staying in and dealing with Happi Hotel during four nights and for more than 4 times. The hotel location is perfect and centered in downtown and beside everything needed during your stay in aswan. Staff is highly friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean, cosy, tidy and including all the facilities needed inside the room. I totally recommend this place and thank you for all the staff there.

I washed cold water and told receptionist why is no hot and please sent someone to fix. I waited for ages and called again! I was freezing cold! A guy just came and told me “ warm water is ok? ”
Are you kidding!? Warm? It’s not warm at all it’s cold! And things didn’t get well I still waited for long! I will not recommend it for any one! It looks cozy but service is not effective and slow!
