I give it 2 stars because for several reasons: the price one pays for the lodging the breakfast (included) leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast area is very poorly located. And it's the first time in my life that I go to a hotel where I have to wait stop by a table. That is really unlike for those at the table and for those who stand to hunt a table. That has to change and allocate an area with enough tables and space for all guests to be comfortable. I saw a terrible disorganization on the part of the staff in general as they did not know what to do to locate the people who little by little were piling up on the sides of the months waiting for breakfast. Breakfast as such leaves a lot to be desired. There's no variety. The bread completely cold. Anyway, bad experience is unfortunately due to that time so unlike for me and my family at breakfast time. Also watch out for the spa. There were No towels. I asked for a towel xq left the pool and the receptionist at the spa told me that there was no. She just sat there doing nothing. I had to insist again until I finally stopped (after 5 minutes) to give me a towel. Terrible the attention of the staff. Watch the bar. The prices of the most high cocktails (12USD aprox) and bad, bad, aguachentos, without flavor. I ordered a Mojito and they gave me a water with mint leaves. It's a shame. When they first started they tore well.
The facilities are comfortable and clean. The. Location is perfect.

Excellent location a place to get away from the world and share with friends or family. I recommend it.

A very elegant and beautiful place to spend the weekend, the facilities of the place look very clean.
The environment and the atmosphere disconnects you from the city, the contrast of the palm trees the sunlight, especially in the evenings is fascinating.

The facilities are cosy and visually very pleasant. The rooms are modern and cleaned daily, have A/C and hot water, are in blocks of 4 rooms. The restaurant is very spacious for a capacity of 40 people at least, however the food can improve, not be bad interpreter, it is decent but for the price should improve.
The accommodation only includes the buffet breakfast and the use of facilities. They have 2 swimming pool areas and direct access to the beach. The bar is stocked and to be taken into account a small national beer bottle costs $4.
Friendly staff and attentive to your needs, however I do not know long ago to notice.
For corporate events There are enough rooms, a spacious lounge with projector and sound and a spacious restaurant with a variety of dishes.
Something to take into account and that is not the fault of the hotel, the cell signal is lousy almost always there is no sign in the hotel.
In my opinion the hotel has quite potential, they are on the right track, just have to adjust small things and will be an excellent option to escape to the beach. I put 3 stars because for the price it should be a hotel of excellence and not have issues to improve.

My experience was horrible. Terrible customer service, they didn't have enough towels for all the guest, the lights went out. I was there for a wedding and the lights went out during the reception. Management was the worst and didn't resolve any of my issues.

Very beautiful private resort. Excellent service with private beach and very secure. Food services are above par and the ambiance is great. Prices are a little high for Ecuador but not too outrageous. Customer service is above par as well.

Very beautiful and exclusive resort hotel. Private beach, nice pool area. With an upper class restaurant, a beach bar and a cocktail lounge with sea view. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, with a modern interior. Unfortunately they don't offer or organize any trips to places nearby but they'll help you doing it by your own.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! terrible warning already that bad is little, food poor, quarters do not have view to the beach and are terribly dark, total waste of time and money.

Today I was in the place, I loved all the food, service, atmosphere and in addition were spectacular waves bag that Paradise Beach.

That incredible, I had never gone to the same hotel with so much food from meat to Ceviche, so moved :)
