What better to relax, spacious, safe, and their food so delicious.

We arrived very late at night not being able to access our other accommodations due to high tide. They welcomed us graciously and with a sense of humor. Very lovely and helpful staff. Good food and beautiful location just outside the bustle of the town but only a 5 min walk to the main square.

Nice hotel but lousy attention of the owner.

Bad service, all night they put in a group with karaoke that I spent screaming and singing loudly until 6:30 in the morning, my children and I couldn't sleep… when we made the selection of this hotel we saw that it was on the outskirts of the city and we chose it precisely because there would be the bullof the nightclubs and it would be a quiet place to rest and have fun. When they put the karaoke and we heard the bulla we said well no total it does not matter total is only until 3 o'clock, but it is already 6:30 and here we are… worst of all, when I called reception to claim no one answered and when we came down to get him it turns out that the receptionist was part of the party and that he had gotten out of hand because the owner, who we also called and told us the same thing, had sold a karaoke package until 6:00 am. Zero interest in the guest, zero customer service… But they don't want to sleep and they want to hear the farra of a bunch of drunks all night for him comfortable price of $200 a night including taxes this is your place.! That should say your pamphlet… and when they call the owner the first thing they hear is that it's already got out of hand… total ineptitude… that if they get the workers to give them the number, for fear that they will catch your eye they have around to get it, but it doesn't really do much good as it gives it zero importance "because they are the only ones who complain"

Very good customer service… Rooms excellent.

The actual administration was really rude. The facilities weren't clean and kind of damaged, the swimming pool was dirty. The prices were more expensive than those places around. I hope the owner change the actual administrator.

Super excited to be here, everything it's wonderful about this hotel. Love this place.
