I rented the suite with bathtub for a week. It is not worth the money. The bathtub is useless because it onlynfills with a shower head with takes 35 minutes and the water is just barely warm. By the time there is enough water to sit in the water has gone cold. The lights bulbs in the room are all so bright that at night there is no comfortable lighting. The bulbs in the bathroom are so dim that you can't see yourself in the mirror. The windows are so thin that they do not block any of the noise that comes from the street and there is traffic and people yelling until the sun comes up the next day. No rest and no relaxation. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. The internet is so poor that you cannot make a video call that will stream for more than 15 seconds at a time without freezing up. I recommend spending a bit more for a better experience. Breakfast is the same tiny scoop of scrambled eggs served to you on a side plate each morning with a glass of juice. The juice and the proximity to other things in the city is the only good thing here.
This is a no frills hotel. The single room is very small, but it was clean and very cheap. TV works, stations are in Spanish of course, but there is an option with the "audio" button on the remote to change it to English if you prefer (some stations). Central location, felt very safe, even at night. Grocery store around the corner (sells beer and liquor as well (puerta del sol). Check in and out was easy, couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work but I didn't ask. Less than $2 cab ride (like $1.50) to the terminal terrestre. Room has a safe, I didn't use it but looks easy. Keys for the door are electronic. There is hot water in the shower. I paid $25 for one night plus about $2.50 tax. If it's just for a day or two and you're not fussy, I recommend it. Breakfast was simple but tasty, a variety of breads and jam, juices and coffee, and eggs prepared as you like them.
