You cannot sleep because the hotel is poorly built and has a space in the center of each floor that connects all the floors of the hotel, which is why you can hear the noise of guests arriving to register all night, both the bell of the hotel like the voices when they come in to do the entire registration process and not only that, but you can hear if they flush the toilet, if they talk or if they laugh in the other room. I went down and asked the receptionist to at least ask arriving guests to try not to make so much noise because it's 1am but the receptionist didn't seem to care. After all, it's not his fault that this hotel is a sound box.
