The place is good. But the two men I the front desk didn't help me well. The woman was nice, and try to help me with my payment, but she couldn't at the end. The food was not exactly what you should spect from a hotel like that.

It's a nice place, super relaxed, this recently remodeled, its cafeteria is very nice, the food is normal, needs a little more maintenance, but it is one of the best and the most Gande hotel in the city, the most beautiful of the hotel is the garden area with a few trees Rmosos and games for children, has a fitness center, tennis court pool and several meeting rooms for events.

A hotel at this price range should at least have natural plants instead of cheap artificial ones everywhere, and there were no vegetarian/vegan options on the restaurant menu.

Huge facilities and spacious rooms. It has an interior garden. The room is quite spacious. The beds are comfortable. There is a catering service, for an extra fee, available in the afternoon.

Because it is a very complete dirias that is the mwjor of the city of Machala, has nice reception halls, good restaurant, the food is very delicious its location is strategic because it is close to everything.

This hotel is the absolute worst of a month long trip that my partner and I have been on. I am a travel agent and quite forgiving for shortcomings with hotels. But having a hotel wide party so loud causing the walls and bed of the room to vibrate until past 2am is unacceptable for me. When I complained about this the hotel let me know that there were no rooms not affected by the noise and basically too bad. The hotel itself is cheap — old and lacks any class whatsoever. I also emailed and requested assistance with a transfer from the airport with no response. I will advise against this hotel at all costs to my clients, friends and enemies.

The place is very nice in itself. All rates should include breakfast (I was charged separately, lacking more variety than other 5 star hotels and the same charge to the kids. The pool was full of leaves and plants as I understand there are green areas but they should clean it more often. When I wanted to get into the whirlpool it was off and there is no way to turn it on, call the front desk and they said they would send someone out and I got roots waiting because they never were.

The Green Gold Hotel has a very efficient and effective attention. The staff are concerned about keeping their guests as comfortable as possible. The food offered by the restaurant and bar are spectacular.

Saving too much on lights, so the halls are kind of dark; but the food us great at the restaurant. Some mainteinance and cleanliness oportunities.

Very large rooms and private suits, the buffet breakfast is big with local delicatessen, it also has a big swimming pool and I recommend the lemongrass steam room.
