$18 per person for the simplicity of the rooms is just huge. Beds break when you sit on the edges. No one's staff. No private bathroom. No toilet paper or soap. No towels dealt to shower. The catches don't work. The ears are not comfortable. No decoration in the rooms. Breakfast not included in the already very high price

They should improve the old part of the Hotel. From there all very well, Clean. The new part very Well.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and clean. Unfortunately we only stay one night. We went with a large group. All four rooms where in the lower level. All rooms where clean but some suits have a very strong musty smell. Our room did not had that smell and it was great!

It's a very wonderful thing, it's like touring the 7 wonders of the world.

Graet place! Pretty and very modern, super clean and the service is wonderful! Big and well equipped rooms. Perfect location in front of the bus terminal.

Both Hotel Europa and Alausí we're pleasant surprises for us. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious with lots of light. The rooms face an inner courtyard parking area so there is no view and a bit noisy as people arrived but it didn't diminish our enjoyment. The employees were great (not much English spoken tho). We did the train and stayed 2 nights, just walking around this pretty town and surrounding hills. Alausí… less litter and noise than Quito, fewer gringos than Cuenca… just right for us!

USD 10 with shared bathroom or Usd18 with private bathroom double room, clean, neat, comfortable, friendly attention, 2 blocks from the train station to take the Devil's Nose tour, restaurant Chifa next door with good prices and attention until midnight. Spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and well groomed, is an old site but is very well preserved, I recommend.

Very cool clean hotel with big rooms and it's quite upmarket. Rooms have TV and Wi-Fi and hot showers. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the lady making breakfast is very nice. The hotel is walking distance to everyting and secure parking is available on site.

Great hotel, recently renovated, room and bathroom impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. 2 steps from the train station for the Nariz del Diablo TREN. Right in front of the North line bus terminal.

Great hotel on a central location. It was very clean and comfy. You can park your car on a safe place. Breakfast was included and tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Spanish but with Google Translater it worked. She washed also our clothes very quickly.

The place itself is central, clean, and offers everything you need, including a hot shower and breakfast a small fee. It could use a touch up and the service could be better, or they could at least smile, everyone looked so miserable. The walls are quite thin and everything can be heard in other rooms/the street. Overall, a decent place for just the night. I wouldn't stay longer than that.

Good place to spend the night then resume your travel. Not a whole lot to do there and rooms are simple, but comfy.

Are in spare parts there is material of construction. Building is very old. The tvs, 14-inch is for eagles. I can't see anything…
