This place is a must for people who are into nature and want to see the famous Cock-of-the-Rock. The owner is an incredibly kind person. The pizza served is delicious. I recommend it to anyone who needs a break from city life.
We were with a group (majority kayakers) in Baeza for a week. We stayed somewhere else and as nice as they were there, at some point we got enough of their food and explored the town. We got to KOPAL and were blown away with their food and cocktails! Strong and tasty Mai Tai and Margaritas and very nice homemade dough for the pizza's and wraps. They also do amazing breakfast. You really taste the love they put in the food. We came back to KOPAL daily after that! If you stay in Baeza, definitely have a bite and/or drink at KOPAL.
