Had the most awesome time this week at Lauhata Beach Escape! The sunset is beautiful here, the area is spacious and peaceful, rooms are air-conditioned with hot water baths and the food is absolutely amazing! Most memorable though, is the hospitality shown by the staff Thumbs up to @Bhendu the manager for being an amazing host and your killer bbq cooking skills!

Place is nice, clean. Staff are very friendly and the beach is beautiful.

It's okay, the service is average and the food is quite pricey.

Good get away place. Accomodations are like budget hotel. Should have built more natural or country side-like.

Had a family Sunday outing on our holidays in Dili great place apart from food ordering took over 2 hours waiting without anyone coming to let us know why! We ended up calling one of the waitress asking why took so long and why food keep on coming to a big long table (full on 'malaes') and us putted on hold? No apologies from anyone we made complain including that Indian manager we ended up leaving the place and heading to Black Rock for a very late lunch kids all hungry and everyone was served the same menu in less then 40 minutes. Hoping to see improvement on customer service on our next visit to TL. Thank you.

Great place for rest and relaxation. Lauhata has own transport offered to the visitor, at a cost of 20 usd per person. Beach is not good for children, but is compensated by the large space available for leisure.

Very beautiful place. Unfortunately after the menu was changed, there is almost no choice of food and no fresh juices anymore. Now it has only 4 overpriced dishes.

Its so relaxing to stay in lauhata, friendly staff though food is pricey & dont have many variations to order from but still we find The place nice… we understand its a newly built resort and still going to improve as they go along.

But food takes hours to be ready, no acess for wheelchair, and please do not order fish if you are not sure because the price will be doubled as soon as you finish eat, different messages from the waitters and the chef.

Bhendu was an amazing host at the Lauhata beach escape. Without him my stay would only be half as amazing. The location was great, the premises were very secure and the people around were some of the most friendliest around. If you ever pass through Liquicia and don't stop by at least once you are doing yourself a big disservice.

Perfect place to destress! Matt and Carlos are top blokes. Rooms are comfy and clean. Friendly staff. Better to pre-order food if you plan in advance. Being an international beach volleyball player, I found the net to be 1.5 inches lower… otherwise everything was tops!
