La verdad solo me encontré allá para almorzar en grupo entonces no podría dar mi opinión sobre todo este hotel aunque lo que alcance a convivir estuvo bueno, el buffet no es variado pero los postres son deliciosos, a mi parecer las instalaciones son un poco reducidas también tiene una piscina bastante bien.

Recently was on a business trip in this hotel. I liked the view from the hotel to the friendly staff. But there are also disadvantages of breakfast I did not really like because the choice was very small. As for sound insulation: I would say that it is almost there. I wanted to rest during the day but I was not given the repair that was being carried out over my head. There are small problems with air conditioning. But what would remain for one night you can.

The bedrooms where just ok. Breakfast was nice and I liked The “terrazza“ for a beer watching the caribean sea. Good for a short stay. Expect three star quality. If you want more luxury there are plenty of hotels in the same avenue. Check for Jaragua.

The service was very bad. The food is more or less, unreware, with the, customer at least for my, it was very bad.

It Is a very nice and comfortable place has pool area terrace and a Explendido casino where they are offer excellent services apart from a highly qualified staff to give you the best of the attentions.

At the time it was a great hotel. Today it offers some things, such as budget accommodation and a privileged place, but not luxury. There is a swimming pool and restaurant. You can go to spend day. There's parking.

Nothing like visiting a country and getting to know a little of its history. Which is part of all the Q we are from this planet. They wear the Dominican Republic when they can. It is a beautiful place and its people too special.

This hotel is amazing for its price! Delicious Dominican buffet breakfast included. Pool was clean and perfect. Restaurant, Casino, Bar and Club are all located within the facility. The Colonia area is a couple blocks away and I was able to take a hoarse carriage that picked me up at the front of the hotel. Customer service was excellent, especially Beltre at the Bar/Restaruant by the pool. He served me by the pool, bar and even room service. Loved Napolitano Hotel. I had a wonderful experience within a reasonable price! Definitely going back!

The Neapolitan's terrace is a great place. The times I've been has been Friday or Saturday to enjoy live music that includes dance music: merengue, salsa and bachata. Also the karaoke I've enjoyed wonders when your classmates sing. The drink and the food is excellent. The best thing is that it is in front of the boardwalk and a family place.

It's not worth it! Only if in a pinch. Do not go to the casino, there is a solid deception everywhere:)

Location! Location! Location! Very well located. Beautiful ocean views. Only stayed here for a night but it was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Room was spacious and quite considering all the street level noise the Malecon offers. Yes there are more luxurious places you can stay in Santo Domingo, but at this price point you can’t go wrong.

Very good place to spend a Sunday with family and/or friends. The food is fine. He's got a good seleacción of drinks. The view to the sea is excellent in the day and at night.

This place is clean price is great and they have updated the included breakfast a full one not just coldcuts now includes eegs and much more internet is included in the room at no extra cost.

Hotel with pool and restaurant, fourth guy and clean, but the beds incomfortable and a lot of noise x the night due to the outside, and Q is on the avenue.

Passage as a tourist in a group of excursion in Santo Domingo. The buffet formula (free, finally. Paid for by the price in the planned excursion) had meat overcooked and full of greasy bits. Really not terrible in the whole. Drinks not included (paid alcohols). The note c is the frame with the view of the sea and the pool of the hotel. Free Wifi to customers. I'm not advising.

I only went here for the food. Thus I cannot rate this hotel 5 stars based on the rooms and service. They do have good food and a nice area to eat! Good location. Close to the sea. I would go here to eat again.

Little attention for visitors!

Stayed 4 days and loved it. We were staying in Boca Chica for 4 days at the worst hotel ever and we came here to finish out our vacation.

I do not stay at the hotel but a tour to the city took us lunch to that hotel the Buffet was very cold and practically leaves the food 80% only reach to eat full only dessert.

It is a good hotel although it is simple this well to stay after a long trip and the workers should be rewarded for their played at work follow to Yes they go very well…

This hotel is very nice and clean, it has a casino and a dance club on the main ave. They serve free breakfast and have a pool, nice view of the ocean too.

I have never stayed at this hotel but I dined on the terrace next to the pool great evening unforgettable dinner honest price.

On our arrival waiting for a nice night, unfortunately the music very high and reguerton and people were arranging the tables dancing, for me and my companion was wrong that's why we left.

This is no longer a hotel. It's a mousetrap I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel air-conditioning barely works. I had to move into other room because it was way to hot. Then the room I went to was the same. But the rest was fine.

Breakfast was okay, but the staffs were very friendly. Room was clean and shower was pretty good. We wanted to visit another town and they kept our luggages for free for a few days. That was very nice.

Great hotel friendly staff good food.

I am so upset with this property that I am writing this in the car on the way to the airport. First, out door keys didn't work. We weren't "allowed" to take our luggage up to our room ourselves because they are gunning for tips. We decided to eat dinner at La Teraza and watch the boxing match. We got stuck with 30 min of Disney channel while the fight was supposed to be on. The food was ridiculously salty and we sent back one plate which they still tried to bill us for. It took ONE HOUR to get the orange juice I ordered and what arrived was lemonade. Never reciever the OJ. The check took nearly 30 min to get bc we never had a consistent waitress. Had to ask for drink refills and no one ever once came to check on us. The matresses on the beds were warped inwards and you will literally roll into the middle of the bed. We checked out early in the morning to catch an early flight. I opted for this location for a nice easy stay which it was not. When we requested the doorman call us a taxi VAN because we had 6 luggages he called us a tiny car. My friends were forced to pile into the back with luggage because we were already late to the airport since the loading process took so long. I come to Santo Domingo 2 times a year and this was my first stay ever. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. We had a great stay at the beginning of the week at Hotel Palacio. NEVER staying at this property again.

Older hotel, 1970's, About 70 rooms, all with ocean view and modernized to current standards. Good beds. Very clean rooms, great roomy glass shower. Inexpensive. Nice pool area and adjacent restaurant. Casino off lobby. Clientele mostly Hispanic, many with children. Very well situated on the Malecon (sea-front) and maybe 20 minute walk to Plaza Independencia and the Zona Colonial. Staff friendly.

The hotel is excellent for others. The employees of the bar, especially miguel and lebanese, all security employees, the reservations and front desk, maintenance of the rooms, the porters, the internship in order to all are very helpful, friendly and efficient. A + for all of you.

The place very nice but the food was not very good.

As for the price there is not much to ask for. First we wait an hour and a half for a dish that we ask and then tuvmíos to stand I have to go to pay anyone back ever. The staff of the terrace is unprofessional. Do not change the bedspreads on top of even this dirty. A lady called stepfanie who is a supervisor came to the room and gave us an excuse cheap and with attitude. The food is expensive and horrible bad. My husband ordered a steamed fish, and when I went to eat was friiiio of the fridge. And I had a few chicken breasts stuffed and were cold seemed to be placed in the microwave. The beds are incomodisimas to sleep and the noise is unbearable. In the fron desk are very friendly. The buttons is very worried, the lady of service of the 5th floor is very respectful. Don't expect to have a carefully out of 5 stars. Is not a bad hotel, but it is not what I expected for having paid $118 per night.

To be honest, the space in the area of dance I found it a little cozy. But, to end a night, and considering that this disc is dawning, I'm not complaining. Yes, if you're not going with your group in person, forget about trying to pull other people to dance to. Ugh.

Bella la terraza y hermosa vista desde ella, baños limpios, se puede nadar en la piscina, y buenos tragos. La discoteca buenks tragos, buena musica pero luego lo dañaron poniendo musica mala eso que llaman dembow es muy vulgar.

For the price it is a great ocean view hotel. Don't expect a u s hotel. But overall good. The view from my room shows the pool and the ocean. There is a lot of traffic noise but you have to expect that in the city. No crazy rules about bringing guests up to your room.
