Excellent service, I recommend it.

Clean, not luxury but the prices are good and close to the colonial area and the city center with public transport in front of the hotel.

Hotel in the city centre, very good for tourists who want to visit the colonial city.

Booked for 4 nights in the room we were had problems on the ceiling as it had a horrible leak all the water Caia inside the room, breakfast was only until 10 am something I find it super bad as sometimes people get up more ta Rde Apart from this the menu never changes is always the same and is very little for an adult, I find this unacceptable on the part of the reception that have people working there who do not know how to speak English when most guests are foreigners apart from that one Of the front desk has a very bad aptitude as they don't want to work there, the pool we were never able to use it because the water always looked like a litter filled with rubbish and the water looked super dirty. I didn't like it at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Must have a minimum of people. The place very well but if there are a lot of people have already lost nice.

This is a nice hotel. The staff is very nice the breakfast is good. If you speak Spanish then you can communicate easily. Fyi no safe in the room.

This hotel is clean and has a friendly staff. Language is a barrier if you don’t know Spanish. Rooms are just that, smaller size with cramped bathroom space. Close to the Condi and different restaurants.

I usually stay at this hotel. I like it because it is central and well located. The breakfast is very good and the pool. I Don't really like the reception because I've always had a novelty with the guys. There'S a little inegligencia there. Some rooms need to be remodeled because they are old. But to be small The hotel has an elevator and it is very nice. I Do Not give the 5 stars for those details to correct but can improve.

Recently raised the rate to $1900 PD. Right on Avenida Bolivar near Parque Independecia/Telemicro. Can be quite noisy with barking dogs, street noise and construction but this is normal for this part of town. Off and on "hot" water. Very small rooms, tiny bar of soap and flat pillows, but the staff will accommodate with extras if needed. I have been there many times, on occasion staying when ill to attend medical appointments and the staff is always very helpful with bringing me food or cleaning the room quietly as I rest.

The room was very good. They Have Wi-Fi available, air, and they are very clean. Breakfast is also included.

El servicio fue regular, cuando fui a darme una ducha la toalla estaba sucia.

Bad service and not only that but we have been misplaced many things like watches, perfumes, in a nutshell steal. Atte. Mr. Phillips Chapman.

Super I loved very quiet and welcoming the person makes one feel at home.
