Fantastic service! A beautifully decorated, designed and extremely well maintained hotel. All employees worked very hard to make our stay as pleasant as could be and they all genuinely deserve our gratitude! All requests were quickly accommodated and any headaches that came up were immediately fixed. We broke two beds in one night and manager offered us a choice of room upgrades from what was available and even helped to move our belongings. The most notable gem here is the restaurant! Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everything came out as ordered and tasted great! After the 2nd day, I stopped asking what they recommended and just ordered whatever we fancied. The waiters even brought us seasonal samples of items that weren't on menu. Drinks were all equally delicious. No matter what we ordered, the bar delivered! If you want a beautiful hotel with 5 star service and great food, this is the place to stay!

I like that it has the breakfast included within the price. Which gives you many options to choose from as it is buffet style. Also the staff is very anabke makes you feel at home.

Excellent facilities, I went to Santiago for a work trip, I received very good attentions, the exquisite breakfast with various options to choose from.

I’m here right now with my family trying to sleep. It’s 11:30 pm and our room is vibrating from the music being played at a wedding, it’s loud enough that you have to raise your voice at the reception desk. This seems to be an ongoing problem here in the DR. I asked the front desk at 10 pm how much longer this could go on and I was told until 11. This is no way to run a hotel where guests are trying to sleep to catch a flight at 5 am.

Small hotel. Quiet. Close to airport. Perfect for a good rest after a hard work day.

I stay here everytime I need a room near the airport. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained.

Great service with two locations in the city (Santiago) and two more in other areas of the country. The staff is professional and the hotel is clean and well taken care of. Wifi is free and works pretty much in every corner of the open areas but it is a problem inside the rooms, where service is spotty at best. Small but well stocked bar to the left of the restaurant provides a cozy retreat on the ground floor from where to people watch. The food is well prepared and executed according to local palates and traditions.

When I booked I requested a shuttle pickup at airport at 4pm. And only later after I was able to check email I received from reservations "We offer shuttle at 8:00 am at 9:00pm, in this case you can take a taxi en the airport" Best regards, Alexandra Fernández Paid for taxi $15US to hotel. Upon arrival bellboy watched us unload luggage and carry luggage without even opening the door In their reservation email it says "Our complimentary shuttle service from and to the Cibao Airport is just the beginning to your experience" And the website advertises prominently advertises shuttle service 5:00am — 9:45pm Welcome drink marketed but not received. On a positive the bed was comfortable. Overall room is fine the furnishings are a bit stained, worn, and laminate peeling on tables. The big drawback was putting us in an adjoining room (ours #415) which we could hear another’s guests every belch. Also AC unit has problem which it makes a loud knocking noise every time it shuts off The night before we requested a 5am taxi return to airport since they said no shuttle. Morning of departure downstairs at checkout we see hotel shuttle at 5am. I inquire and I'm told it's not for guests but airline personal only. So I ask where is the taxi we requested the night before. They say we have no record of this so we request another and wait for it. We arrive at airport with just enough time to catch flight but much undue stress (and another $15US).

They greeted us with champagne as our luggage was brought to our room at check in. This is a nice clean and safe place to stay while visiting Santiago, they have a good size pool and a 24 hour gym. Atm that dispenses local currency is in the lobby. I suggest renting a car and using only pesos, speaking Spanish and trying local places to stretch your money far. You need to be an aggressive driver here in the DR. I would stay here again.
