It was late, five adults & four young children. Not a complaint about the food. In fact, we all really enjoyed what each of us had to eat. My lasagna de cordero was something I never tasted the likes of before. The bill came & it was a bit confusing, but the staff were most helpful. The decor & seating is elegant & the view is spectacular. It’s worth a visit up the hill.

Went to the restaurant at the entrance to the ranch and the view was to die for simply incredible with delicious food and great service. Just keep in mind this place is more expensive than anywhere else I ate on the island; for good reason though.

My family and I had a pleasure to visit Cam David and we had a memorable night, it's had a beautiful view of Santiago, the food excellent and the staff so professional and welcoming, definitely Camp David will be our priority for our next visit to Santiago!

Sublime view of the Santiago Valley. The food is a little more expensive than average, but not too much. Visit for sunset. A great experience guaranteed.

Best waitstaff in the Dominican Republic! Food was amazing… I had the goat. Appetizer, bottle of wine, 2 entrées, and 2 desserts was $92 American… well worth it.

The best view I have ever seen before and believe me that have been in other nice country like and but this is something else. Beautiful restaurant in the top of the highest point and food was delicious and spectacular dishes would give it 10 starts if would let me.

This day we were celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary, Camp David I can only say all excellent service, exquisite food, a wonderful place.

The view is impressive. The facilities are in acceptable state. The food is not bad, but the quality of it does not justify its high cost. Without the magnifying view it would be a place of plenty. Recommended to impress someone, or maybe an activity, nothing else.

Beautiful place, spectacular view of the city. We celebrated my daughter’s wedding there, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and service was very good. Only criticism is unfriendliness of hotel reception staff… not 1 smile! Only reason I don’t give 5 star rating.

Great place, great food, dazzling views. There is a small small apartment that looks nice and cozy. The restaurant has balconies with tables where you can enjoy a lot of freshness and the views.

I've been to Camp David Dsde before the great renovation. I've always been the most viewed place in Santiago. The nights are breathtaking of view. The restaurant has so a uncico atmosphere but if you are going to eat it is desepcionante. So many times I went there with customers who came with a visit to events we did in this place the view. It was never a low class place either in the prices although the service was bad evil just for a cup of coffee or if you wanted to order a meal almost always one had to wait a lot. The kitchen does not have staff trained for a high class restaurant. The food doesn't get hot at the table. If the kind of food they serve went up so much that the food prices would be this place one of the best. But it is not so at least before they had well-varied food and good quality products. Nor this in the days of today. It refuses the management of this place to hire a team of cooks who knows what it does in the kitchen. Today they serve something so simple that a salad with dizzy salad with salty inedible and if it contains croutons these are neither crisp. There is a friend of mine who was a customer in this place for years because the rooms are quiet (they were quiet) His last visit ended with a visit to the doctor. The problem of many famous places here in this country do not know how to attend international clientele. They defend themselves with the excuse: "This is cooked in this country so" although not so bad they do loas Dominican housewives.

Worst experience ever. Front desk lied to our face… twice. Put us in a room directly facing a wedding. The room was literally vibrating from the bass. Asked to be moved they said well it will end at 1am. I said fine and at 2am went back and the night receptionist LAUGHED IN MY FACE and said 1am? More like 4 or 5am. I said okay switch rooms he said sure and led me to the first room was someone was sleeping, second room… also someone sleeping… he had no idea what was going on. Finally brought us to a room that smelt like musty boiled eggs, which is why they had car air fresheners shoved in the janky ass ac. Around 330 finally got the room. The next day the receptionist offered a refund. When I called to follow up they said no way, "the rate of your room includes breakfast. " So yeah $130 for two cups luke warm coffee.

The place is beautiful with a view from the hills of Cerro Altos de Gurabo spectacular. Its food is esquisita and a wide variety in its dishes, desserts and the best wines. The attention is just excellent. It's one of my favorite restaurants.!

Can I give this place a negative star? I came here with my girlfriend and I was supposed to proposed to her. I never did because the service was awful. We order appetizers and entrees. We waited about 50 minutes appetizers never came and they brought the entries. Then we told them to cancel the appetizers since we already had the entrees and they forced us to get the appetizers and took the entries back. Made us wait another 20 minutes and then brought us stale and overcooked food. Awful.

Horrible service and cold food. After an hour after ordering my food was there. I was literally standing to leave when I saw my food coming from afar. For the price tag you expect a different dining experience than to a cheap restaurant. But simply this was worse than a cheap diner in terms of service. Staff was totally unatentive. Only good thing would be a view. But if you want to go have dinner, I'd recommend you another place in town.

Excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner, has an enviable view above the 2000 feet above sea level is one of the best restaurants in Santiago, you can observe the full city day or night is enjoyed at any time, have a hotel and a museum area of old collection vehicles and is located above the mountain enjoying the greenery… The price is according to the Extancia that offers… Do not stop visiting…

Came here with my husband for our 3rd anniversary and stayed at their hotel as well. We ordered the appentizer but they NEVER came, so instead we got the the Entrees 50 minutes after and the place wasn't even crowded, which they decided to take back to the kitchen and forced us to re order our appertizer which I think was rude because we had to wait another 20 minutes MORE. Food doesn't feel fresh so it makes not sense why they took so long. The food feels very dry and hard. My one star is only for the view. I came 3 years ago, and service has highly decreased. It's really a shame the quality and the service of this establishment has decrease substantially. They really spoiled our evening. The view from the restautant is awesome, but the quality of the food is questionable.

A cosy place, more than 2000 feet high, with a very nice view and exquisite dishes, ready to satisfy the most demanding tastes. There Is variety on the menu. Great Place to smoke cigars and have a good wine. Here you will have very good attentions.

I fell in love with this place! Magnificent view, excellent food, excellent service and fair prices but nos cheap. The entrees are great for sharing and the meat was excellent. But I wouldn't recommend the shrimps though.

The view is excellent it is better at night than late as in late the glow, makes you bother to have a lot of lunch on the terrace which is that is the appeal of this restaurant, relative to the menu is good but not excellent.

Simply beautiful place. Great views, great tastes and good service. You get what you pay for here, but you're going to pay a little bit more than anywhere close by. I can't emphasize enough that it's worth it though.

No service… I went here with a family group, party of 9. We told the waiter we would be having wine, coffee and desserts. 15 minutes later, still no service. We walked out and the hostess gave us a half ass apology. Looks like a great atmosphere but unfortunately the waiter judged us from out vacation attire.

It is a very welcoming and friendly, the person who greeted us was very friendly, the food delicious, we were attended by Leo Espinal, all of my friends and I were satisfied with the good service.

It is a cozy place with cooler climate and a excellent view of the city of Santiago of the Knights, however the service of the Restaurant has many opportunities for improvement, in my last two visits I received a cold meal, there is no sparkling wine by the glass, I got a food by mistake and the wait time was very long.

A place to repeat! I and my wife we visited only the restaurant, for which our opinion relates only to this space. All of the menu options that we enjoyed were delicious. Excellent choices of wines of a great variety of wineries international. Definitely a place to converse and enjoy a fun moment.

A national disgrace, very poor quality, irresponsible absolute. Pulled Us out of the rooms saying that they were going to fumigate (hotel overshoes with guests? ) in the end it was the wedding of the sister of the owner. That's why they took us out slowly. The secretaries do not tiemen idea of what they do, People with disabilities, we are not offered an apology and charged us more. I would not recommend it.

Los precios un poco tiradoy para el que no esta impuesto, el servicio un poco alpaso. But other than that its wonderful view of santiago. If you can afford $50-100 for a steak I recomend it.

5-stars for the view alone! Having dinner, overlooking all of Santiago, was spectacular. The food was decent and service could have been better, but their location and view won us over. Good pricing as well, considering it's an upscale restaurant/hotel.

Totally recommended, excellent hospitality and an environment that is without comparison, in addition to being an exceptional view especially in the night.
