The Family Suite exceeded expectations — clean, beautiful, with a beautiful view, even if you can't see the ocean. The room has everything — a coffee machine, two tvs, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron, a conductor. The grounds are very beautiful! The food in the hotel is varied, although I did not like everything — Dominican cuisine was not enough, but there was amer. Fastfood. Disappointing the lack of mangoes in the hotel — neither to eat nor buy, although in the country is just the season of this fruit. The rest is fine! And thank you for the gift to the newlyweds!

Got food poisoning whilst there in 2016 from eating lobster. Flies all over the buffet food and children picking food up and putting it back. Hygiene needs improving. Location was great along with the weather though…

Very nice hotel! Just unreal delicious cuisine and a large selection of restaurants that will conquer you with their cuisine. Own beach and away from the nearest hotels, making the beach wild. We rested here with the children twice. 2015 and 2016. It's great. Recommend.

We really loved this place! Always clean, great rooms and excellent food options. There were a lot of different types of cuisines available for every day of the week and entertainment for both adults and children every day (Michael Jackson concert). We got complimentary coconuts fresh from the tree and the staff was always nice and helpful. The beach was beautiful and the water was amazing too! Make sure you take advantage and go to the Aquagames one day as well and also take advantage of all the free activities that are included in your package (such as kayaking etc. ). Really recommend this resort for both young couples and families!

Beautiful place, rooms and nice and modern. Food is great. only bad thing I have to say is not all concierge care about their assigned people. they are nice the first day you arrive after that they are nowhere to be found. I would give 5 star except for this issue.

Great Hotel. The Staff is very friendly. Everyone smiles and sings. The suite has a bed and a sofa for children, two rooms, two TV, a mini-bar and a safe, two product Wi-Fi Connect for free. The hotel is very close to the beach. The Staff speaks Spanish often in English and some understand in Russian. Dining Buffet in the main restaurant, by recording two themed restaurants per week (American, Mexican, Asian, Italian). All the time it is possible to drink cocktails in bars, average on execution there is a beer. But If you ask and clean pour tequila, rum, vodka. All The children's cutlets are poured without alcohol they like the variety of Cola Phantom sprite available, pineapple juice and orange. There is a restaurant on the beach running at lunchtime. The Only downside to the beach is the algae sometimes not at all and sometimes even swim do not want, then you can go to the pool or aqua Park of the hotel. Beautiful place to travel with family, on the site several slips, some a little dangerous but the pleasures was to rendezvous the sea is beautiful, the food is delicious at the buffet and the concierge service is very attentive to our needs, in Passing Thank you to you Polenco, the children and we enjoyed your compassion very much.

The five stars fit well on to a local standard. Count 2 or 3 stars in French standard for rooms and Grand Max 4 stars for General Service.
Room The room could have been nice if we had not had a completely clogged bathtub and a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom. We have of course requested a repair. The employee typed two or three blows to the ceiling and went. As a result, the leak spread to the corridor, and was much more abundant.
Service and Catering service is good: Super cocktails, housekeeper even more efficient with a few pesos.
The food is good: good buffet, lots of choice. A la carte restaurant is good.
On the other hand the snack is not terrible, I saw a huge rat running on the lighting above the dishes…
Sea and pool general condition of the outside: correct. Part of the pool wall was filled with seaweed/moss.
The sea is very agitated so a lot of algae. Plenty of sun beds available.
Excursions everything can be bargained, especially the excursions sold on the beach and near the buffet.
Canvassing the most agacante thing: sellers who try to unload you their junk. You're human wallets. If you refuse to buy.

Half of the hotel is really fenced off and is under renovation, but now all are already in the renovated rooms to the left of the central alley. The rooms are modern, there are USB outlets so there are no problems with charging. In the rooms there is a safe, refrigerator, iron, coffee-tea. In family rooms Wi-Fi is free on two devices, it is necessary to approach to reception and to ask to connect.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff. Excellent beach and pools. Food is great. Great for all ages. I highly recommend this place. Our concierge Ozuna is the greatest guy ever! Gets everything you need!

From day one this has been a horrible place. As a female I felt like a slice of meat by the employees, they were constantly cat calling. The power was always going out and the rooms were pretty gross. So gross that a rat left it's dropping all over my room and ate my clothes. After asking to change rooms I was not moved and my room was not cleaned until the next day. The first night in the new room there were cockroaches. Towards the end of the week I couldn't wait to go home. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful the only thing is, you get asked probably 10 times a day to do an excursion by the people who have a hard time taking no for an answer.

Very good hotel to rest and spend a weekend enjoying the beach and the pools, I just did not like that if you want to use the safe you will have to pay a deposit that I was informed would be 20 dollars and a cost of 3 dollars per day, in addition to the time to check out, bone before 12 you must leave the facilities, no staying in the pool or on the beach, much less lunch, then if you want to spend more time you must pay a "late check out" amazing, no?

Good hotel for its money, there are 2 types of rooms old and new. For the first two days we were given an old, then a new one. Explaining that a lot for the weekend (at Easter) drove the people. Compensation-Dinner from Lopsterov ($100). Old rooms (15 years) by the ocean, someone even moved to new not wanted, new cool clean renovation. Wi-Fi is free. The ocean is not calm for the first two days, then it was better-warm, no algae. Rest: March 29-April 7, 2018!

Everything about it was perfect for me except the food, and it was good but not the best. Otherwise staff was phenomenal and catered to any need. I was able to upgrade my room to a junior suit for 40 dollars by booking direct through the website. Bartenders new their stuff and almost everyone speaks more than one language. Grounds are kept incredibly clean by vigilant workers and the cleaning girls for the rooms were great too. There is always somewhere to get food 24/7 and there is a water park attached that's free.

Unimpressed! The service, food, and did I say service has been apauling at best! The times for meals are not accurate. Majority of staff unfriendly. Food is the same everyday (if you like pizza and hamburgers then you will enjoy). The hotel room when we arrived was dirty (isn’t it great that my wife had to clean so she could use). The water park although I am sure at one point was quite nice it is ran down completely. The beach was nice, the pool was fun, and spending time with my family made it good. However when we do a trip again it will not be with Sirenis.

We spent 8 days here with our kids. I would recommend this resort to anyone with children for sure! We had a newly updated room, which was very nice and very clean. The fridge was kept well stocked and the maid made sure we had plenty of towels every day. The food was a 3.5/5 — not the best but better than other places we have been. Bartenders were iffy, but drinks were good! Italian and Steak house a la cartes were great, Brazilian was not so good. Pool area was kept clean and there were plenty of chairs. Always lots of clean pool towels. Check in was quick and a lot of fun, the ladies at the desk were super sweet and funny! The water park was great, kids had a blast.

Its a great hotel. We had a mirage room and there like new. The water park needs a revamp. Also the lobby speak very little English and French. Bit everything else was great. Super Tony, Abel and Mariano are the best. Tje only thing that really sucks are the reps of Transat. They lost my suitcase for 5 days. 1 of them is really rude to and would not let me speak to his supervisor.

Beautiful beaches and pools, smiles everywhere. However, we got charged three times for the same thing in the souvenir shop, our room was left unlocked by the cleaning service and floors completely wet after cleaning resulting in our clothes getting all wet as well. A little more professionalism would be advised.

Very disappointing, a lot of cinema and no results level very far from the 5 stars, rather 2 see less.

Arrived on vacation and found themselves in the hotel a maximum of three stars, the tour operator did not warn that until the end of 2018 the hotel is under renovations; half of the hotel (killed, standard rooms) are gradually being renovated. We were settled in them. After replacing the third room had to swear! After a storm of indignation, we were offered to move to a renovated part of the hotel, with a two-bedroom sylet, with a $600 surcharge, after negotiations and thrown on the floor of the phone, the surcharge was $300. Very nice holiday places! The staff of the hotel is friendly and smiling. The rooms are air conditioned but lack of renovation. The restoration is correct and varied. Various Animations, large swimming pool, tennis court, souvenir shop, beautiful beach with these coconut trees! All this in the heat of the Caribbean… Some renovations would be a plus. I stayed there for two weeks! Enjoy your stay!

Worst trip ever! We came for a wedding. When we got here our room had blood all over it, $50 went missing out of my safe and they said I was a liar. Out of our group a total of $215 went missing and we all got called liars. The food was never hot, lukewarm at best. They would skip alcohol in your drinks… This trip has been a nightmare. The bride was disappointed time and time again. Save your money and book elsewhere, unless you want a disappointing vacation! I would rate it 0 stars if I could!

Embarrassing. Mouth girl moved to Punta Cana. 1 bartender to serve 50 customers at the bar, the only 24-hour restaurant is in the furthest place of the resort. Lousy food and drink, terrible service, Aburridísimos shows.

They do not think to come to this hotel… How you see in the pictures is the worst of the worst… Very bad food The worst, the rooms to tell you the mattress that the stones are softer… It has no hot water, everything is rusty, the drink is not said U $110 dollars p/p night is an abuse.

The hotel in the photo seems big and cozy, in fact everything is wrong! The rooms are dirty and shabby, the staff are not attentive! On arrival, we were settled, not a tidyed room! Towels were absent every day in the room, coming from the beach I had to call or go to the reception and say what was brought to the room! The coffee is disgusting, the waiters deliberately do not fit either at breakfast or at dinner (were for New Year's Eve! ) the hotel is in the form of an elongated rectangle, the sea shore is all in seaweed! No one mentioned it in a word, a lot of algae, shorter cons a lot of autumn a lot. I don't recommend anyone (Hotel5 stars full of viper! )

The room was very clean. They have no idea what it's like to see something clean not to mention the smells. The most bad themed restaurants cannot be. Slow and poor food quality. The water park very nice to enjoy with the kids. Very friendly staff and the gardens are pristine.

The facility is semi-new (coral) and half old (tropical) but OK.
The whole facility is very nice and also the pools are great.
The Aqua Park is something great for young and old.
The direct beach location is also top.
The various restaurants are all well accessible and also very tasty…

It's terrible. The rooms are terrible, if you want better then you have to pay extra in person at the reception. The internet is paid, but the true speed is good. Safe is also paid, etc.

The rooms are large but need a great refreshment.
The beds are entirely to change.
During household housekeeping, dirty towels are removed but not replaced immediately.
Clean towels are only provided late in the afternoon. So when you get back from the beach around 5.30 p. M. — 6pm, you can't take a shower.
This is the first time I've seen this in a hotel.

Great rooms… especially the renovated ones. Bar staff and buffet staff are great, restaurant staff, housekeeping, need some improvements. Pool is worn and many cracked tiles in and around the pool. Never any clean towels in the room upon the daily return. When they do bring them to the room they're still wet. The night market has nice touristy items for sale, but the sales people are almost harassing in their sales technique. The buffet selection is a little on the low side, but it's fairly average. Other guests don't seem to understand lines and will constantly try to cut in front of you, even if you were there long before them. Water park is fun and great for adults and kids. Beach is great and some of the best sand you'll ever touch. Once all the renovations are completed, it may be better, But for now, the poor customer service and lack of upkeep will keep me from coming back.

The Sirenis is a very nicely located hotel. I've been there 6 times and will go again. The restaurants and the service are perfectly fine. Well, the great distances to run that are criticised here. Hello, does anyone have an appointment? This is the beautiful, a small quiet walk and already you are on a very beautiful beach. The staff is attentive and so everything is there to enjoy a nice relaxing holiday!

The place is outdated and oriented to eastern europe people. I would rated it to 3 stars. 50 % of people came from Russia. Food is terrible. Meat is not chewable. Drinks are watered so you can not even feel the alchogol in it. The worst service we are expiriensed in Carribean — no english speaking consierges, no kids club, no free Wi-Fi, safe or mini bar. Please dont go here.

Nice resorts with all the amenities, great pool, beautiful beach and service in general good and satisfactory. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the shower was very good. Overall quite satisfied but we go with the negative…
We've been up all week without TV controls and so, without being able to use them, and even if we asked them at the front desk, they didn't give us any… and the most frustrating thing is that they told us that if they would take them to the room but they never arrived… you can't fight the client like that.
And what has been really regrettable and I have been very angry has been the great scam that involves hiring the Wi-Fi network! They make you pay $40 and it's a real robbery because it goes worse than bad, you can hardly do anything.
Despite these two negative points, the experience has been good and positive.

Price/performance fits for us. A point deduction for the following reasons.
-unfortunately at our time a construction site. A second main restaurant closed due to renovation. Therefore sometimes the search for a free table.
-Three à la carte restaurants also closed.
-The only hotel here in the area for which internet 40 dollars/week must be paid! Per Device! That's definitely rip off.
There are however on the beach 200 m in every direction where neighbouring buildings/hotels where Internet is free. And at the shop on the beach too. So just go on u WLAN.
Positive: we booked low cost but had a room with sea view in building K.
Two large beds, it is convenient to have everything you need. Climate, refrigerator. But is still an unmodernized room.
If you are on the waves, walk on the beach to the left towards excellence Hotel. Mega Geil and every day.

Positive, close to the beach in the beautiful palm grove, good vegetables negative: no clear sea water, no Caribbean flair, unclean pool water (disease threatens) beach volleyball only once a week possible.
Fitness and ping-pong closed too far outside and after beach time. Deficiencies in the bathroom are not turned off (water faucets loose, toilet does not always fill, plaster falls from the ceiling and it drips in), meat unpalatably chewy.
Rip off on new all inclusive band if broken: costs €60

The service is from Examencia the concierge always present and worried and busy in all the details in employees Juana Cruz in a splendid Machaos buffet and totally attentive and Geralfis every day we interviewed for it and all the employees did that Our family had an unforgettable vacation thank you very much and this my very happy to be partners.

Great location. Up to standard of outdated rooms. Very poor room care. However, great resort with Super Great beach which compensates everything. The staff were very nice and the room was very good. Food First class, Service great and attentive (should you also pay with dollars and not skimp) great atmosphere Great Aqua Park, is very respected for safety. Great food Buffet there and the slides are the hammer as well for small as for big. Points deduction for rooms and lack of childcare.

The MIA experience is reduced to the entrance and reception. I am not guests… but all clean and safe and well stayed.

Although far away from cultural and country-typical places, this hotel is the perfect place to simply relax. The beach has white sand, quite warm water and for those interested a great entertainment program from the morning with games until evening and night with shows and discos.
If you leave the hotel grounds, you only get to the hotel's outdoor swimming pool, otherwise there is little to see there. Every evening, there is a wide choice between several (theme) restaurants that will convince everyone.

Excellent Resort for the holidays. Room Many theme restaurants, the Asian is top. Many activities in the hotel and on the beach, left on the beach you will have the locals and Haitians speaking French who sell their crafts, haggling in rigor:) You can also eat lobsters to change the hotel.

It has a staff more than pleasant and friendly that you care about helping you in all that is necessary, the hotel has large and pleasant spaces to spend a few days with family, plus have free Wifi service that you can use in Any area of the hotel no problem whatsoever. It also has a nice pool for both big and kids, bars with a variety of liquors of all nationalities, all you can expect from a hotel you'll be able to find it right here, you just have to book and prepare for some amazing Vacation you'll always remember.

We went to this resort for our honeymoon! The room was absolutely perfect, the swimming pools are nice and the water park is cool too, even though we have to walk like 7 minutes to get there! The food was nice, and the night club is the best! The reson why I'm giving 4 stars is that the room to the beach or the beach to the restaurants are super far away! Some resorts have little cars or " trains " that takes people around, so they probably have to do the same thing! We did have a bedroom close to the beach and it took us like 10 minutes to walk to the buffet! And also the people that work there are a little bit racist, meaning that they give lots of attention to white people and the other ones they seem to not care!

For what they charge the services are really mediocre quality (and being very generous and good vibe in the criticism), the criticisms I had heard of this ended up being true and for nothing is advisable. A sample of what I say in an image.

Cheap Hotel on a really beautiful beach. Rooms were old but OK. Half of the hotel was renovated for our stay, which is why the room situation can change. The food was not good, often cold and monotonous, also it can come to intolerance.

2 weeks in this hotel, really bad experiance. Wi-Fi 60$ for 2 weeks only for one device. Safe box is also charged. Staff were incredibly rude and never wanted to help. their food is bad and not fresh, I was sick. it's not 5 stars hotel at all, I feel so disappointed with my familly. Definitely 1st and last time we stop at a Sirenis hotel.

Very nice! We had one of the older room as they are under renovation. The new rooms are beautiful. The ocean is lovely, the people are amazing and the food if great! We want to come back.

Lovely place lots of fun so many different restaurants drinks good as well as swimming pool. Entertainment is good. So far my stay gas been amazing and a great experience.

This resort is terrible. Came here during summer of 2017 and this is the worst hotel to stay in. All drinks are watered down. Food is cold, all the "special" restaurants are a waste. They aren't even special. Italian is cold and soggy, while Japanese is not even filling. Can't even go to other special restaurants because they only allow you for 2. Rooms is a disgrace. Beds are small, they don't even change your bed. They just make it and leave. I had a stain on my bed sheet and pillow and told them to change it but they didn't. Staff are nice but everything else is trash. Won't come back again and advise others to not either.

Very hygienic facilities very good food variety in dishes they are excellent quality and hygiene the truth that have improved a lot I can say much more than before I went in 2010 and 2013 and wasn't so then I had the opportunity to go recent mind 2015 and it surprised me the quality of the food is improved, also staff very efficient restaurants as well as very harmonious decoration colors and hopefully continue to improve.

The worst resort ever, seriously! Terrible service, old rooms, poisonous food. Just don't go there.

This place is terrible! The food, the smelly rooms, the nasty bathrooms. I can't get the mold and mildew smell from my nose and I've been home for five days! I had my room changed three times within my first three days. The food was inedible to me and my child. He ate French fries the entire time we were there, 6 days! The one star that I'm giving is for my child making friends with several children from all over the world. Who's, by the way, parents were totally disappointed and disgusted with this resort as well. During my stay I came to find out that the pictures of the rooms are those of the timeshare area that is located on the resort! This was a total waste of my child's dream vacation being fulfilled, not too mention $2700! WHAT AN EPIC FAIL.

My wife and I booked with another couple our Christmas vacation in Sirenis Punta Cana resort and it was bad : ( It started with a terrible service over the phone when we tried to let them know our flight got canceled and we’ll arrive only a day after. It took us forever to get an English speaker representative and few calls back to reach no where… The rooms were old and moldy and instead of a kind size bed that we ordered we had 2 twins. Each day we opened every window and door to get rid of the smell. Sirenis response regarding the bed was to couple them into one “kind” bed. And lastly the food. We didn’t expect to have 3 michelin star restaurants, but what Sirenis offers is really bad (we weren’t starve but can’t say we ate good). I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

One of my worse vacations ever. Service over the phone – very bad. Every single time we called they couldn’t locate our reservation Reception Service – the check-in process took over an hour. We arrived at 4 PM, yet our rooms were not ready yet. Room – absolutely horrendous. No resembles what so ever to the photos posted on the web. Old, stinks of mold. Dirty sheets. Food – mostly not tasty. Some of us got diarrhea. Needless to say more. Absolutely not recommended.

Don’t go there! It was by far my worst experience traveling. We have traveled with a couple of friends to the Sirenis Punta Cana Resort to celebrate our anniversary and Christmas combined. We have arrived to Sirenis only to discover that instead of two king size rooms in a resort that we have booked we got two dormitory looking rooms with twin beds and a horrible mouldy smell in both of them. The rooms were very badly kept and looked like the last time someone gave them a paint job was in the 80’s. Another memorable aspect of the stay was the food. We did not expect it to be great but we would have settled for something that did not gave us food poisoning… The staff was not helpful at all. For example when we complained about having twin beds instead of a king size bed, they just sent someone to push the two beds together…thanks allot for that Sirenis! The only good thing about it was the only thing they couldn’t really ruin and that is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. In general I would say that you should do yourselves and your loved ones a favour and choose another hotel or just stay home and save yourselves an extremely disappointing experience and some money.

We went last week Poor, very bad service, filthy rooms, pool even the beach and not mentioning the food, my child and I got food poisoning we've been sick since we came back I even found a curly hair on my scramble eggs and a crockroach taking a walk inside the Japanese restaurant, never going back again to this hotel ever, do not waste your money.

All super. The food is great, the room for 3, but we do not sleep there rode. Animation at 5. Veselye rebyata. The beach is steep. Shorter stands there to relax. But ask a normal appearance of the window. Changed two rooms have not yet produced with normal view. And the first one was on the fence, the second on shrubs, the latter already gave the garden a beautiful room.

Sorry, but this place is an absolute failure… How in the world it has such a good rating is beyond me — lipstick on a pig. The check-in we dealt with was enough on its own to warrant a 1-star rating. The resort itself is approximately 40 minutes north of the airport, which is both nice for the sake of solitude, but is also a bumpy ride to and from. The check-in we had was horrendous — first the long lines, then they couldn't find us and we had to go to another office which DID find our reservation, only to tell us to go back to the front desk to finish the check-in; who then asked us why we are back… after another 10 to 15 minutes they (the front desk) still could not find us, instead running through names that aren't mine (I had told them my name multiple times by this point). Finally one of them decided to look into the packets they had, and what do you know, they found us. But it wasn't over yet… The room wasn't ready for another hour, so we had to go kill some time. When we came back an hour later to get our room key, it took ANOTHER 15 minutes from us taking to someone to another person saying it would ANOTHER 30 minutes until the room is ready… So now had to kill even more time. Several hours later we finally made it into our room — that afternoon completely wasted. All in all, a bad omen for the week to come.

Many times I've been to Punta Cana, but this Hotel is the worst I've been. The food is bad, the check-in horrible service. They gave us a room almost at 9 in the evening. We had 7 rooms and wanted us to put two families in one room, because when we arrived they had no rooms available. Rust-filled horrible bathrooms, clogged toilets not to mention beds, I think that the floor was more tender than those matres. Swimming pools are also full of rust. At least we found some cafeteria employees who were good people and that we clean the room also. But the hotel manager does not know to deal with people.
