This hotel to me and my husband is a five-star hotel. Had unbelievably good food, great show specially the Michael Jackson one and awesome service. The resort itself is very classy and beautiful. We loved the pools and the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel two couples or families.

Horrible food, horrible staff, horrible management, horrible service. Staff couldn’t be bothered to assist with anything and none of them have a clue what’s going on. Room service takes forever even when ordered in advance and they will get your order wrong. Like what?! Oh, and if you get injured the staff won’t help you up off the floor, they’ll just walk right by you, and the shuttles will refuse to pick you up if you’re in a wheelchair. Absolutely disgusting. I will never ever ever stay at another hard rock hotel, especially in punta cana! I guess their reputation doesn’t mean much because I expected way better for a hard rock hotel. Worst “all-inclusive” experience of my life. The all-inclusive is a joke because they upcharge for tons of things or charge for things like a whole coconut drink without having a sign or letting you know until after you start drinking and it’s too late to say you don’t want it. Seriously, you’ve been warned not to stay here unless you like having horrible vacations. Even one of the staff members agreed that service has taken a sh*t since management changed hands. Also, the room had problems which the staff tried to brush off as normal and we spent half our time there trying to get them to fix things in the room. Waste of time and money!

First, the hotel itself is wonderful. Second, BEWARE of Legendary Vacation Club. We bought the vacation club and now they won’t honor the deal and there is no customer service. They took money for a new reservation and claim we have no reservation. Do not fall for it.

Awesome resort. Staff from top to bottom has been excellent. Polite, respectful and great customer service the housekeeper, waiters and of course the bartenders.

Very dissatisfied. Expected so much more. Food is very basic for this level of resort. The Brazilian restaurant was simply disgusting. The steak was the worst I have ever seen. Every day the room cards stop working resulting in a 30 minute trip to the front fest. EVERY DAY! All food spots are always out of something and something always appears to be broken. No pizza at the pizza cafe by the pool. No lime in a bar. No alcohol in the other bar. Asking American Express for a refund. Suggest everyone does the same. Amex specialist said they are receiving a ton of these complaints about this resort.

Here at Hard Rock now. Food is terrible for this level of a hotel. Kids club is very basic and underwhelming compared to similar resorts. Just called for room service at midnight and was told the wait was 1.5 hours. Stay away. Not worth it at all.

Such great holidays we had for 2nd time. We get so relaxed at the wonderful spa (truly rocks). Kids had fun, many options to have dinner, lunch, breakfast. Everyday they were cleaning the hallways, asked everyone to use their face mask 😷. Such a great place!

My experience was so bad in this place I am highly disappointed. To start of the customer service is horrible. I booked for 3 nights a room with 2 beds just for me. On my last night I brought a companion with me because like I mentioned I had 2 beds. Well I go to the main lobby because due to protocol I have to check in my guest. Well I was charged $78 for my guest to stay with me in my room which was already previously booked and payed for and that had 2 beds. I didn’t understand why I had to pay for my guest if my room has 2 beds. If a room has 2 beds its because its for 2 people. Anyways, I proceeded to pay because I was very tired and didn’t have the energy to argue. After my guest has her hand bracelet on and after I had already paid the $78 fee for my guest to stay with me the front desk tells me she apologizes but that my guest cannot stay and that she will refund me my money back. She quickly removes my guest bracelet and asks for my card to refund me my money. Worst experience ever. How humiliating was this and also traumatizing not knowing where to go to spend the night and with a curfew in the Dominican Republic due to Covid-19 is traumatizing. This occurred at 10:00pm at night curfew is at 9:00pm where was I supposed to go? I explained this to them and they did not care one bit. I demanded to speak to the manager or the supervisor and he/she never took the kindness to come and explain to me what was happening and why. All I wanted was answers.

This is our second Hard Rock Resort experience. The first HRH& Casino experience was 2 years ago in Riviera Maya and we loved it! The service, the food, the rooms, were all amazing, so we had heard this one in Punta Cana was bigger and better. Parts of that may be true but in general our experience was less than awesome. The food was very good and at times excellent. Overall I have no complaints with minor exceptions to the food. We had a mix up at check in but it was because they had upgraded our rooms and was confusing as we had three rooms, 2 with king size beds, 1 with 2 doubles. We got that worked out for 2 of the rooms but my daughter and her husband had to wait a long time to get their room situation straight. They ended up with an awesome room at a great location.

Attending the Sand 'N Soul Festival. Staff (everyone) extremely hospitable. Customer Service OUTSTANDING! Staff is always helpful & willing to get the answer. Not afraid to say hello (first). Great restaurants choices. Nice workout facility. Or room was in bldg 1A.

Great all inclusive resort. They call it a mini bar in your room but it's more like a half bar with all litters of alcohol. The breakfast at the buffets is not that great, I recommend ordering room service. It's free anyway. Alcohol is free flowing at all the pools and most of the staff are very friendly. I do recommend tipping where ever you are served though. They treat you great. Use the safe in your room as you never know when temptation will strike. I'm definitely coming back here.

What a great hotel and casino! When in Punta Cana you ARE ALLOWED to go into the casino part of this resort. It is completely safe to taxi from any resort to here. However, order your taxi from your resort lobby, confirm the price first and reconfirm the price with the driver when he gets there. Same for the way back. Order it from hard rock hotel lobby and confirm prices.

This was my first all inclusive vacation, and man am I looking forward to going back. The staff was insanely friendly and welcoming. Heck, I was greeted at the door with a drink before I even stepped inside. There are a ton of restaurants and outside BBQ's to keep you feed, and room service for when you're feeling lazy or can't get out of bed. The pools are all very clean and spacious, and there is always some sort of event or party going on in one or more of them at a time. The icing on the cake is the ocean and beach! The keep the sand immaculately cleaned and raked all day long, and the water is crystal blue and clean as well. Tip your staff and they will be your best friends throughout your entire stay, and trust me, they will remember you! Pricing for things like toothpaste, deodorant, and common items are astronomical, so DO NOT forget any of your luggage! Also, beware of off resort sellers on the beach. They can be a little aggressive and typically won't take no for an answer, at least the first 20 times anyway.

For 2 weeks there was nothing to complain about! A great place, even if the price tag is crazy, it was worth it! The view of the ocean made the holiday even more beautiful.

A cozy beach restaurant. It's a nice atmosphere. By Dominican standards, good service. Delicious food. There are different actions such as happy hour. Calm prices as for Bavaro. There is a beach with loungers for the restaurant's customers. Located on the beach of Do'a Matilda.

Expensive, tasty, cozy! The beach line is wide! Everyone bathes in the pools! There are three people on the beach! Perhaps the best beach! Compared to other beaches of Punta Cana, the presence of algae is minimal! The beach is not for kids! The hotel is extreme and then begins a wild beach, jungle! Holidaymakers are mostly Americans!

This is our eighth time staying here! Beautiful resort! Gorgeous beach with Bali beds available to reserve! The casino is always fun and has a rewards card! There are a wide variety of restaurants that are always amazing! The salon and spa are my absolute favorite! I've never had anything but beyond excellent service! Very clean, relaxing, and beautiful environment! There are also 11 pools to choose from! There are shuttles that you can use around the large resort! I always choose to walk from the beach to the main building because the resort is breathtakingly beautiful! There is so much to just take in and enjoy! We have brought our children with us who enjoy the game room, minature golf, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the pool games! We also have gone just as a couple, and we have also been thinking friends and family to experience the Hard Rock. This resort is excellent and I highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a lot of variety. A lot of restaurants that are good. Great service overall. Casino is fun. Lots of bars. The private beach is excellent… not rocky at all. A lot of excellent pools. The spa is wonderful! Just a lot of great things going on here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good all-inclusive experience.

Hard Rock… was good to us for our entire stay! On a family trip to the Island I was able to enjoy myself inside of my room, at the beach and many of the several restaurants that this resort had to offer. My aunt is a gambler and chose this place because it offered a nice size casino and we are also all big music fans. I have to say that she was pleased even convinced the rest of the family to come and see her win! AND BOY DID SHE WIN! This Casino wasn't too packed or over crowded or full of smoke like most are. The Rock & Roll Hall of fame memorabilia sets this place a part. Its like a museum of sorts and really worth walking through whether you are a gambler or not. Almost all of the restaurants were included and delicious. There was upscale dining where you had pay separate but it was worth it. We had Japanese Steakhouse, Mexican, American, Caribbean and constant snacking in between. What I also liked about the Hard Rock was that it was enclosed in the lobby area. I've been to several resorts in the Caribbean where the lobby was basically outside, which in my opinion wasn't such a good idea, because then that leave you with very little opportunity to enjoy the air conditioning unless you go back to your room or into a restaurant. Well. The Hard Rock not only had an enclosed lobby but there are always COMPLIMENTARY MARJARITA'S in deck! HELLO!

Really? We came to Punta Cana to shop for our wedding venue. Went to many resorts no problem. Walk in and talk to staff. Everybody happy to see you and show you around. NOT Hard Rock. Too many restrictions and rules. They so uptight. We we 2 doors down and they want us to take taxi to come via lobby only. And beach access was literally 100 yards away. Hard Rock are you really afraid that I will drink your booze or eat your food. What's wrong with you? You are surrounded by 5 star hotels. Have some respect to potential costumers especially when they asking to sell them your services. Not cool. P. S. Hard rock loyalty member since forever.

I was vert impressed with this Resort. First of all the people who worked there went out of their way to make sure you were happy. All the workers were smiling and polite. The grounds were well kept. My hotel room was fantastic. This resort is all inclusive. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. My favourite was the Market place. There were many pools and a marvelous beach. There is a casino if you love to gamble. Plenty of shops to shop at. I loved the spa. I recommend this place to vacation at. Minimum 5 days.

Everyone here at HR is amazing! Staff and all! They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I are happy! The staff and food makes this place wonderful! Spa experience is crazy big and excellent! The beaches are wonderful, and the pools are nice! My housekeeper Bernadina and Felix the Asst Manager, made this whole trip worth the journey to Punta Cana! Make sure you check out Zen and the reserve Bali Beds! Hard Rock Punta Cana is an all inclusive hotel. Their food is varied and very good. Their rooms are excellent. The guest's attention is first class. If we add your beautiful exterior design and a beautiful beach, we conclude that it is an ideal place to vacation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on a place that does not value you as a customer. I understand that it is spring break, but no one should wait over an hour for dinner at an all-inclusive resort when no reservation is required. Also, the staff makes you feel like a second class customer when they know you have no reservation despite the many open tables in the restaurants. Resort credits are a joke. Most vendors onsite do not honor the credits and those that do drastically over-value the service because of the required 20% service fee that is paid on top of the credit value. If you do visit and have a bad experience, don’t bother asking for a manager. Clearly the staff is trained to ignore you and not permit any form of contact with someone who can help resolve an issue. Our first visit to a Hard Rock property and certainly the last! Buyer beware!

We had an amazing time at the Hard Rock! Every part of the resort was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating-we never saw anyone working there seem stressed or unhappy. The food and drink choices were plentiful and varied. There were plenty of activities to keep all of us entertained day and night. We really loved our vacation and will definitely consider another trip in the near future.

Excellent place. The hotel is a bit of a 20 minute drive away from the airport. It is very suitable for weekly holidays with multiple events and activities. Miss Yusmary is very friendly and very good at guiding users on the most convenient to improve their stay.
It has the ideology of all inclusive, which has all the facilities so that the expenses are not exceeded by the consumption of food for example.

The rooms are great, Cleaning service was excellent! My only problem is English speaking people like myself had very difficult time communicating with hotel staff. I think ESL (english second language) should be taught on basic English sentences. If u need someone, I have degree in such. Would offer it for free with a week stay.

Excellent facilities, good drinks and good service. The quality of the food could be better. Recommended for families and small groups… For large groups has good lounges but people can scatter a lot.

The food selection is extremely limited for guests with gluten or other dietary allergies. We were told by our travel agency that this was a "gourmet" level food experience and it definitely is not. Although we have been asking the hotel management/staff to talk with the resort culinary staff to get meals to feed our family, it's day three and no one has gotten involved to help. It's not only disappointing but also not worth the money for an all-inclusive that cannot accommodate normal dietary requirements. The bright spot of the vacation is that the people of the Dominican Republic are wonderful. It's very unfortunate that the Hard Rock resort company is not paying attention to give them the resources to make this an experience to match all the awards they tout on their website for this location.

A landmark hotel… That Dominicana. That Mexico. The essence of hotels is roughly the same… Inert… Rooms. Service. Attractions… Magnets… No wonder there is a club of fans of Hard… I bet 5. Because it's completely consistent. But really on amateurs.

Awesome property… The casino and night clubs are awesome… The property has tons of pools and a beautiful beach area. This resort is not really for those who want a quiet relaxing trip, but for those looking for a good time. Tons of upscale shops in the main lobby area and always tons to do!

Great food, lots of choice, friendly staff everywhere… :) The terrain is huge, so people are better off and you have the piece of privacy what you want for a holiday.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
For those who like to pay with cash, get US dollars in advance. In the hotel everything is to be paid with dollars, but you do not get any dollars handed. The vending machine only makes pesos, in the currency exchange in the casino you can only change euros in peso, but not in dollars.
Otherwise, you can also pay with visa.

Great place though I only went to the Flillmore lounge. Very beautiful room and facilities, excellent acoustics. A single problem and it's their they don't close the door at the start of the show.

This all inclusive resort is amazing! Food is great, lots of seafood. S/O to our favourite bartender Andres! He’s the best! The steakhouse is real good. Rooms are exceptional. The beach, super windy and waves are huge. Cocktails are good!

A top-notch resort. Beautiful beach. Great pools with many different types of atmosphere. Amazing restaurants with a great variety of food — highly recommend the teppenyaki, pizza and Brazilian meat restaurants. Rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent mix of kid-friendly and adult activities. Highly recommend!

You can eat/drink whatever and how much you like, the staff is very friendly and the rooms were very nice. Very clean and not too hot/cold. I used the bubble bath in the room, it was a little difficult to manage but we enjoyed out stay very much. The casino and the activities are nice. I like that there is a little car who takes you wherever you want. Really pretty view and nice pools. We enjoyed the live music in the Brazilian restaurant. I would visit it again someday!

Very high end hotel with the prices in relation. I didn't like the limit deco "Grunch" and dark. General Maintenance bad (paints, cracks in the basins…). Cleaning insufficient.

A week at this hotel and a lot to regret. Do not leave your belongings in the room they steal and the hotel is not responsible. The day before leaving I was robbed and the hotel merely said that the investigations had not yielded positive results. I should have put all my stuff in the safe. I was not even contacted, I had to insist that attend my request before leaving the hotel. A disaster.

The hotel is of a very good level. But swimming in the sea is problematic, all the while the wave.

Trying to call is terrible and disastrous, I have reservation for my family in less than 20 days… and I wanted to make a special request but. I don't talk to someone who's gentle. And kind. I can't do that. Do! This reservation we can not cancel unfortunately, but would. I called and passed from one side to the other without listening and refused to give me the name… The truth that I despair!

The resort is beautiful, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge, with a Jacuzzi tub, mini bar, and balcony. Food is just OK, but it's easy to try many things and find something you like. My chief complaint was the coffee was always over roasted, which is pretty nitpicky. Alcohol is plentiful and the wait staff will never let a glass sit empty. Fun shows at night, pool activities during the day, karaoke, immaculate beaches, casino, interesting excursions; so many other things to find and explore. I look forward to returning.

Had my wedding there. 25 guests travelled over from the UK all had a fantastic time. The facilities available catered for everyone ones needs. What ever food you wanted you got. My sister and nephew are vegans and they ensure that they were catered for. Most staff couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely go back.

It is a fantastic place, ideal for rest. A very complete chain of hotels has good staff. The only bad thing is that some food I sat bad, I gave gastroenteritis the 2nd day Q arrives.

Luxury Hotel, how many with one of the largest facilities of Punta Cana, a wide variety of cosy elegant rooms, is characterized by its great events (all type) since it has around 24 halls of different capacity. The style of its facilities very different from the others, beautiful view to the sea and swimming pool, this designed above sea level, impressive! It has 13 very large swimming pool. A great variety of restaurants and bars!

This hotel is way over priced for what it is. I have been to cheaper and better in the DR. I was blinded by the name. Check in was a nightmare, hotel was overbooked, staff was not prepared to handle the big volume of guest. Rooms are not that great, they look a lot better in pictures and the difference between the cheaper one and the next one up is a bigger balcony… Check out was ok. The staff is amazing, the butlers, the bartenders, the concierge, they are great! But the higher the position the more arrogant they get. They treat you like they are doing you a favor, like you are not paying any money. I have a very bad experience, I had requested a honeymoon package from the beginning, Emailing them for months regarding the honey moon package and an upgrade to royalty. They never got back to me. When I got there My room wasn't ready. No honeymoon anything, no able to upgrade due to overbooking. I had to spend 2 days that I wasted completely of my vacation, sitting around, complaining to everybody. Finally got an upgrade on my second day and change of room as a "courtesy" we were promised that the honey moon stuff would be setup in there. We got there, no champagne, no cake, nothing… Just a room, same thing but bigger… Got the champagne 5 days later and the cake the day before leaving.

It is very extensive but at the same time some common spaces like restaurants and pools are not so spacious. It has something "impersonal" that does not end up being pleasing. Good facilities! Excellent cleanliness! Good care but still needs to improve.

This was a GORGEOUS resort. It was my first time to DR and my first time at an all inclusive resort. They have great deals where the longer you stay, the more resort credits you can earn. We used ours at the spa and it was BEYOND worth it. It was the best spa experience I've ever had. I felt like I was a pampered movie star. The resort was HUGE! You need to take the shuttle to get around sometimes but they have a jogging track if you'd like. The room and the resort had music lyrics throughout and it was a memorable touch. Can I just finish by saying how FRIENDLY the staff was. Always greeting you with a smile, always very helpful with answering questions, and you get the feeling that they really just want you to have fun and enjoy yourself. It worked!

Had a great time for our Honeymoon. Wife got sick, but we kind of over indulged. I would take some anti-biotics before traveling anywhere like this. But its a huge resort and we ate somewhere different everyday. Beach is beautiful. Don't buy the cheap jewelry from the guys on the beach. Its expensive and made with fishing string. Casino is really nice. Sun Bar is a lively place and the Mama Juana is awesome.

I would like to start off what was not pleasing. The hotel food was not always the best to be Hard Rock brand. The breakfast was mostly always well and provide numerous options. Also there was certain things that were not covered that should be covered when sitting out. Now to the excellent part. The SPA is a great experience, it has numerous options for the whole family. The fish pedicure is great and friendly staff as well. Also the staff when contacting the front desk, they provide a solution with in minutes. The area where sign up for the activities, they were very time sensitive and accommodating. Victor A. Was very understanding and also provide feedback to the hotel staff on somethings I was not pleased with. Make sure you drive the sling shot and also the ATV tour. We went to this Hard Rock Hotel for our honeymoon. This place is huge. It's like a town. Beautiful place, all inclusive, rooms are nice, many swimming pools, lots of entertainment, service is great-pretty much everybody had a great attitude and a smile on their face. Many of the employees went way beyond the expectations. We did have trouble with hot water so we moved rooms twice plus a little trouble with room service so one night out of 7 was frustrating but the night manager Miguel Angel Dominguez took care of everything once he learned about it. He definitely changed our night from frustrating to a happy one and actually made our stay even better than it was before (keep in mind that even before it was really great so he changed it to AMAZING). Thank you so much Miguel and everybody who works there. One huge NO for us were the parrots and a monkey to take pictures with. Come on Hard Rock, you don't need to exploit animals for human entertainment. It's so unnecessary, cruel and made us feel very sad.

The Hard Rock met my expectations! We just got back My family and I went there for a destination wedding and all I can say is that It was awesome! The staff, the food, the entertainment was great. I loved the beach nice and clean, everyone there were very attentive to your needs and wants. Is a big resort but they have transportation back and forth to the beach. I would definitely go back. I am planning my next vacation for this coming year and it will be at the Hard Rock Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Amazing experience! Beautiful resort. I love the clean beach water and pools. Staff was extememly friendly. The spa was wonderful! Best vacation I ever had. The only thing I didn't care for was the food. It could use improvement. Other than that I would recommend this resort to anyone who want to have a great vacation.

The place is beautiful hotel very big service and brilliant food sucks unfortunately a structure so big fails to guarantee good food for too many customers.

Fantastic place for romance or for a Family Getaway. Bring your suntan lotion and a nice pair of walking shoes. There are several pools the main pool has a DJ. Also there is a kids pool in a lazy river. There is transportation throughout the resort. Lots of entertainment and great food. Also there is a big Casino that is open 24 hours a day. There are several excursions that you could take. We went snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins and also did some off-roading which was a great experience. I loved The Rock's Spa where you could get a couples massage pedicure and go into the pool with jets.

Hard Rock in Dominican is such a beautiful and well taken care of resort. Between the beautiful beaches to the pool side, the casino at night and or spa during the day. It has something for everyone. There's a water park area for the kids, a vast amount of restaurants or cafe's if you only need a snack. A ton of shopping for every budget. The rooms were gorgeous and big, room service included. The only downfall for this resort is the price point. It is definitely worth every penny but if you don't want the VIP treatment then this resort wouldn't be for you. I can say I felt very well taken care of here and was never bored as the resort was massive. I would go back or possibly try out one of their other resorts in Mexico.

Nice beach and nice shops in the hotel. Otherwise site visually not very beautiful and very poorly arranged. Rotten Service, medium food and room starts to be worn not a lack of maintenance.

Amazing. Just amazing. So amazing. Where do I start with how good this hotel is. This is my first time writing a review but I have to say this hotel was good enough for me to get on here and write a review! Service is outstanding, along with good food. The sand and water at the beach were spectacular. And the pools, they were nice and very enjoyable. The room I stayed in was pleasant. But the people there, they are so nice! They are energetic, caring, nice, and they won't stop until 100% satisfaction. I was surprised with this hotel, while I had mixed emotions about this hotel. I saw many bad reviews that definitely could not be about this hotel. It can get loud though, if you like to relax.

Absolutely love the hard rock Punta Cana Dominican Republic 5-star experience all inclusive loads of entertainment great people never a dull moment here. You can even go off the resort and do excursions with a group of people so I would definitely recommend this resort! If you go make sure to do the zip lines, and the dune buggy experience off the resort!

I had an amazing time in Punta Cana last June. My fiance was given a trip to the Hard Rock Hotel as a bonus through work. The place is huge with a lot to do. The beaches were the most beautiful I have ever seen. The pools were amazing as well. There are bars everywhere around the beach and pools. Some pools have better bartenders than others. But everyone who works there is so friendly! The only other thing we did besides lounge, swim, and drink was get a massage. Highly recommended — their spa is just wonderful. The only thing I didn't care for, and is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the food. There were tons of restaurants, and some were better than others, but none were excellent. I guess it is hard to feed everyone at a resort that large. I was hoping for some authentic Dominican food at some point, but there was nothing like that at Hard Rock. Overall we had a blast, but next time we're looking for a place with better, more authentic food.

Perhaps the best vacation ever. Service was five stars, food was fabulous, and rooms were nice. Beach sand was amazing and water was perfect. Staff was very friendly and always went out of their way to help you. I know it's an all-inclusive vacation, but the staff works hard for their tips as a source of income. The people eating next to us left $1.00 tip for their meal, nice!

Excellent hotel. Super super attention, Queen the kindness of everyone, both in the restaurants and on the beach, we did not see a person that you do not receive without a smile, very good food and entertainment for children and large excellent, in synthesis 10 points.

The Hotel is excellent. Just stay away from Legendary that they could sell them shared vacation. I went to a meeting and when in the middle of the meeting showed him that by means of applications how trivago booking could get best prices almost be disfigured face. Avoid compulsive buying.

Great Hotel! The rooms are very large, the service is amazing: nice, smiling, all the time fishing. You can eat a lot of things, there is really a choice and at any time. All Inclusive Hotel. We find lots of pools and the beach and only amazing, with its fine sand and turquoise sea.
Most of the customers are Americans where South American, which makes it all the time the party.

By far one of the worst experiences ever at a resort. My room was adjacent to an employee stock room where employees would talk for hours at a time on walkie talkies, cellphones and to each other. I escalated issue to management and I was ensured that the management staff would take care of my concern. During day 2 with no change I asked that the manager to change my room and I was advised that I should have took her offer originally and that I was too late. During day 3 of my stay an employee sprayed cleaning spray in the stock room which caused me to choke, cough, and leave the room. When I advised a manager I was told that the hotel was booked and that he would let the staff know not to spray cleaning sprays in the stock room. I also went to the restaurant Torro and the waiter had forgotten my table and the food took over an hour to be given to the table. After speaking with the customer service representative she indicated that hotel was a franchise and handled customer complaints internally and did not have to comply with Hard Rock standards. This was by far my worst experience. After forwarding my concerns to management I was offered to spend more money to come back to the hotel to receive the experience I should have originally. The offer was to come back within a year and they would upgrade my room.

Very nice hotel, the food is very good and several resto on the site available at all times without having booked. Very nice beach. I was not lucky, my room was the last complex jungle side, so I had a lot of insects.

We visited from April 20th to April 29th and such an amazing Resort! It had anything and everything we could ever ask for. The food was 5 star delicious with lots of options to choose from. The 24 hour restaurant and room service was perfect for those late night snacks. The pools were immaculate and the beach was something you could not imagine unless you actually went. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always treated us like we were someone special. The rooms were clean and apparently all rooms have a jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi and free long distance calls from your room to Canada and the US (great for travellers). The entertainment in the theater was Vegas style shows and were definitely 5 star and worth our money. Coffee shops, Icecream shop, Candy shop and deli along with all the shopping to keep you busy after a busy day at the beach/pools. Mini golf and an arcade for those with kids. I cannot say anything bad about our experience. You must go.

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful beaches and amenities. If I'm going to be picky I Would have liked the small trams to slow down a bit for pedestrians. Gave me a feeling I was in Europe needing to make sure I didn't get ran over by one. The spa is wonderful and fully staffed with well trained massage therapist. A must do if you are staying at the resort.

I just came back yesterday from this resort and thanks God it was only 3 nights I stayed there. Service is very poor. We were three people in one room and from the time we arrived had requested an extra bed. Bed came on the last night. We did not have enough towels and shampoo, soap, lotion or anything. I also believe that for similar hotels in price, there are much better accommodations elsewhere. Please Change your towels, they are too dirty and old. I was not impressed with the food either. In a tropical island there was not a piece of avocado. Too cheap.

I am sitting here waiting for my third room key in 2 days, it is to the point where I dont dare leave the room, I wont get back in. This resort is horrible. To get any help you have to call 3 to 4 times and wait hours! The rooms are so hot. The shower is either burning or cold. The food is horrible. Horrible. Just dont stay here. Is isnt even a 1 star, I would give 0 if I could.

My name is Faina Teperman. We, my sister and my niece have been to the Hard Rock 5 times in Punta Cana. The first time we stayed for one week and it was amazing! The next 4 times we stayed for 2 weeks at a time. I don't know why we came back honestly. Every year the resort gets worse and worse. This year was the WORST. The hotel doesn't have proper concrete next to the pool so you can slip and fall very easily. My niece fell the first day we got there and broke half her permanent front tooth. What did the management do? NOTHING. The rooms are supposed to be stocked with beverages. Soda, Juice, Water, and the bar everyday. Yeah didn't happen. I had to call everyday to restock and sometimes they didn't even show up. I fell down the stairs once because they don't mop the floors at all. At the member pool they never had anything we wanted on the menu starting from a couple of years ago. We had to fight for a volleyball because they only had one. This year they removed all those items off the menu and added other things that where not too appealing. The ice cream machine didn't work so if you wanted ice cream you had to go find it, and be lucky if they had it. Every year seems like this Resort is getting worse and worse. Its a very expensive hotel and not alot of people travel for 2 weeks. We would expect alot more for the money we pay. For sure going to try something different next year. The only positive was ALL the staff at the member pool, Selandia and Juan at Toro.

The hotel *All Inclusive* of the most well known in the area, excellent care of the employees, quality second to none in the restaurants and bars. There are almost always events (additional cost) of international and local artists. The closest thing to Vegas in Punta Cana.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana. We went last week. The Hotel is amazing, very clean, food was fabulous, and the services was high quality. We want say a special thank you very much for the services of Helen and Maria at The Market Restaurant, and Kervin at Los Gallos Restaurant. They did a fantastic job, friendly and polite services. We are so happy and satisfied with our vacation at Hard Rock Resort. Many of fun activities during the day at the pools and night time we had a lot of fun things to do. We loved our Suite it was so beautiful. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing and comfortable. I recommend this resort to everybody, it was an amazing and we are already planing a return trip in the future.

The best that I have enjoyed.

I entered this trip with high expectations after reading good reviews and seeing all the amenities the resort offered. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were also nice and clean. It was great having a stocked bar and mini fridge as well as a Jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The service was good as well and all of the workers seem to be happy to be there and are friendly. The butler service as a part of the rock-star package, however, was sub-par. All the butler did was make restaurant reservations and reserve us a spot on the beach. This was nice, but I expected more from a "butler". They should rename this service. The beach itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the water where the Hard Rock is located is rough, which made water spots impossible. I was hoping to jet-ski right at the location but you have to go off site if you are interested in going on boat excursions, jet-skis's, etc. The food was mediocre at best and got me and two other members of my trip sick for the final few days of our trip. The hibachi restaurant, Zen, was by far their best and was great. The casino was loads of fun and took all my money. There are plenty of bars and I saw no need to pay money to enter their club, Oro. This resort is coined as a 5-star resort but it should be 4. If you're looking to go on a fun family trip I would recommend this place, but I found it a bit too big.

I've been to this resort twice, and had a great time each time. I absolutely love the spa! It's so beautiful and big. I've been to all of the pools and Eden is my favorite. It's topless, but it has cabanas, hammocks, and a bar. The shows weren't very good. I went golfing in the morning, and it was not busy. I was able to take my time without worrying about other players. The rooms are very nice and beautiful. The people that work there are fun and personable. I can't wait to go back.

I must say my stay at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana was simply UNFORGETABLE. The place is absolutely breathtaking. This was my very first experience out of the united states and I was 100% satisfied. The resort is HUGE but the staff still makes every effort to make you feel like you are the only family there. Me and my boyfriend simply felt like king and queen for the week we've stayed. I was with the Cathcart family who have actually bought into weeks at The hard rock so we can return! special THANKS to Richard at the pool bar, someone who I was actually VERY sad to say goodbye too. Aray our waitress at the pool bar was absolutely fantastic! I really cant wait to return next November. Hard rock punta cana rocks.

I was just in Punta Cana November 15-22. We had a group of 10. This is the second year in a row for us. And I have to say I absolutely Loveeeee Hard Rock Punta Cana. Some people find it too big. But if you utilize the facilty, you can have one of the most amazing vacations ever!. I have to tell you my experience this time. Im 46 and have been swimming in rough oceans my whole life. Always love it. The ocean is very rough in punta cana (you are warned) but it is one of the most beautiful oceans, breathtaking for me. I love oceans like that. Im always extra special careful. Well. I was taking out with the Rip tide. It happened it seconds. I was next to my husband one second and the next I was floating away. I was scared and trying hard to stay calm but the waves were very big and powerful. (I was at the mercy of the ocean and very scared). WITHIN seconds, three lifeguards were out in the sea. Like dolphins. To save me. I will never forget the eyes of the life guard swimming out there to get me. It felt like an angel. I felt so safe. So protected. I cannot tell you. The life guards in punta cana are THE BEST. And I mean the BEST. They are planted on that beach with there eyes peeled EVERY SINGLE SECOND. They are there to make sure EVERYONE IS SAFE AND NO ONE GETS HURT. I get very emotional telling this story (as I am right now) because I cant imagine they are paid much, but I can tell you something. They have your back with every breath they take. 110%. And you bet your butt.

It is the best resort of all! I Fine! Very petty.

It is amazing how time does not reach you in this hotel! I've gone 2 times on weekends (3 days 2 nights) and yet I more half of the hotel to get to know and enjoy, but what I could have been wonderful. First, all luxury and fully complete rooms amenities; It is difficult to decide between staying within the room or go out to explore it all. My family and I have put us that holiday we not ponder other options, the decision is already taken in advance. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

This hotel you moved to Las Vegas: it's huge and has absolutely everything: casino, shops of all kinds, dozens of restaurants, disco. The lobby is great and everything is decorated with pictures of rock characters and objects. It complies with the aesthetics of all Hard Rock Hotels and restaurants in the world. The hotel's beach is fine. What should be noted is also a golf course, I think it's the only Hard Rock world that has. It is well maintained and the service is excellent.

So-so location at 4 stars.
