Only downsides;
Buffet food a bit cold
No washcloth in the rooms
Difficult to get a place in restaurants if you are not very far ahead …

Hotel is big but needs more personal to work. Needs more organization there is only one kiosk for the pool towels. Very poor service. The hotel did not meet my expectations.

This resort is amazing! From reception to check out the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and service at the restaurants was very good. It has a friendly, fun atmosphere for everyone. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful from the reception area to the rooms to the restaurants to the pools and the beach! This is definitely on my list of places to stay again.

Absolutely breathtaking beautiful resort with pure luxury at every turn. The staff and food are everything you could ask for at a world-class property. The Beach views are some of the best in the Caribbean. They truly provide every amenity on property from nightlife to shopping and plenty of options for the kids. I strongly suggest spend the money for the swim up Suite and you won't be disappointed. Wonderful vacation spot that we will revisit soon.

The best restaurant in lopesan is french la boheme. They have a delicious seafood soup I don't recommend the steak restaurant — unfortunately 🤷‍♀️

— very service-oriented reception, tried to meet all our requirements. As to minuses:
— lack of stuff. No beach towels service. No poll service and cleaning during the day. You need to go to the bar and order everything from there. Then you need to clean after yourself, otherwise, you’ll find your cigarets and plastic glass next day the same place ( (
— poor housekeeping and room cleaning. They could clean your room dinner time with so-so quality. But for sure, the hotel is highly recommended to be visit!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced and I travel to different hotels for a living. The property is beautiful but the staff lie and refuse to give you top shelf alcohol claiming that they are out of it (even when you can see full bottles behind the bar). I was unable to use my balcony because the lightbulb was out. Bats came nightly and pissed and shat everywhere. I stayed there 5 days and no one changed the lightbulb or moved my room. Even getting them to clean the balcony as a chore and did not always happen. The buffet food was bad and the restaurants were booked for the week when I arrived. They also refused to seat us at restaurants when people did not show up for their reservation. The mini bar in my room was never refilled with beer during my 5 day stay as well. I tried to talk to a manager and they claimed he was at lunch (at 3pm) and no one knew when he would return. They made me fill out a form with my complaints and contact information and no one contacted me or fixed anything in my room. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “5 star” resort or any resort for that matter. No one compensated me when I wrote in to corporate too. They just apologized and said they hoped I would come back. Avoid this place at all costs!

it was Wi-Fi without communication but even worse is that I was canceled my reservation had my reservation for two months and the day before they canceled it and I had to pay twice as much as already paid and without any refund after so many complaints I was offered free the unique club that sucks the

My experience was horrible they canceled my reservation the night before my trip and charged me 1000 dollars more when I arrived they dis not give me the room I booked they put all mu family separate the bars were close they dont clean the rooms daily almost everything in the hotel is close and the 2 or 3 things open dont have ac on I will never go back for sure not even for free.
