One of our favorite accommodations in Lifestyle. It is strategically located with amazing comfortable suites. Bourbon street bar, Jazz & Blues restaurants are all a short walk away from your suites so food and drinks are never far away.

We had an offer to see the property and spend the day at the resort. After spending half of the day to look at properties we wanted to go to the beach and relax as they had promised. We were considering renting the 2 bedroom and they would not honor the time of 4pm to take us to the Beach of the resort. The time was 3:30 and the selfish idiot representative knew that we would not take the decision to buy today, so she would not take us to the beach. In fact, she even told me that she didn’t want to take us because we told her we we would not take the decision to buy, right then and there, today and that “I was using her”! With this horrible service and selfishness, we are sure of our decision not to invest the money. I am so offended by their unprofessional behavior, I would never give them any money. Be very cautious friends. These people only want to take your money and can not be trusted. Any dollar you trust to them, they will try to steal from you. Their attitude tells all. Groseros.

We used an offer from Groupon which advertised this as VIP all-inclusive resort. It turned out the VIP (Blue) was "limited" to say the least. We were restricted from using several of the beach areas and restaurants and functions. This resort does a great job at creating cast systems. ‘If you are not one of the VIP (Gold) members or higher — you are consider POOR’ (Exact words from one of the sales rep). Every corner you turned someone wants to sell upgrade something to you. Don’t fall for the sales pitch with becoming a member. They tempt you with your own golf cart to use to navigate the huge complex only if you upgrade, bring you to the best facilities and beaches where you are not allowed as Blue VIP, etc. Groupon is 100% cheaper when you compare against total cost of membership, all inclusive band and fee for room, per day food and beverage charges. We stayed at the Presidential Suites where the accommodations where very adequate and the service was above average. The alcohol is watered down and the food was just okay judging the entire resort area. The beach was not the best (many Carib Island beaches much better) On positive note the staff was nice and the resort was clean.
