Having a great time staff friendly, lots of facilities and fantastic food. Iris at the Spa was really good and gives a great massage.

Great experience, great people, great customer service they went about and be on, in all the aspects.

Great place for the price. Front desk and servers were all fantastic. Mini bar wasn't filled for a few days and water pressure and shower drain weren't great. If you go to the privilege club meeting, be aware that they are extremely pushy. Otherwise, we had a great time and hope to check out another location of theirs.

I’ve had a great experience at this resort. It was beautiful. This was my first time in the DR… and I definitely want to come back. The staff is amazing. Seriously amazing. They are all so friendly and make you feel welcomed. The boys who work at the bar by the pool were so awesome! And the server Eddy. Was so friendly always had a smile on his face and made other people smile. There was another server who was amazing as well did not catch his name. But he worked at the Italian, Takara, and sometimes the buffet on the beach. He was wearing a full on suit. The Michael Jackson show they have there is phenomenal as well. I want to come back already. I was so sad to leave.

Great staff but the Resort is very out dated, especially the rooms. Which I really wouldn’t mind if at least the beds were comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here, staff are all friendly and very willing to help! It is well worth joining the privilege club as the benefits are very apparent. Private beach and real VIP treatment. Room was clean and serviced daily. Take lots of money for trips as they are fantastic!

I love this hotel! I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good! They have a variety of different foods and the buffet is very clean. The activities are fun and there is so much to do that you won’t have time do it during your stay. The beach and pool is also clean and very spacious. My first night here they had a Michael Jackson show which was AMAZING! If you’re looking for a hotel to stay and enjoy your vacation with a loved one or entire family definitely come to Bahia Principe because I know I will!

Very nice hotel, service was wonderful, a lot of food and drinks all the time. The show was entertaining. Many pools around the hotel, clean. The rooms a a bit old, no outlet available to charge phones. The beach was low but super nice. It has a children's club and play area.

Beautiful scenery! Pretty cool staff! Ledixon Is one of the coolest guys there! They have plenty of games at the pool and beach, can’t complain.

This is by far out of all the hotels I've visited the best and most welcoming. I always look forward to coming back for a memorable vacation! The animation team do an amazing job at leading all the games and activities. The lobby staff will help you with any of your concerns with your room and anything else you need. The restaurant and bar staff will cater to your every need. I can highly recommend this hotel as one of the best ones out there!

I can't wait to go back! I love this Resort. I normally go to the adults-only resorts. This one was a family resort with an area for adults. This what they family-oriented all-inclusive resort. And I had a ball. The adults-only section was cordoned off to one side and they did a fairly good job of keeping the adult-only separate from the family oriented. I can only say you have to go and experience it for yourself. It's located on a beautiful beach. You just walk 50 yards and you're in the water. There's several restaurants that serve amazing food and they actually have shows to watch and be entertained by it. Love this Resort.

Its good. I wish that the water was a little more colder and the pool didn't close so early but besides that the food was really good! The beach was amazing and if you ever got hungry you could just go to this spot that is close to the beach and get something there. The animation team is cool they always make sure your moving and not just sitting there.

I've been to other all inclusive resorts and I have worked in the hotel industry for about 3 years (not at all associated with BP). Everything was amazing. The food was great. Loved the mattress. Drinks were great. Hotel staff were all really nice. I will definitely be back with my friends and family, hopefully for longer. I found the best price on their website.

Great resort with lots of activities to keep you busy. The entertainment staff do a very good job at bringing people in and running fun and exciting activities at the pool. Great job to Tomas and Daniel, who ran a lot of our activities during our visit. Food is good — lots to pick from and a lot of variety, so even picky people can find something. The beach is average, but the great pool makes up for an average beach. Would recommend this resort, and return in the future.

It is reasonably priced, insanely friendly staff, located right on the beach and it is 5 minutes walk to the centre.

Beautiful ocean view but rooms and facilities leave to be desired it would be time to put the air conditioner, now there is fan that do not run for gas expense for the UPS… this is not positive hear say…

Excellent location, beautiful and clean beaches, need to improve the service offer! Rooms without TV or air acondiciondos, make it less comfortable.

As nyla balaji, I think it was the best two weeks of my life, even though I am only nine! I definitely recommend this palace to everybody… especially if you come to your senses!

Breathtaking property. I could spend 40 minutes explaining how amazing our trip was and the fun we had with the staff. But I will simply say that if you stay here you will be catered to as if you were royalty. Imagine having 6 servants at your whim. We dont normally vacation to the same place twice but we plan to visit this place again. And soon. — jer and bon.
