Old and dated. The restaurant sucks and the chef is very rude. I orders a sandwich and it was burned. No apologies it is what it is.

Bad service and bad communication…

I liked it. It lacks a bit of maintenance but the area is very good. Safe and quiet.

Very good food in a quiet and pleasant environment by the sea. As for the lodging, there were some mistimes in the room service (cleaning and assistance with the gas cylinder). For the rest a very good weekend.

The place is very nice it is quiet, it is perfect to rest and be distracted, as the rooms are very quiet and they are also very well equipped, the pool area is great with the sea in front and the attention very nice of the staff, would go back really.

If you want to stay at a place from hell on your vacation stay here. The owner Martha is very nice so is Carmen but that's it. There is nothing close by and the hotel has nothing no bar, elevator looks like it hasn't work in years, if you want a bed in your kitchen then stay here. Wi fly works when it wants to and tvs don't work until the day you leave. This was Hotel California but thank God I could check out before the beast got me.

There were some basic attentions such as the daily service of change of sheets and replacement of expendable material and clean water but the rest was good, our room was nice, good view and quiet, for the price was excellent.

We decided to stay for 2 months. This place is not suitable for long-term stays as there are many things that can go bad or can break down. * 70 electricity outages that resulted in being more than 200 hours without electricity, light, A/C; all the food in our fridge got spoiled and the apartment entrance was flooded by melted ice from the freezer * Numerous water outages which resulted in having and using buckets of water to flush the toilet * Broken balcony doors which means they were never properly closed and locked, and they were very difficult to open or close * Broken A/C, which either didn’t work or was extremely loud; it had to be revised several times and was fixed after long time and many complaints All of the things mentioned above basically resulted in a stay which was partially planned by the “rules” of Albatros – we had to take shower and use bathroom precociously in order not to stay without water; we had to go to bed earlier (without taking shower) if Albatros decided to turn off the electricity at 10pm; we had to make an unplanned trip when Albatros didn’t pay the electricity bill and told us there won’t be running water either for upcoming 2 or 3 days; we had to find a place with Wi-Fi when the internet connection stopped working (which happened more than 40 times) etc.

Worst experience of my life! My original reservation was changed to a dirty and ugly apartment on a 4th floor. The air does not serve, the fan to an appalling noise. There was no gas, there was greca to make a coffee. The bedspreads were full of dust. The bathroom was filthy filthy. The pool is salt water and extremely cold. I would definitely never come back.

Little hygiene in the kitchen, there was cockroach poop in the pantry and my first night I got a room. With the air conditioner damaged.

Really nice chilling spot.

So many things in the hotel are falling apart because of a lack of maintenance. There is no hot water and no beach at the hotel, just a really rocky shoreline. The beach is a few minutes walk away. At least the AC works.

Great neighborhood nice people. Very pleasant restaurants around the area. This hotel doesn't have beachfront to swim but juan dolio oasis beach is 5 min drive away. Pool wasn't in best conditions. Water does have a sulphur taste to it. If you don't sweat the little things you will enjoy.

If ur looking for a special time and a special place, I wouldn't recommend this place,. LOTS of trash and junk along the beach, our room had salty sulpher water, linty towels, dirty floors, a towel rack that fell apart, one bed in which the mattress had springs that poked you… also a pull out sofa bed which, when folded up had only a white foam cover on it, no upholstery, in other words… and the lady at the front desk was rude. We Never plan to come here again! I was so disappointed and let down, I was in tears! The site online looked so beautiful. I didn't dream it could be so dumpy! Our room didn't even have the room number outside, it was missing entirely! If u don't care about any of those things, I guess $40. Is at least a cheap night. But if details matter to you, I'd avoid this place!
