Firstly, I booked last minute, so I recognize that my visit may be different than most. That being said, I got no message back that night from any of the 3!? contacts the email listed to be able to check in. There was no front desk, just a quiet empty building. Just imagine if you were a guest with a problem — no one would be available to help you either. Obviously I was unable to check in and had to cancel and book elsewhere after standing in front of the building for a half hour looking for help.
It's not like I booked at midnight, I believe I had it submitted by 7PM. I got no contact the next day until 4AM. If you aren't going to accommodate same day bookings, then disable that option on booking. Com.
