Reviews of the staff are mixed: some guests describe the employees (including students) as very sweet, friendly, and helpful, noting excellent service. However, others complain about the extremely brief reception at the front desk and very limited operating hours (only 2 hours), which leads to serious problems during late arrivals or loss of room access. In one instance, a guest was unable to reach any of the phone numbers at night and spent a sleepless night in a chair, as assistance was unavailable until 6:30 AM.

Guests note the presence of additional expenses that are not included in the cost of the stay. A separate fee is charged for bed linen and towels (amounts of 75 Danish kroner per bed or approximately 10 euros are mentioned), which some visitors describe as deceptive and an unjustifiably high price for the level of service provided.

Opinions on the dining are divided. One guest was very satisfied with a free breakfast provided as compensation for water issues. Another guest, on the contrary, found the breakfast modest and sufficient only for a hostel, advising those who want a full breakfast to choose a full-service hotel. Additionally, a "dish of the day" can be purchased at the restaurant located within the hostel.

Some guests rate the rooms and beds as good, noting the cleanliness of the rooms and the presence of spacious bathrooms. However, there are also negative reviews: a worn-out and unattractive kitchen is mentioned, as well as the presence of mold in the bathroom. A problem with the number of electrical outlets was also noted—there are not enough (only two for four people), necessitating the use of extension cords.

The cleanliness of the rooms is generally rated positively, but mold was noticed in the bathrooms. The technical condition of the facility raises questions: guests reported issues with water (lack of pressure or hot water in several rooms), as well as malfunctions with the electronic key cards, which stopped working during the night.
