Extremely basic hotel, quite worn and could definitely use some work. My shower curtain was grubby and mouldy, half the lights didn’t work in our room which wasn’t really an issue for us but it may be for others. Pillows can’t really be called pillows, just a pillow cause with extremely thin lump fluff in it which made them very unpleasant to sleep on. The staff are lovely and helpful, beds are comfy to sleep on. Hotel is only a 4/5 minute walk from a train station which is really handy and only a short train ride to central station. The area the hotel is in is lively and full of places to explore. Plenty of things to do and see in Valby.

As for a three-star hotel, could be better — a very spartan setting. Good location (to Valby station — 200 meters) and quite nimble Wi-Fi.

Warning! Our reservation was confirmed and fully paid (via booking. Com) before arrival in hotel. When we arrived to hotel according to our booking, the administrator informed us that there are not available room in hotel. Hotel refused of our accommodation! We had to find another hotel and paid again (transport and ect. ) Guests from Germany was in the same situation in the same time with us. Please be attention before booking this hotel!

Below average hotel, not overly clean, weird hallways, two single beds pushed together rather than one big madrass, breakfast was mediocre however with a fair selection. Reception worked well, but at the price I payed it was quite disappointing.

Very dirty and old place. It really needs a renovation or at least a clean shower curtain. There are plenty of other place you can find for this money.

Stort rom og god frokost. Helt grei beliggenhet hvis man synes det er ok å bo utenfor sentrumskjernen. En del bråk fra toget og en vifte som var rett utenfor vinduet trekker litt ned. God service.

Really good for the price. Really nice friendly staff, rooms roomy, comfy new beds, everything nice & clean, even though slightly tired. Breakfast really good buffet, granola, cereals, loads of different yoghurts, fresh bread, really nice hot from the oven danish pastries, nice cold meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, crispy bacon and little smoked chipolatas, and again lovely staff. Well be back…

Good location, decent room.

Considering the prices in Copenhagen this hotel offers a nice friendly atmosphere together with comfortable beds and warm rooms. The location is great for both the Bella centre congress venue or for the city centre. If your budget is a bit tight then the Rossini hotel will work for you.

Good and fun place with good opportunities for hours of fun. A bit pricey though.

Outdated, dirty carpet, overall maintainance needed in the bathroom specifically the calcified shower head. Furthermore worn out pillows, half the lights in the room didn't function, window collided with the pipes from the radiater and couldn't be opened plus a broken refrigerator. People working there are very friendly though and said they would look into it and the hotel has parking which is great. However I find cleanliness and functioning facilities to be more important in a hotel which is subpar in my opinion. Considering the other reviews reporting similar shortcomings over a longer period of time I think they should make maintenance and cleaning a priority!

BED BUGS! And also poorly maintained, dirty, no ventilation, noisy and so on.

It was approximately 3minutes walk from train station and 15minutes from City Town hall. A really beautiful beach near it we found by asking at the information of main train stationof copenhagen. The staff in the day was really friendly. Cleanliness was fine. It was really hot though and at night it was noisy outside due to which you could take longer to fall asleep. Overall it was nice and I wouldnt mind visiting again.

The hotel is not kept up well. Our shower looked dirty on the bottom and had mold spots on the walls. It was also a very small shower. The bathroom had a faint smell of sewage and it didn't go away even after they cleaned. The bathroom sink had black moldy spots on the drain. The bed was not comfortable and was very hard. Also on the side of the mattress there were stains from previous guests. The hotel charged extra for a bottle of water and a small cup of coffee. They definitely nickle and dime you for things at other hotels are complimentary. The surrounding area was sparce for restaurants to eat at. I would not stay here again.

A hotell absolutely worthy of the price. Clean rooms, nice staff. With a few km to the center of Kobenhagen, there is still a lot of cosyness to discover in the neighbourhood. The promised breakfast buffe, though, came in a bag, so called "breakfast to go"…

Located on the outskirts, quiet area rooms and breakfast to be reviewed thoroughly.

The hotel is 5min walk from the train and bus station and there is a supermarket close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room and bathroom were cleaned every day. There is free coffee and tea and you can warm your food in a microwave. the negative side is that the hotel sadly doesn't have breakfast.

The hotel itself is very simple, clean, great location with 3 minutes walk to the train and bus station. The most amazing thing about the hotel is the staff! I had something computer-problems and I kept running to the front disk and only I seemed annoyed. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and so kind. I will definitely come back!

The previous review is still 100% true. And there's a disco 20 m away, so lots of loud people around.

Old hotel, Terrible ventilation and right off a major street. Smell like vinegar since they use this to clean hotel. Decent breakfast.
