Good local hotel near the airport clean and good staff.

The room is worn out, no bed sheet. Internet is bad. Due cotona restrictions food has to be taken in room. The only good is the staff, friendly and helpfull.

Good hotel. Clean rooms. Parking spaces sufficient also for vans.

Great hotel with easy access to the city and airport. Staff was wonderful. Being able to store luggage and have a hotel room for three guests were much appreciated! Their buffet breakfast was great too!

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Good dinner. Very fast free internet. Cold room. Can't adjust temperature in the room. Cold staff.

Advantages: 1) This hotel is a bit outside to main city hence it feels calm and comfortable. The interior is really well designed. 2) The best part according to me is there is wonderful beach at 10 min distance from this hotel. You can go with your family and friends and have a lunch and have fun in beach. I recommend to go for 3) This hotel is under ' Nordic Choice Club' hence you can earn some extra points along with stay here. If you have enough point then you get reward of free stay for some days/nights as per policy. Disadvantages: 1) The hotel is a bit expensive compared to others. 2) The food quality is average. Not bad.

We appreciated the kind staff ranging from the shuttle bus drivers to the front desk team! Housekeepers were kind as well! Room was clean. Loved having a bathtub in the room! Beds were super comfy! Breakfast buffet was amazing too! Close to the airport.

Clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast spread is good, the staff are very friendly and even funny! Our flight was overbooked and we got a room here for the night, I would stay again if all I need is a comfortable room and an 11 minute walk to the airport. Convenient!

It's a nice hotel. But for that kind of money I think it's expensive. Repairs are old, but satisfactory.

Great hotel! Very clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. Multilingual staff was easy to understand via English. Ask about the shuttle. The shuttle worked perfect for my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Many restaurants right outside the doors and the metro is right down the road.

Pricey but the rooms are amazingly big and you can luck out into a really great view if your room ends in an odd number. Even numbers face a parking lot. Bed are comfortable and staff is polite. Close to the Bella Center if attending a conference there and has a free shuttle to the airport.

Really far from the airport and shuttle not available all time. So think about additional cost for the taxi. Service in the restaurant is so so but good meal.

The man told me off for eating too many biscuits at breakfast and the water ran brown for a few minutes when we first turned it on, don't think it had been used in ages. We didn't pay as Ryanair put us up due to overnight delays/cancellations. They were quick to check-in and accommodate everyone.

Stayed here after a flight cancellation. Nice hotel within easy walking distance of the airport. Some of the bathroom was a bit tired, some chips in the bath etcetera, but the staff were nice and coped admirably with a large influx of tired travelers late at night. The breakfast was good with ample selection and plenty of seating.

It's expensive. For that price there are better hotels. The good thing is that it is close to the airport.

Loved it. Good stuffs, Quality food as well. Normally you will have breakfast in the morning and there is bunch of different choices as well. Great Experience.

Good place for a sleepover before a flight. Only a short walk to the airport (15 min). Room was comfortable and clean.

Really noisy. At 5am you have already the cleaning ladies vacuum cleaning and some days even singing. You can hear the TV in the other rooms and people talking all night long. Only breakfast is good.

The breakfast is really good! The room is maybe a little less then expected. The bathroom is quite small, but the biggest problem is the water from the sink. When you turn on the water in the sink it runs down the drain through a tube and into a hole in the floor. When the water hits the bottom of the hole, the water splashes up again and onto your feet. It's really hard to avoid getting your feet wet, and if u manage it, you still end up with a wet floor.

Close to the airport. With only 10 min walk or 5 min by the metro. The hotel offer free shuttle bus service from and to the airport. The rooms are big and nice.

It is a simple hotel with a good quality breakfast. The cleaning is not perfect and it is a bit outdated. The major issue here is the poor insulation in the rooms.

Clean, very convenient to the airport with a free shuttle service… single room for one night for breakfast about 180 euros… but it seems to be in line with the dearest Copenhagen.

Nice rooms, good location near airport/Copenhagen and Oresund Bridge/Tunnel. Excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout hotel and fabulous breakfast buffet. Helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Only real niggles are : not many plug sockets in room, and the rooms don't have tea/coffee making facilities but in northern Europe I have found this is the norm.

Cosy, modern and beautiful. The rooms are a little small and there is no minibar nor a good restaurant.

I've stayed at a lot "fancier" hotels with much worse service. I'll definitely be back!

Good location, near airport. Place was clean and rooms were spacious. Good internet. The restaurant had good food as well. So so value but it's Copenhagen.

In close proximity to the Copenhagen airport. Good breakfast buffet available. Pillows in the rooms are just the size of a throw pillow. Within easy reach are Chinese restaurant, Supermarket for quick shopping and a Cafe. Close to the Metro Station too.

Not quite as bad as some reviewers noted. Interiors are refreshed, but not the bathrooms in my Standard Room. My radiator wasn't working so got upgraded to a Superior room (bathroom was modernized), where the bed is much firmer and better than the Standard room. But the "double bed" is still 2 single beds pushed together… and move apart if you lie on the gap.

Good location close to the airport but also very good and uncomplicated connection to the city. Friendly staff. Room clean and spacious. Bathroom a bit older.

The best quality staff I have ever see. The most smile ladies in the reception make your day happy and bright. All the receptionist are very helpful. Hotel is just 3 star with nice room clean and nice decorated. Rooms is nothing real special but for a visit or over night is just good.

Good: friendly staff and large family room. Conveniently located close to CPH airport, with shuttles every 30 minutes from the hotel and from the airport (last one leaves from airport at 21:45). As mentioned in other reviews, there is some wear and tear in the rooms, but for one night before a flight, it's fine.

I did not like a factory to sleep, cold, staff not at all listening, English approximate to the one who sold us a card, the only positive point shuttle to the airport.

I've travelled all over the world, and this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There's no regulated security at the hotel and the hotel is not in a good area. Anyone from the street can just walk in and enter the hotels and dining area. My iPhone was stolen and another tourist's purse was stolen. The hotel did not want us to call the police because it would hurt the hotel's reputationn. A suspect was found on CCTV. The hotel staff were ridiculously rude. The rooms are dirty and old.

Lucky to get to the last floor where we can appreciate a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are big and the facilities excellent. The personnel was also polite and helpful for us.

I've been there 4 weeks now while on business. Very close to the airport and convenient to the city via the metro. Breakfast is excellent but the place is swarming with confused oriental people eating dry cereal with forks and putting kechup on their cinnamon pastries. I don't know how much it costs but as I am not paying I can only comment on my stay and I have stayed in much worse.

Hotel was clean. I stayed in the lobby on my laptop for a good while since the rooms were very tiny. It sounded like the walls were thin. You could hear the cleaning crew in rooms next door and there is a cafe venue just out front so with the window open it was pretty loud outside. They have an extra pillow and a fan in the closet so I closed the window and used the fan and the bed was cozy. The staff was nice and breakfast was okay. They had a lot of various breakfast items to accommodate people from all over which was nice. They also offer free shuttle to the airport and free Wi-Fi. The walk to the airport was only 15 minutes which was why I chose this particular hotel. I would stay here again if needed. The stay was okay.

More kwality than quality. Reception and bar ok, room clean but very, very basic — bathroom especially so. No air con so had to sleep with window open, only to be woken by a rubbish truck collecting skips at 0400hrs at the rear of hotel.

Very friendly staff, clean, new room/appliances. They have a breakfast you can buy, a restaurant, and a seating area. Wifi is free and there's no login so it's quick for customers. They also offer a shuttle to/from the airport, but we aware that it DOES NOT run during the middle of the day. In the morning until 9:30am, and then it starts up again at 6pm I believe. I will post up a pic of their schedule, but it is on their website as well.

Not a bad hotel, and rooms are in good condition with small bathrooms. The service is professional, and the entire staff understands the basic needs of those staying so close to the airport. The airport is just 15 minutes on foot, by wagon traffic walking/12 is not very close, but it is still a good solution. Free Wi-Fi and good quality. The view of my room was inside, then non-touristy.

Hotel is very quiet, comfortable bed, facility maintenance is very good, very clean look. There is free BUS from the airport to the hotel, convenient to the airport looking for people who stay. Staff was friendly …

Breakfasts would like to somehow diversify. Surprised by the complete absence of fish. It seemed that in Scandinavia with this dolžgo be better:) Hotel normal, without pathos, someone probably could even seem bednovatym, but on the whole, quite.

Nice staff and friendly service. Rooms are acceptable, but varying size and quality can make it hit or miss. Didn't find any decent alternatives to the hotels own restaurant and bar near by, which both are pricey. Metro-station in walking distance ensures good access to either downtown Copenhagen or the airport Terminal 3.

Shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes (but not 24 h / day) the rooms are clean. The 2 rooms are rather small, the three-persons rooms are much larger. The restaurant is ok, but quite expensive. The breakfast is good. Can Internet is free of charge, but sometimes slow.
