I loved this cozy hotel on the waterfront. It was wonderful to be able to walk along the canal, and to the Museum, shops and restaurants, and the bus station. I enjoyed and food — particularly the afternoon tea. I would definitely stay here again.

Issue with redemption of gift certificate due to Covid-19.
Get different announcements. First, they cancel our reservation on the 15th. April 2020 and extends the gift certificate to 1 year after reopening. Then it has suddenly expired 1 december 2020.
In april 2021, it was still closed, so you could not use the gift certificate here either.
You have also not bothered to return what we have paid extra, for a particular room, on the booking that has been canceled.
Despite several attempts to get answers to when to book at the latest, there will also be no answers.
All in all, you are left with a really bad experience of the place without having been there yet. Their customer service is completely out in the squares.
Have several times waited more than 1/2 hour on phone to get in touch with them.
Really bad service.
