Big rooms, low price, good breakfast, but very little parking, u need to reserve it before u came.

Great breakfast, welcoming and helpful staff, large and quiet room because it gives on the back, very close to the center.
Free coffee throughout the day.
It lacks the hair dryer and furniture in the bathroom.
The cot used as a third bed is not much.

Good breakfast buffet, the tiny hotel room with bathroom were pretty run down.

I was in the 4floor room towards the Stasse and it was incredibly noisy all night because there is also a traffic light right in front of the hotel. In addition, you have to leave the window open because there is no air conditioning. That was the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel! Do not do it or insist on a room to the inner courtyard which is also there.

Rooms are outdated, basics were present. We found a bag of chips under our bed on the last day with some content still in it. The breakfast was okay and had enough to offer. The staff and (free amenities) in the lobby is a huge plus.

This was a long stay at the hotel (11 nights) so I guess I have a clear picture of the hotel. It is a 3 stars hotel! No more no less! The rooms are simple and old fashioned but clean! The bed and the pillows are not the best but also not the worse! No fridge no coffee or hairdryer in the room. There is free coffee at the lobby 24/7 and some snacks and fruits free of charge every afternoon. Breakfast is very good with a lot of things to choose from. Many great restaurants for every taste in a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Staff at the reception was exceptional! Wi-Fi is free and fast! Generally I am satisfied from my stay and for the purpose of travelling I didn't need more than some clean towels a good breakfast and coffee free of charge.

Common areas serving advertising… but disappointment… more parking spaces (only 16) of course already taken… then very old and small room. Like the bathroom. Clean to review… just like Bedding.

Cheap, nice and simply equipped. Only the WLAN hakelte often. Had to constantly re-connect in the room. Sometimes also extremely slow. That was a big pain. Plus the free coffee at the reception. I've never had that in a hotel. Because others can still learn from.

Wonderful breakfast and the rooms were old but with comfortable beds. The phone didn't work, and when I asked why, I was told that was just the way it was, and if I wanted it to work I'd have to get a single room instead of the double room I paid for. There's free Wi-Fi and a parking garage under the hotel if you're lucky enough to find it with available space.

Service were great and the rooms were nice. Even when we asked for our room not to ble cleaned, new towels were brought to our room regardless! The elevator sensor were a bit too much sensitive though. But overall a very pleasant hotel.

Rooms are fairly basic, but the bed is comfortable, the staff are incredibly helpful, breakfast is tasty and the hotel is in quite a good location. Really enjoyed my stay.

Better than what we expected. Great position, Friendly staff, cosy atmosfere, comfortable room, good breakfast. PLUS: Complimentary coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon. Bravi!

Great service at the hotel. Didn't get a parking space (was full), but we parked at Gåsepigen, just cross the street. Had to pay for it though.

The hotel is well located near the center of Aalborg. The common areas, especially the lounges, have been renovated. On the other hand, even though the rooms are large and clean, they are a little too dated. Breakfast excellent.

Excelent cost-benefit. Nice place, wonderful staff (they even suggest good places to go).

Hotel situated perfectly. Close to many restaurants, shops and bars. Very friendly staff, and nice rooms.

The hotel has a great position… it is 5 minutes from the train station and also 5 minutes from the restaurants and clubs area. The hotel rooms are not quite expected, but they are clean. So I woud have given 4 stars, but they have a very good breakfast and very very friendly and helpful staff so over all I think they diserve the 5 stars.

Loved the styling of their lounge area, very friendly staff, breakfast was varied and tasty. Location is great, right in the middle of everything. I've never seen such a small bathroom, had a moulded (extra) pillow and we don't recommend having a room on the street side when the weather is hot out due to street noise.
